Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch

WOW! Absolutely blown away by this place! I came for a wedding but will be back for the food! Lamb stroganoff with homemade noodles, buckwheat pancakes, an amazing lunch of butternut squash soup and salad with goat cheese and pecans- Chef Scott is incredible! The rooms are quaint and impeccably clean- I loved having my morning coffee on the front porch while it rained- so charming! The staff are warm and welcoming, very accommodating- another family was here and they were gluten free, dairy free and the food was great- I was impressed! Will be back

We didnt stay at the ranch, but rented kayaks for a few hours. There are lots of things to do in the area. The ranch was under construction to make things better for future guests. What a fabulous day kayaking on the river with friends. There is sometimes wild horses that come to the river edges to eat the eel grass. What a sight to see! We did get to see horses on this trip. Worth the time and money if enjoy this kind of activity.

I did not stay at the hotel, however, I did go on the sunset horse ride that they have and it was one of the best experiences that I've ever had. Everyone was very welcoming and sociable, and had conversations with everyone, seeming genuinely interested. Tori, our guide, was very fun and was absolutely amazing, answering all questions we had and asking some of her own. The horses each had their own personalities and you could tell they were well taken care of, and well loved.

This place was Amazing! Tori was our guide and she was fantastic! She had only been a guide for about 9 months but you would have never known! She was entertaining, knowledgeable, kind and very good! The scenery was stunning, the horses were great and the location was easy to find! 10/10 recommend!

We were there for a brisket and burger dinner! The whole experience was amazing. The location was breath taking! The food was a hit with all 4 of us. That staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed the experience. I am looking forward to our next visit. I want to stay at the ranch next time.

We attended the Brisket & Burgers BBQ the evening of October 5th and it was a perfect evening with perfect weather under the stars! The location is gorgeous, the food was outstanding, the staff were so friendly and pleasant, and the live music with Ben Alston was the best! It was everything we had hoped for and we definitely want to go again!

As a wedding planner, I've had the chance to work at many venues across the state but Saguaro Ranch is by far a favorite! We absolutely love working with their team, they are great to work with and so fun to be around. They truly care about their couples, and the location is just stunning. Great service, everyone is so welcoming and friendly, the group dinners are so much fun! Food was good, the bed was comfy. Even the very old cabin was comfortable, if a little bit in need of some updates. The pool is awesome to hang out at, just quite dirty.
