Very clean guesthouse. No need to buy drinking water. They provide it. Wifi connection is good but speed is slow. Bathroom really clean and dry. Aircon is working fine. Please remove shoes before entering the house. I leave in the morning, no staff around but no problem, i just need to leave the key in the front desk. Myr10 fee need to be paid separated from online booking cost.

Very neat and clean. Near to alor street and kl tower. Rooms were not too big, like average. Initially we got a smaller room with tiny bathroom, with drainage pipes in it, so anytime, anybody use flush ,it creates lot of noise in our room.so, avoid ground floor rooms esp.cinnamon. Then,we got our room changed by giving some extra charge, but that room was full of mosquitoes. That room was good. We got breakfast also, which included bread with butter/jam, milk,cereals,tea/coffee. The owner is SU is really nice. The only problem i found is that they dont allow you to wear shoes there, which was really really bothering,as i dont have habit of walking barefoot at all.

Stayed for approx 10 days during my bike tour of Kl and surrounding mountains. It was a very nice guest house, new, clean with an interesting and very pleasant inner courtyard that was also a kitchen and well decorated area. It is a short walk from the Changkat street where bars and restaurants humm all night. I will be back in a few weeks time :)

The room was adequate but we were disappointed with the staff. During a 5 day stay they only cleaned the room once despite our speaking to them about it daily and putting the 'Please clean up room' sign on the door. I would have given it 3 stars otherwise

Incredibly dirty. Doesn't warrant for its good reviews on TripAdvisor. There were bugs and hairs on pillow and bed. For the price you can get way better hotel elsewhere.

June 4th -12th 2010 Sahabat Guesthouse is a hidden little treasure. This place is spacious but cosy with stylish modern decor. It was awesome that someone was always at the reception and I slept soundly knowing there was security during the night. What made my stay SO enjoyable were the staff, so a MASSIVE thank you for being so welcoming and attentive (Omar, Yam, Thomas and Ies) Will definitely RECOMMEND to anyone planning to visit KL, Again THANK YOU for looking after me, Sahabat Guesthouse is like a home away from home , much love CHRISTINE MONCADA (AUSTRALIA)
