Fancy place in a great location. On the sea boulevard, close to The Old City, I wouldn’t expect less than this. And they do provide an experience. Food selection is big enough and has plenty of local and classic dishes. Staff can provide an explanation for foreigners like us , to assist with picking from the menu. Looks like all the staff speaks some level of English and Russian. Dinning hall design looks solid and gives you a feeling of a high end restaurant, at least it tries to. Separate shaupou to whoever made a men restroom design and sound design :) nice addition. A decent place to come for a dinner, with decent prices and nice food

This place offers great good and an amazing Service! Our waiter Murad did an excellent job!!! Happy to come back soon! Long clothes are senceful cause of the interiour and the AC

I came here alone and had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious — exactly what I was craving! But what stood out the most was the service, especially from the waiter Murad. He was incredibly respectful, kind, and professional. Always smiling, very attentive, and quick to understand what I needed without even asking. Such genuine hospitality is rare to find. Thank you for making my solo dinner feel special. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lovely place with a very nice vibe. Had dinner here with a couple of friends. We had lamb kebabs eggplant rolls among other things. The quality of food was good . They alsi have a good collection of wines and other cocktails. The staff was prompt and courteous. All in all a very nice place .

Very nice decor in this restaurant located near the Nizami Street . I recently dined at Sahil Restaurant, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. The moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the luxurious decor, which set the tone for a fine dining experience. The ambience was elegant and sophisticated, making it perfect for special occasions. However, the food was not what I expected . I ordered a meat dish, which unfortunately, was a bit hard and lacked tenderness. The flavors were good, but the texture was a disappointment. On the other hand, our waiter, Baba, was exceptional. He was courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. He checked on us regularly to ensure everything was to our liking. Overall, while the food didn't quite meet my expectations, the excellent service and beautiful decor made up for it. With a little improvement in the kitchen, Sahil Restaurant has the potential to be a top-notch dining destination

The location was great on Boulevard. We were twelve of us and most of us vegetarians. Beside vodka tonic and beers, we had Bread Basket, Cheese Plate, Veg Salad, Pancake, Plain Shah Pilaf, Lamb Pastirma, Haloumi Kebab and Veg Pulao. We all loved the food specially Haloumi Kebab and Veg Pulao. The décor was classy. It also had outdoor seating which should be very good for evenings. The service was great thanks to our servers Kazum and Aygun who were very efficient. A place worth visiting...

On our first evening in Baku we visited this restaurant to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Pleasant atmosphere, beautiful interior, musical accompaniment. We ordered shah pilaf with lamb, grape leaf dolma, eggplant stuffed with nuts, kutabs, choban salad, dry red wine. Eggplants and dolma are great! Shah pilaf is delicious, but we were not impressed by the peculiarity of this dish, and besides, there were 2 pieces of meat. The kutabs were disappointing with the taste of oil. Good service, polite and attentive staff. I was pleased with the compliment - a cake for my mother.

Exceptional superb food, best you can find in Baku. We and our Group had great sumptuous lunch filled with varieties. Especially Lamb shank and Liver Kababs. The entire Team of Staff here especially Mr. Kazim is a Great Host
