SAHIL Hostel & Hotel

Would highly recommend this place. I took a private room for around 4 days and had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient and the staff is helpful. Would suggest that they have another bank provider so that cards can be used if one bank has a technical issue.

The hostel has a good location, and the staff are kind and helpful. However, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and the room was quite noisy because of traffic and loud music from cars outside. The bathrooms were in poor condition — in each one, something was broken. In three of them, the hairdryers didn’t work, and the water didn’t drain properly. There was no shampoo or body soap provided, and towels cost an extra 2 AZN. Overall, the price and location are good, but the facilities need improvement.

It stinks, horrible building, lift is working in survival mode, you will find drunkards on the stairs. Bed bugs on the beds. Room looks big in pictures than reality - it's not even 0.5x. Staff hardly cares if you complain. The usual reaction is - Oh you have an issue ? Oh c'mon you are a big guy/ gal, you can handle that. It's not our fault if there is a bed bug. Shitty shitty hostel. Worst ever. I wish there was a -10 rating.

Location is great and also the facilities are pretty good I would say. Staff has been very friendly and helpful when I had some issues. However the vast majority of other guest have been on a long term stay. This created a very strange vibe of home living but not really... I was a solo traveller who was more looking for backpacker vibes. If you are looking for backpacker vibes and other travelers this might not be the ideal place.

I stayed there during the F1 Race which was really nice, because the hostel is directly at the race track. But they had bedbugs. My body was (still is one week later) covered with stitches. I told the staff and they didn’t even asked me in what bed I stayed. They didn’t give me any refund or free laundry. They just said that they can’t do anything without the manager, but I had to leave before she/he was back… On top of that, I put some clothes in the freezer to kill the bedbugs and my clothes somehow disappeared. They said staff wouldn’t touch it, it must be stolen. Really annoying!!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. No hot water at all. Really bad mattress quality that I could feel the springs. My bed broke down during the night while sleeping. Employees postponed the issue to another shift and never solved it. I have stayed 3 nighs and never more.

Honestly, my stay here was really bad. The bed wasn’t clean at all, I even saw bed bugs and some other insects. The bathroom wasn’t taken care of and the place just felt dirty. I couldn’t sleep and the staff acted like it’s no big deal. Totally ruined my trip. Not recommended.

Actually i like the location of the hostel, but still need strict rules There is a lot of Indian and.... Some other people they don't respect hostel rules ( cleaning, sleeping, ....) I hope the agents on the hostel be a little bit Strict
