Forget Gambling and Partying: Spas are the New Reason to Visit Las Vegas

"Like any place worth visiting in Vegas, the best spas are opulent and full of features sourced from all over the globe (like a hammam motherstone and monsoon room at Sahra Spa at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas; fiber optic twinkling igloo and crystal steam room at Canyon Ranch in the Venetian and Palazzo; and heated stone Ganbanyoku beds and salt room at The Spa at Aria, just to name a few)."

I very much enjoyed my time at the Sahra Spa. I booked side-by-side Balance & Harmony massages with my best friend for her birthday for the maximum time allowed. We arrived early, the woman who checked us into the spa and showed us around was friendly and lovely, and then we stripped down and got into the amazing, hot vitality pool. There are signs as you enter the clothing-optional area of the spa that tell guests no cell phone use is allowed, but as we were lounging in the vitality pool, there were several women on the lounge chairs with their phones out. It's not a great feeling to have strangers with their phones out when you're as bare as the day you were born, so I'd have appreciated it if the staff had gently reminded people of the rules. That's the biggest reason my review is a 4-star review (the other being that the actual facilities, like the cool mist room, are a little small). After soaking in the pool, we were called for our massages, and those were otherworldly. My masseuse paid attention to tiny muscles I didn't even know I had, the hot stones felt wonderful, and being wrapped in warm blankets on the table made me feel like the most pampered newborn baby on Earth, lol. After our massages, we lounged in the chairs near the vitality pool and were so relaxed that we fell asleep for an hour! I love that if you book a service, you can use the facilities all day. It was so worth it to be able to spend 5 hours in a peaceful place, without a care in the world. I definitely recommend the Sahra Spa, but maybe bring along a bathing suit, in case people are ignoring the rule about no cell phone use. It's pricey (our 2 massages were around $900), but you deserve to relax! ♥

I had an outstanding massage session with Brandy and couldn’t be more satisfied. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her professionalism, skill, and attentiveness were evident throughout the session. She listened carefully to my concerns and tailored the massage to exactly what my body needed—firm where it needed to be, and gentle where it counted. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less tense. I’ve had many massages over the years, but this one truly stood out. Highly recommended to anyone looking for top-tier care and expertise. I’ll definitely be booking again!

I've been to many spas in Vegas, and this was my 1st spa that i was quite surprised by how small it really was. I wish it offered more amenities. I used all the options given within an hour. I then had an amazing facial done by Alisa. It's a pretty simple and calm little spa. I would come back just for Alisa!

Google
Staff and massage therapist were amazing. Treatment room was fantastic. However if you are looking for spa hang out go elsewhere. Cool mist room was 100% broken. Sauna had a 1' diamater hole in ceiling exposing duct work so everything was escaping. Pool has a broken rain shower feature because only 10% of it actually sprays water. All the holes were clogged. I knew amenities were a bit basic compared to other spas but expected what they had to at least work.

Google
Hands down to the best spa in Las vegas. Everyone was so welcoming that you can immediately start feeling super relaxed. Shout out for Ella, the most amazing and skilled massage therapist I've ever met! She delivered exactly what I needed, perfect pressure and delightful conversations as well. If you need to get pampered for the best in every way, come to this place. Look forward to my next session!

Google
The most luxurious spa experience we’ve ever had! Visited: May 2025 From start to finish, Sahra Spa, Salon & Hammam was truly incredible. The check-in staff were so welcoming, explained everything clearly, and guided us through the beautiful space with ease. My husband and I both had massages—his included the hot stone add-on—and we both agreed they might be the best massages we’ve ever had. The staff even warmed our robes, so we could relax afterward in cozy comfort. Between treatments, we waited in a gorgeous relaxation area with a peaceful indoor waterfall. The whole spa felt serene and beautifully designed. We followed our massages with facials—we both did HydraFacials, and I also added dermaplaning. My facialist was phenomenal: warm, professional, and truly made me feel pampered throughout. We only wish we remembered the names of our massage therapists and estheticians, because they were all amazing. This spa is a must-visit if you’re looking to relax and feel completely cared for. We can’t wait to return!

Massage was nice. Ambience was nice. The host Jurissa was very sweet, nice to talk to, and very accommodating. However the amenities weren’t that great and the spa is quite small. Wonderful and friendly staff!! Decent experience but will not return.

Google
I got a 50 minute massage and used the sauna, steam room, cooling mist room, and the Jacuzzi area. With this being my first ever spa experience, I don't have much reference, but I came in very tense, and left more relaxed than I've been in a long time! They had a nice array of drinks and snacks in the waiting area. The facilities were very clean and inviting, the staff was welcoming, helpful, and thorough. Overall, it was a great experience!

Yelp
Had such an incredible and unique Hammam experience here yesterday with my parents but the real star of the show was my 80 minute signature massage. I would HIGHLY recommend booking a massage with Brian during your stay at the Cosmopolitan. He is extremely intentional, skilled and very professional. You can tell he loves what he does and takes a lot of pride in the quality of his service. I will definitely book with him the next time that I visit Vegas.

Yelp
The body peel service here was wonderful and very refreshing! It's a very small spa, but clean. On the less than desirable side, much of the staff (aside from the lady who provided my peel service) didn't seem to want to be there. They were rather cold. The seating area is horribly in need of repairs to the chairs. The whirlpool area is so incredibly small, but again, very clean. I love Cosmopolitan, I just hope MGM will offer some saving grace to this wilting petal on the Cosmo rose.

Yelp
Exceptional spa day at Hammam. Had the 50 min signature massage with Lisa. She is an incredible therapist. I have a hard time turning my brain off for the first 20-30 min of every massage so we chatted for the first 20 or so and it was really enjoyable. I'm a local and in the biz so we were able to talk shop for a bit. Then once I relaxed and was ready to just enjoy the silence I didn't even have to say anything. She was able to read the room and there was no more chatting, just her delightful massage and me getting to relax. The facilities are very well maintained with all the amenities your usual resort spa offers. The jacuzzi was spacious with a rain shower feature. Steam room, cool mist and dry sauna also available which I did about 5 min of each switching from hot to cold then back to hot. There were 2 lounge areas one near the jacuzzi with cushioned lounge chairs that were very comfortable. So comfortable in fact my friend actually took a 20 min nap on one. She NEVER naps either! The other lounge area where you sit to be called back for your service was stocked with 2 delicious trail mix options offered. A sweet and a savory. A variety of hot teas, some fruit and of course bottled water were available as well. The showers and vanity areas were also clean and well stocked with toiletries ie shower caps, new razors, shaving creams and scented shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I was especially impressed with the hair styling tools and Oribe products offered. Nice touch! Overall this was an exceptionally enjoyable relaxing spa day. I highly recommend both Hammam and Lisa for your next spa day experience.

Yelp
This has always been one of my favorite spas. It's peaceful and esthetically nice. I love coming early and using all of the amenities. My massage was great as well.

Yelp
I had a wonderful massage and went back the next day for a facial. Both the masseuse and aesthetician were awesome! The massage was one of the best I've had. The facility is nice, beautiful hot tub with waterfall, cold mist room and sauna. I used it all. If I had to critique, the chairs in the waiting area need to be updated. The snack area could be a bit better.

Yelp
Peaceful desert themed spa. Services and facilities are exceptional...expensive as expected but plan well and you can spend the day enjoying all the amenities. I had the Moonflower Ritual service...full body massage, jasmine rose clay wrap followed by 10-15 minute in room steam sauna...body rinse with the moonflower oil (available for purchase) .. lovely way to spend a day before a fun night out AND then enjoy the cold plunge, cool mist showers, hot tubs the next day!

Yelp
I decided to treat myself to a facial here and OMG...I have to do this again. It was freaking amazing. I didn't realize that I was entitled to use all the amenities for the full day which included: The jacuzzi The sauna and cold steam room Shower and beauty room Lounging area with snacks, water, and tea You are also given a locker room which includes a robe and slippers. While I waited for my facial I spent time in the buff using their jacuzzi, which I loved. I wish I had time to use the sauna and shower! But I immediately put on my robe as my appointment was coming up in less than 5 minutes. The facial itself was fantastic (Fire & Ice). Actually when I got home (2 days later) I realized an immediate difference in the texture of my skin. I've had facials in the past and this by far was the best facial I've had. And the price is similar to what I pay back home, which is a plus in my book. Pro tip: definitely come here well-before your spa appointment so you can check out all the amenities. But as long as you have an appointment you are welcome to come back for the rest of the day and enjoy everything. If I'm ever in Vegas again, I'm definitely booking another appointment here. Yes it's expensive but it is SO WORTH IT!

Yelp
This spa is so lovely. It's clean, quiet and calm. They have all the amenities you can imagine from shaving cream to mouthwash. The common areas are spacious so you never feel overwhelmed by other guests in the spa. My massage was fantastic. Definitely plan to book here again.

Yelp
So happy I had the chance to check this spa out! It's a very beautiful spa inside the Cosmopolitan hotel. The staff is extremely professional and kind here. They have nice facilities here too. I got a mani and pedi done which allowed me to use their facilities. You could spend a good hour to two using their bath, steam room, sauna, showers, and vanity. Out front, where you pay or make your appointment are a lot of spa goodies for purchase. When you first walk in for your appointment, someone will guide you to your locker room and give you a tour. The hallway to the Women's facilities was beautiful. I made the most of the bath and steam room. The lounge chairs and snacks were a huge plus. I also loved the fully stocked bathrooms and vanities. Besides having shampoo, soap, and conditioner, they also had razors, shaving cream, deodorant, hairspray, and more. When it was finally time for my mani and pedi, I was led to the salon portion of the spa. My biggest comment about this spa is that it is a bit overpriced for what you get. The polish choices felt a little outdated, but I was able to find something I liked. Unfortunately, my mani began chipping 24 hours after getting it done (note: I wasn't doing any crazy things with my hands for them to chip this quickly). Lan, who did my mani and pedi, was amazing. She brought me champagne and was fun to talk to. I really appreciated how gentle she was. Because I don't get my nails done often, she made sure not to cut my cuticles too short so they wouldn't get messed up. If you plan to do a mani and pedi, I highly recommend asking for Lan.

Yelp
Shoutout to Joel and Kate for the amazing experience. I was in Las Vegas from Sept. 21st through Sept. 23rd and was staying at the Cosmopolitan, so I did not want to go far due to it being such a short trip. I had dinner plans that evening and wanted to look flawless. I have blemishes on my skin from sun exposure, the house-fire, and of course the years and years of me not taking care of my skin so naturally I turned to the professionals. I made the call weeks before coming out there so book an appointment. Joel was friendly, energetic, and welcoming. My appointment was originally at 9AM but he called me back moments later to tell me that the makeup artist would not be available until 10. He was also the one that greeted me and checked me in that morning. I was offered champagne and the likes but if you know me, you will know that I don't drink so he went out of the salon to get a Diet Coke for me. Kate is genuine, sweet, and took her time to make sure everything she did was symmetrical and to my liking. We were talking about our kids, Halloween, and how she came out to Las Vegas w/ her sister w/o a plan! My appointment did not take the full hour, but we chatted away as if we were friends. My makeup looked natural and I felt flawless. I will look into investing in a foundation spray thing because though deep down I knew how much foundation was used, my face did not feel heavy one bit. Not only that, but my makeup also held well through the entire day. Thank you to you both for giving me a look that made me feel pretty!

Yelp
Amazing experience from start to finish. The massage put me right to sleep. Loved the modern feel of the spa

Yelp
This is a fairly small spa and salon at the cosmopolitan hotel. Spa is clothing optional like other 5 star MGM hotel spas on the strip. We had some treatments for our spa day. Both hubby and I had 100 minutes stretch/massage with CBD oil. I also had oxygen facial and makeup service. The massages and facial were great. I didn't like my makeup service. My makeup artist didn't use premium makeup and her skills weren't that good at all. Glad I brought my own Dior, Chanel and Tom Ford makeup. Or I would get skin rash from the makeup (Mac? Yuk!) she was going to use on my face. I have extremely sensitive skin! I also don't like this spa facility too much. It's very small with basic amenities. No co-ed areas which was frustrating. I'd liked to hang out with hubby before my treatments. For the high prices they charge here I really think they should expand this spa. Add more amenities and co-ed areas. Also more and better beverages and snacks. Our treatments were good and the staffs were extremely pleasant and friendly. But the very basic spa facility fell short for the high end price tag! We will just return to Aria spa next time, that is really the best MGM hotel spa on the strip! Ps. Can't order alcohol beverages at the spa, but they offer champagne at the salon.

Yelp
I get massages almost weekly. I have to say these therapists are some of the best I've ever come across! Jodie and Melissa were AMAZING!! The rooms were perfectly dimmed, clean, and had neat accents. I even enjoyed the jacuzzi area downstairs. 1000/10!!

Yelp
This was the worst massage I have ever had. For at least 1/3 of the 80-min massage, their hands were not moving at all. They were making noises almost like they were sleeping/snoring. They didn't once check in to see how I was enjoying the massage and if the pressure was good which is standard practice. They did not wash their hands after massaging my feet before moving to other parts of my body including my head/face. When I spoke with a manager after, they didn't seem to care but offered a 50% discount which they never followed through on processing. For the price you pay plus the automatic 20% gratuity, I would not recommend.

Yelp
It's a very pretty spa and I had an amazing massage here (booked the signature massage). The massage comes with access to the spa area, which includes a hot tub with waterfall, eucalyptus steam room, dry sauna, and cold steam room. I especially liked the hot eucalyptus steam room, but the cold steam room seemed to not really be working well. There are also places to lounge, showers, and snacks and tea. The snacks were not very good (very salty trail mix and sweet trail mix along with some fruit). The shower area was out of towels and it's kind of difficult to find an attendant to help you out with anything sometimes. The spa area only had probably less than 5 people in it at a time which was nice. I stayed in my swimsuit because it seemed like everyone else was. They give you a luxurious heavy robe as well to lounge in which I kind of wanted to purchase but forgot to ask about. After about an hour in the spa, it was time for the massage, which was in this amazingly cozy and comfortable room with a completely adjustable massage bed, and calming music playing. I fell asleep during my massage. It was so nice, definitely more of a relaxing massage than a pound out all your knots one.

Yelp
I recently visited the Sahra spa for a 75 min couples Sahra Signature massage with my boyfriend. I scheduled this massage about a month in advance while I was planning my boyfriend's birthday trip to Vegas. I called the spa to pre-charge the couples massage on my card because I knew my boyfriend would try to pay for it if I didn't and I wanted this to be part of his birthday gift. I've done this at other high-end spas no problem. The process that I had to go through to "pre-pay" honestly deserves a 1 star...it's straight out of the early 2000s. Pre-paying is not possible at this spa and instead I had to buy a physical gift card for the exact amount of the service. I was told that the gift card would be stored at the spa and I could pick up when I arrive. This was not ideal, but since it was the only way to pay in advance I went ahead with it. In order to pre-pay for the gift card, they emailed me a PDF form to complete and then said they would call me once they'd received the form via email to verify credit card information. The form allowed for Adobe Sign so I filled out everything and signed my Adobe Sign digital signature like I would do for literally any other PDF form nowadays and sent it back. When I sent it back the spa told me that unfortunately they needed a wet signature and that I needed to print it out, sign it, and email it back. It was a pretty frustrating, but I did it and then they called me to get my credit card information over the phone to charge the gift card. Arriving at the spa for our treatment, the individual at the front desk had to call to get someone to physically bring the gift card to the front to charge the service. It was just not seamless at all and left my boyfriend confused. I had to explain to him why I bought the gift card and why we were standing there waiting for someone to bring it out. At least he couldn't try to pay for it. Anyways, aside from the 1 star antiquated gift card experience, the spa itself was nice and it's the reason this review is 4 stars overall. The design of the spa is beautiful and peaceful. We spent a few hours enjoying the amenities, which include a whirlpool hot tub and hot and cool steam rooms. It wasn't crowded in any of these spaces for either of us on a Saturday afternoon. The signature massage itself was wonderful and relaxing. I do wish that they provided a glass of champagne upon arrival like other high-end spas do, it would have added to the birthday festivities. It's only water and tea here. Also I wish there were more co-ed spaces. There is only 1 co-ed sitting area that we could be in after finishing our massages and then it was back to our separate spaces. Would I book a spa treatment here again? Probably not. It was nice to experience once, but I've had better experiences at other spas in Vegas.

Yelp
I have visited the cosmo spa three times dating back to before the Pandemic. It might not be the most luxe (IMO Wynn comfortably holds that title) but it is extremely nice and easily tops my list of places I like to spend time in town. I have always been really pleased with their services and have gotten facials, massages and body treatments. If you are looking to splurged I HIGHLY recommend the hammam experience. I am married to a Moroccan and have visited several hammams in the country - this one is fairly authentic, dare I say nicer than a lot of true Moroccan hammams. This is a unique experience and hard to find in the states. Their spa facilities (whirlpool, etc) are also nice and in my experience, never too crowded. On our most recent visit, we rented the spa suite for the afternoon because although we like the amenities, they are not co-ed. The suite has a great view of the strip and the bellagio fountains. The service from the suite hostess was excellent and very attentive. I would absolutely book this again and can't wait for my next visit.

Yelp
I lovely afternoon relaxing in the men's spa. A bit pricey for admission... $60 when the Korean spas of Los Angeles are $25 to $30... but... you know... Vegas. Was going to book a massage, perhaps next time. Didn't have that much time on this trip. Everyone was lovely, the place was spotless, it was a nice way to lounge for the afternoon for a few hours while my traveling companion napped (okay, lost money at blackjack).
google avatar

Geri F.

Yelp
I will start by saying that the spa itself is absolutely gorgeous. A beautiful, dark entryway that invites you to escape from the stresses of your day. Also, locals park free at cosmo for 3 hrs and on weekdays we get 20% off spa treatments, whoo! As of January 2023, The Cosmo parking has not yet fully integrated into MGM Resorts Program, so sorry you cannot use those perks just yet! I was greeted by the kind hostess up front and spa attendant Kim (awesome attendant!) who gave me a tour and showed me to my locker. The locks are similar to that of the Wynn/Encore in which you input your own code on a number pad. The main spa area is a little small and can easily feel crowded if enough people are there. There is a hot tub with waterfall feature, dry sauna, steam room, and cool mist room. Across from the hot tub is a couple of lounge chair. There is a separate lunge room where you meet your therapist/esthetician, a shower room, restrooms, and vanity area. All appeared clean and well stocked. The only thing that sort of took away from my experience was the group of ladies who were chattering quite loudly at the hot tub. But i can't blame poor spa etiquette on the place itself, Once they left for their treatments, there was peace. I opted for the 80minute Signature massage. My therapist was Loretta. She was awesomeeee! I felt very relaxed during and after my treatment! She's also very nice! Afterwards, i relaxed a little more in the hot tub and shower before shower and getting ready to head out. Kim gave me a little sample of oil/lotion combo to try out. Thank you! I recommend this spot! Perhaps more so on a slower day because of the size. But the service and treatments themselves are top notch!!

Yelp
Has the best massage I've ever had here. I got the signature massage which was a combination of Swedish, Thai, and shiatsu, plus stretching. It was just what my body needed! The best part of my massage was that my masseuse Mario was personable and professional and he made my 50 min massage feel like an 80 minute one. I'd def book this massage again in a heartbeat and pray I get Mario again. Booking a service included access to all the amenities as well. There is a hot tub with rainforest- shower within, a mist room, a steam room, and sauna. There's also a relaxing wait room with hot and iced tea, and light snacks. Note that if you ask, they can provide you with juice options as well. Lastly there's the locker room, showers, and salon where you can bring yourself back to life after much needed relaxation. Upstairs is where the magic happens. They have about 30 treatment rooms upstairs as well as an upstairs lounge which looks fancier than downstairs, perhaps this is reserved for folks who reserve multiple treatments? Maybe memberships or VIP? Idk. Loved this spot. It gave me what I needed without question.

Yelp
Stephanie is a fantastic massage therapist. She was kind, gentle, and listened to my requests. I lost my father recently and she understood how that effects the body. The hot stone massage melted away my pain and I woke up the next morning feeling like a new person. All the rest of the staff in the spa area were excellent as well. The showers were spotless. The sauna, jacuzzi, steam, and cold steam were perfection. The tea was lovely and they also offer juice and hot coffee upon request. My only issue was with what looked like a bridal party that was a little loud.

Yelp
Stephanie did a great massage! Super thorough and she has an excellent touch. Try the CBD!

Yelp
This spa is the epitome of a 5 star experience. From the booking process, to the location to the check in and best of all -- the services. Booking an appointment began with me going to the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas hotel's website.l and searching for resort features to find the spa page. The page is filled with info on available services, pricing and the process. You must contact the Spa Concierge via phone or email to book. This annoyed me at first but I sent a quick email to inquires about couples massages. I received a response within a few hours followed up by a phone call. My annoyance quickly subsided after speaking the the concierge who answered all my questions and catered to all of my requests and got me booked right away. The spa is located on the 14th floor of the modern hip Cosmopolitan Hotel. It is easy to locate just off the elevators in the Chelsea Tower. Checking in was simple and fast. The spa was clean, elegant and tranquil. There is a long stone hallway with a waterfall at the end followed by a stair case that I later nicknamed the stairway to heaven. There are gender specific locker rooms with free combo lockers to store your belongings. And you can meet up with your crew just outside. The spa suite is absolutely perfect for couples for a romantic date or special occasions. The suite is outfitted with side by side massage tables and a bathtub with jets sits nearby. You can order room service and have food or drinks after your massage. For an added free you can stay in the suite for an extra hour afterward to enjoy the bath, a steam shower, your meal and drinks. This was definitely worth it!

Yelp
I wish I could break it down by areas... 5 stars to Mick who gave a great deep tissue massage! The rest is downhill, the tour girl could not speak up, no matter how many times I asked her to.. the selection of water and tea was sad compared to other spas in Vegas! Also, there was no swimsuit dryer or little bags to put your wet swimsuit in! I will not be back.

Yelp
This review is for my Sahra Spa experience today. The manager Jerret (Jared?) has left the situation unresolved, leaving me to speak with his supervisor who should be calling me during our trip here. I met my attendant who was pleasant named Kayla and immediately tipped her my $20 for the help she would provide me while I was there. She gave me my tour to refresh my memory from the last time I was here and she let me know that I could either be in the general waiting area five minutes before my service or I could meet my partner upstairs 15 minutes before service for a couples massage. I responded by saying I wasn't sure yet which one I would do and I'll see how I feel. Here's where it goes wrong. At the 15 minute mark before my massage, the attendant came into the steam room to let me know she had already radioed to have my partner brought upstairs to wait with me. Well, at that time I was sitting in the steam room. How could I rush up to meet my partner? I had already decided that I was going to actually go to the general waiting area five minutes before the Massage so that both of us would wait separately in the men's and women's main areas. She said "OK the men's side moves slowly so I'll call them and cancel that request so he's not going up there." Ok great. I continue enjoying the steam room, showered and went into the general waiting area on the women's side when the attendant told me that he has actually been upstairs waiting. I was upset that he was up there waiting, and I didn't know it. It also doesn't make sense to just have one person up there before the other. I've had many couples' massages, and everything is done in sync and together, either same waiting area or stayed separate, meeting the therapists/providers at the same time, etc. When she told me that he was up there, waiting without me, I said, well let me go up there too then and she wouldn't let me go by myself up the stairs! Someone else had just walked in to check in so she asked me to wait so she would escort me and I said ok. Then she said "actually someone else is going to check in shortly too could you just go sit in the ladies waiting area?" ?!?!? Ummm no. It's appropriate to have both people waiting in the same space to meet the providers so a conversation can be had about who needs more pressure and who goes with who. I'm the one who needs much firmer pressure and has more experience with massages. My partner would've been happy with anything but instead of having the opportunity to have that conversation and properly assign providers based on needs, I am made to wait separately in the woman's lounge only to be called up with my provider to see my partner and his already assigned provider chatting it up without me there. That was also very irritating to come up separately to him sitting talking and laughing with the first provider who came out! A professional establishment like the Cosmopolitan should understand the nuances of couples and never have the woman greeting the man sitting laughing with his female provider without her. Not a good way to start off the couples massage. I kept a positive attitude and went in giving my girl a chance after letting her know I need firm pressure. She was very very sweet and made me feel important however I could not enjoy the massage whatsoever because 1) the pressure was incredibly light for my body I was actually crying during the massage realizing I was having a really disappointing experience 2) it was as though we were having two completely different massages right next to each other. My partner's provider was moving on different parts of his body at different pressures/speeds and at different times as mine. Every couples massage I've ever had has always been (majority) in sync. I was so sad that this was the experience so far that I had to stop in first 30 min of the massage and leave. I informed my sweet provider what happened, she understood right away and got her manager Jerret (Jared). He also completely understood and spoke calmly with me, explaining he would "not charge for services today". Well he has since changed his mind about the services and is still charging me for half the amount. My partner was blissfully unaware as men usually are all the while I am having the unfortunate experience and I am the one paying the bill. Then the female provider who met my partner first and assigned herself to him went OVER time with him! I was waiting downstairs really wanting to just leave and go up to the room but couldn't because he had my room key so I thought ok he will be out at 345 promptly to meet me and ask what happened and give the room key but he didn't get out until 4pm. Why would she keep him longer than the allotted time after something disruptive happened in the room when I left in first 30 min of the couples' massage??? Very disappointing situation all around that is unresolved.

Yelp
After a long weekend, I had to stop by the spa to reload and relax. I booked a balance & harmony massage and asked for a woman masseuse. When I say this was the best massage I have ever had in my life, I'm not over exaggerating. I regular get body work on vacations and I have been looking for a masseuse like the one I was paired with, Renee. Renee's energy and touch was so healing, not only physically but spiritually. She had me tearing up at different parts of the massage, asking questions that really touched my heart. Renee used the perfect amount of pressure and really listened to what my body needed. I walked out of the room grounded emotionally, floating physically. I will be returning to the spa in the near future, specifically to get more work done by Renee. If you're looking for some healing, book a massage with Renee. You will not regret it! Thank you so much Cosmopolitan for introducing me to Renee!

Yelp
I went in thinking I wanted one type of facial but Kasha (sp? Katia?) spent our first few minutes evaluating my skin and told me I needed something else - which was actually less expensive (I left the difference for her in the tip)! She truly understands skin. People have even commented on how good my skin looks several days later. I highly recommend her and I may have to fly out to Vegas just to see her! Kasha is AMAZING! All of the staff was knowledgable and attentive, tbh. They were able to fit me in same day, and the gentleman on the phone was very informed about the services and was patient with me as I reviewed my calendar. The spa is clean and has everything you need for a beautification or relaxation experience. I stay at the Cosmo whenever I get to Vegas but had not been to the spa for treatment - though I will make sure to hit it and see Kasha, again.

Yelp
I was given a spa day for the day before my wedding groom, my best friend. The setting is nice and intimate. The massage itself was just okay, even when requested a firm massage. For the cost. I will not return for a massage unless it is with a different therapist.

Yelp
I got the red flower hammam treatment and it was so amazing. First, this treatment, you will lie down on a very large hot stone. You will be naked but they will cover you with towels around your breast area and your vag area. Then you flip over and do the backside and then they cover your butt. The person performing the treatment will not see anything as you do most of the covering yourself while the person giving the treatment steps out. If you aren't comfortable with that, maybe you should try a different service. I don't like to be naked in front of other people, so I was worried that the person that was giving me the treatment with see my naked flabby ass, but that was not the case here. So try something new and go naked during this treatment. I kept my swimsuit bottoms on against advisement, and it really did get in the way of the treatment, so although they let me keep it on which was so nice, next time, I will take it off. Another tip is to do NOT SHAVE at least two days before this treatment, they will scrub you down with body scrubs, so if you shave before that will cause irritation, so make sure to do that at least two days before if you have to do that. While you lie down on the heated stone in a private room, they throw buckets of water on you. If you do not want to get your hair wet, I repeat, please bring a water turban. I will have to look into getting one for myself next time as I used the shower cap that was provided in the locker room and it was not the business. Also bring a hairband to put your hair up. They scrub your body with body butters, soaps and oils, and they encase you in bubbles. I do not know how to explain it, except it's kind of like when you take a bath and you have a bunch of bubbles, so there's no water, but just a bunch of bubbles. After the treatment they rinse you with water while you're still laying down, they kind of alternate between rinsing you and slapping you with the water which feels great. This is not a massage, but it's basically like you take a shower laying down. It sounds weird, but it is absolutely amazing and anyone and everyone needs to try this if they can. Throughout the treatment, they used all these body, butters and oils that smelled so good. Probably the best smelling lotions and soaps I've ever smelled before. One of the soaps did smell like the In-N-Out special animal style sauce and it made me kind of hungry during the treatment, but overall the soaps and oils smelled amazing. They also add an automatic 20% gratuity to each treatment. I feel like the 20% gratuity is well deserved for the people who perform the treatments. I had Ron for the Hammam service. He did such an amazing job, and I look forward to coming back and having the service again with him. He was so kind, polite and respectful. I highly recommend to book with him. I was also worried during my treatment as there was so much water being poured over me and I try to do everything I can to save our planet's resources, but Ron assured me that the facility is a sustainable facility, and that the water is cleaned and recycled, which is such a big deal for me, so I was glad to know that. The treatment was so amazing, I thought to myself if this was so good, their other treatments have to be amazing as well, so I actually booked a Hydrafacial right after. The hydrafacial was just as amazing as the Hammam treatment. I didn't catch my facialist's name, but she did such an amazing job, and she wrote down their medical grade face products for me. She was not pushy at all and I was so glad she wrote down the products because I was really impressed with what she put on my face. I've had many hydrafacial's before, but this one was so different as she was very thorough and did not miss any spots on my face, neck, and décolletage. This was all included in my hydra facial treatment. The two treatments I received were so amazing and worth the money in my opinion. I thought I would be able to have pool access for all the money that I spent, but you are not able to use the pool if you are not a guest at the cosmopolitan. That was a bummer considering that was the main reason why I booked the treatment in the first place. If you wish to stay all day, they give you In and Out privileges until 7 PM. If you get the Hammam treatment, definitely get the Facial after. Do not get a Facial before as they will wash the products off of your face. Also use the sauna and the other rooms before the Hammam treatment as they put a lot of oils on your body, and you do not want to rinse it off after. I wonder if they have a couples Hammam experience. That would be really cool to do with my husband. They do not have a coed spa, this is separated by gender, but if I could do a treatment on the same stone as my husband, that would be cool. Overall, the spa wasn't the best because it was small, but it was beautiful. The treatments is what saved it, they were out of this world so I will definitely come back again.

Yelp
Took the opportunity to have a pedicure and parafin treatment at the Sahra Spa Salon at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. This was my first time visiting the spa and Maribel did an amazing job in providing excellent treatment and I will definitely come back. 5/5 stars!! I would definitely look for Maribel again when I come back.

Yelp
This spa is EVERYTHING!! Five stars all the way! I had my nails done by Lisa--fill in acrylic. My acrylic nails were too long and lifting. Flavia and Stephanie helped me at the spa and both were so kind and loving. They made me feel like a VIP and that goes a long way especially on days when you really need a spa day to unwind from everyday stresses in life. My nails turned out thin and natural and Reesi used a glitter in the light pink acrylic powder so that we only needed one coat of clear polish at the end. She made them very strong and sturdy and gorgeous! I cannot recommend cosmo enough. It cost more for the service but she was so quick and did such an amazing job it was fully worth it. Also I got to enjoy the spa after which is gorgeous and has incredible rooms such as the quiet room with snacks and teas, the hot steam room, sauna, sold steam room, jacuzzi, and more!

Yelp
I came here for one of the hammam services and it was AMAZING. The soap they use and the whole journey is something I would definitely come back for. I would suggest calling way in advance if you want to do one of the longer hammam packages. when I called, they only had the shortest one available (which was still amazing). The spa is very clean and the workers are very. The hydrotherapy (hot tub, steam room, sauna) are a little smaller than I had expected, but nothing felt crowded. I would suggest going in the weekend because they don't allow people who just want to use the hydrotherapy on weekends. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
A step above pedestrian, if you ask me. This was how I started 2022, and let's just say, I wasn't impressed. Don't let the gorgeous waterfall fool you. The little things really stunk at this place once you walked past the double-doors. Maybe I'm too much of a spa snob! Granted, $85 for a day pass isn't the most expensive I've ever paid, but given the ambiance they portray, I was expecting some delicacies with service and amenities. In terms of amenities, they have the basics: Jacuzzi pool with lounge chairs, sauna, steam room, cooling misting room and a lounge room. Those were all fine, no complaints there. It's just the small things...They only provide big towels and they SUCK. They're these super rough olive green towels that look like you should wipe your car down, not use all over your body. STRIKE 1: When I asked for where the towels were, they showed me this bin of dirty towels that were sitting out. I was mortified, like, why are you showing me a dirty bin? And why are they out? And even when I found the new ones, why are they so rough? And WHERE are the hand towels? Then the service. If there isn't a stream of hot tea and snacks available at the ready, then come around and see if the guests need anything. They offer you a little cup tea, water, whatever when you walk in, then POOF. Your tea is gone, and the staff is gone too. Again, call me a snob, but I don't like that sh*t. STRIKE 2: In the area of service, why did the staff have NO idea about spa etiquette? I'm laying in the jacuzzi area, taking a nice relaxing nap, and the staff member keeps coming around, moving screeching chairs, and waking my ass up. I was so pissed! Not to mention, she woke me up a second time when she came around hollering for someone when I was the only one in the room the WHOLE TIME! STRIKE 3: When I told the manager about all of this (I won't say her name, but she was perfectly nice), she was like "oh, I'm sorry. I can offer you a pass to come back tomorrow." Now why the HELL would I want to come back tomorrow - the day after I just had that kind of experience? To not offer a voucher for a future date was poor taste to me. But hey...like I said, I'm a snob about details and this is pedestrian at best. If you're looking for a true 5-star experience, go to Napa or Silicon Valley. Try Mayacama or the Rosewood. Even Burke Williams is better than this to me. In Vegas? If the Wynn has a spa, then maybe I'll go there next time. But either way, I'd love to hear my ladies' suggestions!!!

Yelp
Enjoyed a couples Hammam Soap Ritual for the first time, and would definitely do it again. It was a truly relaxing experience. Followed that up with side-by-side 75-minute Essentials massages and upgraded to the couple's private suite, which you get for an extra hour after the massages. The suite has a huge Roman rub and walk-in steam shower and full bath (with an extra wheelchair access restroom). The spa is gorgeous, as you can see from the pictures... amenities and staff are top notch from beginning to end. I recommend planning to be there the entire day so you can relax and enjoy everything it has to offer!

Yelp
This was THE BEST experience I have had in a spa so far. Ever. Not just Vegas. The atmosphere was relaxing from the moment you walked in the door. The falling rain details, the decor, and the waiting room with snacks just scream-whispered "relax". The scents in the spa all worked together and the relaxing room- I could have spent all day there and been happy. My massage was so relaxing I was fighting to stay awake and my masseuse had the best constant pressure. Again- I was sad when it was over. I went to another spa the next day (because treat myself) and I wanted to have something to compare this experience to. Couldn't hold a candle. Loved it!

Yelp
The absolute most relaxing and rejuvenating experience anyone could hope for at a hotel spa. Service was top notch and the two for packages are a definite must!

Yelp
The services and providers are great. However, the operating standards of the facility seem to be lacking. The lounge chairs are filthy and several of the facilities were out of order. The women's steam room was not operational and neither the men's or women's cool mist were working. A very disappointing experience overall.

Yelp
Since my initial visit, I try to make the effort to go whenever I am in town, specifically during the cooler months. The day pass fee has gone from $45 to $50, but that is to be expected. While I was there between 2020-21, the hammam area was understandably closed down for obvious reasons, however they still continued with facial and massage services. During this time, I had my first service here-an eyebrow wax-and I have to be honest and say I've had much better. The esthetician clearly never worked on Asian brows before, but I learned after the fact that the makeup artists also do brow services, and I should have booked with them instead. I did get to go upstairs and venture down the long hallway past all of the treatment rooms for the first time though which was cool. I was even able to take a look inside the actual journey room with its huge circular marble slab front and center. I'm happy to say during one of my more recent visits as of December 2021, the full spa is operating at normal capacity. What I was really impressed with was the shower amenities; back in 2018, they had red flower essences which I always liked. On my most recent visit-my first one since they reopened to guests-I was informed they have a new line, which I wasn't really looking forward to since I liked what they had (especially over the hotel room amenities) but figured I would give them a try. WOW, Pure Fiji shampoo, conditioner and body cleanser were an upgrade. They have a limited line available for purchase in the retail area but none of their hair line unfortunately, so I had to buy direct. This alone gives me more reason to visit the spa if I can have access to those products. From photos, it appears as though they used to carry a more extensive collection years ago, but that was before I ever set foot into here. Odds-and-ends: -My favorite is still the giant jacuzzi; if it's a little crowded, I deliberately sit within the waterfall column where if you sit just so, you don't get any direct rainfall on you, just around you -I somehow always get lucky with one chaise in the lounging area -Yep, this review was basically about products in their locker rooms. For what it's worth, I'll definitely be returning on a future visit to The Cosmopolitan Hotel.

Yelp
My first visit here was in November of 2019, where I enjoyed a great massage and excellent attending service by Kim (and 3 years later I still remembered her name - this is how fabulous she was). In August of 2021, I returned for another afternoon of pure bliss. Chrissy gave the best massage of my entire life. It was both a physical and somewhat emotional massage, not too hard but not too soft, flowing perfectly as if she was telling a story. My only regret is that I did not book for longer - 50 minutes was way too short (and I normally feel bored at the 65 minute mark of a massage). With Chrissy I could have stayed there for years. In the beginning I shared with Chrissy that I had recently been told I had a muscle spasm in my lower back, and that I wasn't sure if it should be massaged or not. She assured me that it definitely should not be touched and that she would adjust from there. The heated and adjustable bed I was on must have been new, as I don't remember it from 2019, but it held my body perfectly and I didn't have to strain to lay on a flat table as I normally do during massages. It was like being cradled by a perfect, warm cloud. In the spa itself, Bree (I think this is her name, short brunette hair) took care of me in the same excellent way that Kim had before. For some reason this service was so top notch that it usually is on par with memory of the massage itself. If you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of Vegas or just your every day life, leave your phone in the locker and allow yourself to breathe and relax here, knowing you'll be looked after every step of the way...

Yelp
Absolutely AMAZING facility and staff to match!! My finacee, my sister and I booked massage services here and we can honestly say it was the BEST MASSAGES we ever had! We've been to many spas and this one Tops the list! We had the pleasure of having Brian, Ron and Jude as our therapists! All three are very well skilled! We all left feeling relaxed and not beat up like most treatments end up leaving you! We are looking forward to booking our next services! 100% highly recommended this spa!

Yelp
I booked a massage here during my birthday trip. I visit many high end spas and will say this lived up to my expectations. It's beautiful with all the amenities and excellent customer service. I had easily one of the best massages by Lindsley -- she was absolutely amazing! HIGHLY reccomend her. I cannot wait to come back. Stephanie at the front desk was also fantastic, just so accommodating and friendly!

Yelp
Wowwww this spa is niiiicee. We received a $100 spa credit by booking The Cosmo through AMEX, so couldn't let this credit go to waste! The Cosmo rooms have iPads where you can view and book the menu of spa options. I called the day prior to service to book and it was easy and pleasant. The spa itself is so peaceful and relaxing. I loved the gigantic waterfall as soon as you walk in. My signature massage with Erica was AMAZING. She was very personable and gave me the best massage of my life. The massage also involved some Thai stretching which was a nice addition to the typical experience. The room was very dark and serene-- loved the ambiance! I would most definitely return!

Yelp
I decided to book a two-choice bundle spa package here to celebrate my birthday. The prices are pretty extravagant here, so I was a little skeptical about the services. But hey, when in Vegas right? I booked a facial and massage, both 50 minutes each. During my facial, Georgina was very pleasant to conversation with and she seemed very knowledgeable about skin and skin care. I opted for getting the hydrafacial add-on, and I have no regrets! The changes were drastic and immediate. I went back to my room and looked at myself in the mirror, and thought "wow, Georgina was right!." I feel extremely happy with the outcome and wish I'd done this type of facial sooner. Followed by the facial was my massage. And again, I got more than what I expected. Ron was my therapist, and his technique was amazing. I've had numerous massages my entire life, enough to critique the worst from the best... and in my opinion, Ron is pretty up there. He was attentive and very professional. I felt extremely relaxed and did not want the massage to even end! I think if I ever come back to stay at the Cosmo, I would definitely return to this spa. They did not disappoint one bit, and I highly recommend it. Splurge if you must. We all deserve to treat ourselves sometimes... or many times. Hehe.

Yelp
I've been coming to the cosmopolitan for years-but oddly never stepped inside the spa here. This last visit my nails were looking oh so rough so I decided to pop in for some much needed professional help. Making an appointment was super easy-I emailed and they were quick to respond (plus I really enjoy not having to talk to anyone on the phone). I came in for a milk and honey mani and pedi-but decided to see if they had time for acrylics. My nail tech/wizard, Lisa made it happen for me. She did the absolute best nails ever-and I wasn't even able to properly tell her what I wanted....she just knew. I'm used to getting my nails done at home before I come to vegas-that's a thing of the past. My first stop will be here to see Lisa from now on!!

Yelp
Was fortunate to experience the Share Spa when I was at the Cosmopolitan Hotel this past week. Outstanding massage therapists (Brandy and Kelly) - they were both excellent and it was clear they were experience massage therapists. The facility is great. We reserved the Spa Suite for our small group. Great private area with a TV, couch, single person hot tub and a steam room. What really made our experience (this year and in past years) exceptional was the customer service. Led by Chris (Operations Manager), Kimesha (our Suite host), and Bernadette (Sales Manager) the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. They were personable, responsive, knowledgeable and each of them made a genuine effort to ensure our experience was enjoyable. I can't wait to go back to the Sahra Spa during my next trip to Vegas!

Yelp
Check that you understand what your service involves, the menu is misleading. Despite this description: "Milk & Honey Nourishing Bath Smooth skin is conjured from milk and honey as fresh ingredients create supple, addictively touchable skin. A hydrating mist locks in moisture to complete the experience." You're not actually bathing in milk and honey! On the one hand the treatment itself was very nice. I got to try a body scrub, followed by a bath (with bubbles and water) followed by a massage. On the other hand it's just not the thing I felt like I signed up for/wanted. If I'd know no actual milk/honey would be used I would have picked one of the other treatments and saved myself some money. The spa itself is nice, but very small. It's got a pool, one sauna, one hot and one cold steam room. And that's pretty much it. There's also some relaxation areas, but they're just for sitting. It's a bit awkward in that whenever a new guest arrives they're given a tour, so your relaxation may be semi-regularly interrupted by that and/or the cleaning staff doing their job. (but while the cleaning staff is keeping things clean/a positive...the tour kinda makes you feel like part of a zoo "and here's our pool (with humans soaking in it!)") Overall couldn't help but feel I got kinda ripped off.

Yelp
Fabulous facility, friendly and professional staff/massage therapists. I came here on a whim - Sunday morning. I got the earliest booking for a classic massage appointment. They toured me around and got me set up with sandals, a robe and a locker. The vanity is stocked fully, the snacks and tea bar is nice and healthy, and the water/steam sections are beautiful. I spent the first 1.5 hours using the hot tub soak, eucalyptus steam, sauna and cool mist shower. I then met Brian for my massage and he was incredibly attentive to my requests for pressure - one of the best massages I've ever had hands down. Afterwards I drank some water, showered and used their vanity items to prepare for my exit. Highly recommend

Yelp
The spa was beautiful. The entryway was made of local sandstone. There was a warm waterfall in the jacuzzi. It was so relaxing to hear the water, I just vegged out on the chaise somewhat in a trance. My massage therapist, Erica was so good. Even though we only had 50 minutes, she was very thorough and had a strong touch. She really worked my knots out! I'm a hairdresser and she knew instinctively what to do. I left floating on air.
