They were very kind even though I visited late at night, and the food was really delicious! But I showed them a photo from a Google review and ordered the same dish. In the review receipt it clearly says 9.5 euros, but they charged me 13.5 euros. It feels a bit strange… Anyway, I paid 18 euros in total for everything shown in the photo.

The food was good, tasty. It's a very 'local' authentic Portuguese restaurant. Fresh fish and tasty meat dishes! The staff is helpful and nice. The atmosphere is..'local' restraunt setting, if you know what I mean.

Local authentic restaurant with traditional food and good mood. And the most exciting thing is the menu was handwritten. Squid was delicious! And price was very good. Recommended!

I ordered a daymenu fish that came in 1 minute. Plain potato, beans and fish. No sauce, no pepper and salt, no taste. One bread in the table that i didnt use . They charged 2.5€ for the bread without telling it was not included. The day menu was acceptable but nothing more. Grumpy man at the cashier and overwoekerd staff in the kitchen. What i hoped to be a nice local experience became a once but no more. Tomorrow kebab. No sorry from anyone, only arguing staff. Pity

Very good neighbourhood Portuguese restaurant. They have a good selection of fish and meat dishes. The wine is also good. Friendly service and good prices; the decorations/interior are a bit dull.

10/10, Super underrated place!!! I have been craving to eat in an authentic charming place with good Portuguese food. If you want to fully immerse yourself with the culture and the food, this is the place. The waiter was very accommodating, friendly, and humorous. We mostly ate fried fish but it was the best we've had in our entire porto trip. We also had the natas do céu which was this sweet creamy egg cake and the bolo de bolacha, which had vanilla cream and aromatic coffee--they were both delicious. We also tried this green wine which was super strong but also a must-try because it's one of the staples

We wanted to try something local (not touristy) on our last night in Porto and unexpectedly came across this place, deciding to give it a try. The place is just like those neighborhood mom&pop shop, nothing fancy but as you walked in, you know the food will not disappoint. The host kindly explained the menu in English, and we ordered the traditional Portuguese stew and lamb chops with potatoes. We ordered to-go, and they packed the food securely. The food was so good and flavorful that, along with the Porto wine, we left no crumbs. We will definitely return to dine in next time we’re in Porto—such a gem!

Food is fair for the price, grilled bass was cooked well and fresh. However service was the worst during my trip. The waiter was terrible from the beginning, even the place was empty still ignored the only customer for 15 mins for him to finish smoking outside. Also please Never throw menu at customer, this alone completely ruined my experience. I was about to just leave due to lack of respect but it was a holiday many restaurants closed and I was too hungry so I stayed. Lastly, waiter forgot what I ordered only a few mins he took my order and asked me again …either he was on drug or lack of professional expertise. The owner was nice and friendly though, he should fired the lazy and bad behaved waiter.

Yelp
Friendly service in a small local place. Not a fancy atmosphere but clean, welcoming, and delicious! Server spoke four languages! Food was amazing! We had grilled sea bass with boiled potatoes and a steak with fries and rice. Also the sangria was sweet and refreshing. Definitely worth the visit! Will be back.

Yelp
I came here on the recommendation of the guide on the tour I was on today and I am happy I did. I had a great meal and paid half the price as I did for the other meals I had in Porto. Only locals here. Nice wait staff.
