Sai Ngam Natural Mineral Spring

The water are so nice and the surrounding is so relaxing. No smell of sulfur, just warm clear water. Ther's some green algae, but it doesn't damage the clarity of the water. The more people are there with you is the less you can enjoy the place. Nice place for taking beautiful photos...

This place is nice but NOT worth the route to get to it!!! It’s all nice and smooth until you get to the gate. It costs 200 to enter and then it’s a 7 min drive up and down slopes. My motorbike almost didn’t make it all the way up one of them. I was actually terrified to leave because of how many steep slopes I went down, I was worried how I’d come up. However to my surprise, the ride back was a lot smoother. Still worth it? I don’t think so. The ones closer to town are bigger and hotter. So this one looks nice but it’s just 3 bodies of water connected by mini waterfalls. So it looks really pretty. But it’s very shallow. All rocks. And just not worth it! I tried to go explore the ends of it and it was just so muddy and nasty to touch of my feet: almost like quick sand. They do have little food stalls right outside tho. And food was good. But no, never again.

Really good spot in Pai and one of our favourites! Not as warm as we expected and we visited this during a full day tour which was even better as we missed the crowds. There changing rooms and bathrooms facilities as well if need be

Went on Tuesday morning and owned the whole place before vans of tourists arrived around 10 a.m. Water wasn't hot but I personally prefer this place compared to Ta Pai Hot Spring.

The place is absolutely magical! The water is warm and relaxing, perfect for a peaceful break in nature. The site is well-organized, with changing rooms, toilets, and a large parking area. Just note that getting there can be a bit challenging if you’re riding a scooter or motorcycle with a lot of weight — for example, two people on one bike, especially on the uphill sections. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing experience. Definitely worth a visit!

There is a good road to the springs with the steep hills and bends akin to the area. A moderate pool on 3 levels awaits with natural steam and is swim-able. It’s a small area and good to spend 30 minutes or so.

For starters you will have to pay a National Park entry fee to get to these hot springs which is 30 Baht for Thais and 400 Baht for foreigners and then 30 Baht for a bike or 60 baht for a car to enter. There is not much at the hot springs themselves apart from a small street store serving coffee and snacks and toilets where you can have a cold shower or use the toilet but remember always bring your own toilet paper as there is never any at these places. The hot springs are nice and warm to swim in but a little uncomfortable with the pebbles flooring of the hot springs. Though it has comfortable chairs to sit on and a lot of places just to relax in the atmosphere. You will be required to carry cash on you as there is no ATM here. Also you will need a car or bike to get here as way too far to walk here from Pai town centred. The water is quite shallow but enough to just lay in and relax. I would say bring snacks and your own food to the place for a picnic rather than relying on what is for sale here. We shopped at a 7/11 on the way here. It was nice to relax in overall. I gave it 3 star as I felt the entry fee was overpriced for foreigners when most national parks in Thailand charge 200 Baht. But I guess if it’s for maintaining the park overall it’s okay. I also note they seem to be upgrading some of the facilities at the hot springs.
