The Vietnamese food here is so authentic like my mom's home cooking, that I was craving while visiting Colorado!
The Guo Cuon was enough to feed our table of 8, they brought out 3 full bags of rice paper, and we had almost a full bag to take home. The pork and crab was SO good!
The salads were SO good, we ordered the pork, shrimp, and seafood one that had squid! Everything was so yummy but the jellyfish on top was quite salty.
The mussels were so good, I'd recommend not adding the extra salt and pepper, just the leaf that comes with.
We also ordered the bun Bo hue, the spicy beef noodle, but it wasn't up to my standard. The broth was not spicy and the noodles were too soft.
The bun lemongrass, the noodle bowl, had an overwhelming amount of noodles. It was ok at best. The beef was good but not what I expected.
We also ordered flat noodles, which was fried and stir fried again, very crispy and soft at the same time. I have never had it like that, but it was good. The veggies and meat on top soften the noodles.
The Com Dac Biet, the rice dish with the pork, chicken and beef with veggies and egg, was good. Exactly what you'd expect. The pork was the best!
Overall, such a good spot to try so much food! The service was good, with a large party. The food came out quick.
The ambience was good, not modern but had large TVs. The waiter turned on the soccer game for visitors who asked for it. There is also a large VIP room with karaoke in the back!
I'd definitely come back when I visit again!
