Not recommended - overpriced for low quality and not authentic pho…. 23,000 ARS for a bowl of pho. They use the toughest part of beef, all beef came out fully cooked in the soup already, hard to chew on. The noodle they used an extra fat noodle which is not pho noodle. The soup is the only balance part of the meal, good favor.

Amazing food, really nice service, and great vibe inside! I definitely recommend going, it’s some of the best Vietnamese food that I’ve had in Buenos Aires

I ordered PhoBo, the price of 21,000 pesos is certainly extortionate, but what can you do, the city center. Everything would be fine, and the broth seemed to be good, but for some reason I sat in the restroom until 2 am after this dinner. I blame the served, probably poorly washed greens. But in fact, I'm just sharing how it was, as I always do in my reviews, I do not intend to repeat the feat. PhoBo is my favorite Vietnamese soup, I eat it all over the world. But I have never had such an effect from it. Maybe I was just unlucky - but that evening I did not eat anything else or have a snack. There is nothing else to blame. It's up to you to decide - the place has many positive reviews. As for the taste - overall, not bad. Not much beef, more noodles. The broth itself is a 4 out of 5. But there is a nuance, and I described it above))

I was actually surprised to find a Vietnamese restaurant in Buenos Aires. I walked by and had to drop in to try it. The pho here is pretty good, and the service is friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a great vibe. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for Vietnamese food.

Friendly and funny staff who are very helpful. The restaurant is full of patrons with good bones (lively chats but neither crowded nor too loud). The food was amazing. My friend is vegetarian and we loved the tofu fried rolls and fried noodles. I tried the rolls and they have a lovely texture (fresh lettuce mixed with the fried skin and tofu) with a good balance of taste, and my noodles with prawns were delicious - great "wok hay" and lovely portioned. Would recommend :)

Saigon Noodle Bar offers a solid dining experience with a focus on flavorful Vietnamese cuisine. While the atmosphere and service may not be standout features, the food itself is the star of the show and makes this spot worth a visit. **Food: 4.5/5** We started with the spring rolls and grapeleaf rolls, both of which were delicious and packed with flavor. The freshness of the ingredients was evident, and they set a great tone for the meal. For the main course, we ordered the Wide Rice Noodles with beef. The portion size was generous—easily suitable for two people—and the dish was incredibly flavorful. The beef was tender and high-quality, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. To accompany our meal, we had two lemonades, which were absolutely superb—refreshing, tangy, and the perfect complement to the meal. **Service: 2/5** The service was mediocre. While the staff wasn’t unfriendly, they lacked attentiveness and seemed somewhat disengaged. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it did detract slightly from the overall experience. **Atmosphere: 1/5** The atmosphere at Saigon Noodle Bar is nothing to write home about. The decor is simple and unremarkable, and the space lacks the vibrant or cozy vibe that could elevate the dining experience. That said, the focus here is clearly on the food, which shines despite the lackluster ambiance. **Value for Money: 4/5** The prices are reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes and the quality of the food. The meal felt like good value for what we received, particularly the Wide Rice Noodles with beef, which could easily satisfy two people. **Overall: 4/5** Saigon Noodle Bar is a great choice for anyone craving flavorful Vietnamese food in a no-frills setting. While the service and atmosphere leave room for improvement, the quality and taste of the dishes more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a satisfying meal with bold flavors, this spot is definitely worth a try. Would I return? Absolutely—for the food alone!

Google
Excellent food, both for vegetarian and non-vegetarian items. The vegetarian items were clearly identified and all tasty. We tried both the noodle and the bowl dishes. it had a large window opening to the street that allowed for the flow of fresh air in the evening.

I was looking forward to having some Asian food before my flight back to London. I found my trip to Saigon Noodle Bar to be disappointing. The pork spring roll was probably the best dish from my experience. The summer roll felt dry and lacked flavour, even with the peanut sauce. It’s probably my fault for not ordering the pho but since I was noodled-out from eating so much pasta during my trip I opted for the Saigon Bowl (rice dish). I found that some of the ingredients (the pineapple and cherry tomatoes) weren’t fully ripe which put me off the whole dish, otherwise it was well seasoned. The service also felt a bit disorganised with no cutlery tins for some of the tables and no small plates for our starters. The staff were responsive to ours and the other patron’s requests but we felt the whole experience could have been tidier. If I’m back in Buenos Aires I would try the pho and give them a second chance but ultimately the visit was still disappointing.
