SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton

We visited SAii Lagoon thru the meal package to kill time while waiting for our fight at 11pm. So, we have no comment on the resort room. For this package is to explore around the island excluding entering to the private resort's premises. So, for their beach club pools are just fine, kids friendly. There's pool bar, gelato store, restaurants. Sufficient staff to attend your needs and they are friendly. The food is nice and good service. But we hope our comments here would be a room for improvement. -there should be a separate Corner for smoking (vaping) -the toilet/shower room should have A good air ventilation and No smoking/vaping inside. -Although the beach, the sea of the entire island looks clean but at the beach club side we play the water should have some cleaning methods or some kind of systems in place. We are not certain what is under the sea ground when we stepped on it , it's very marshy, we couldn't see it clearly what's down there but it's not a good feeling like very dirty, disgusting. We don't think it's natural formed up thing. It's a fact we experienced and hope a better place for all tourists. We might misunderstand we can hear you out.

A beautiful resort that truly exceeded our expectations, especially as we were traveling with children. Its location is excellent and very close to the airport only 20 mn by speedboat making the arrival smooth and convenient for families. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and respectful, and they were very friendly and helpful with our kids, which made our stay even more comfortable. The island is spacious and connected to another island, with a lovely marina that adds a vibrant touch to the atmosphere. There is a wide variety of restaurants, offering plenty of options suitable for families. The resort has its own app, which makes it easy to book buggy rides, restaurants, and activities seamlessly. The place is calm and relaxing, yet at the same time full of activities for both adults and children, making it an excellent choice for families. Overall, an outstanding experience and highly recommended, especially for families traveling with kids.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at SAii Lagoon Maldives. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding and the hotel facilities were excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful — they supported us with every request and made us feel truly welcome. We would definitely come back again at the first opportunity. During check-in, you are asked to download the SAii Lagoon mobile app, which is activated using your room number. The app is incredibly useful and works perfectly without any issues. You receive notifications for all daily activities, can view restaurant menus and make reservations, request free buggy transportation around the island, and even select specific housekeeping items such as towels, cotton pads, and other amenities. Being able to make all requests with just one click through the app — without having to call or explain anything — is simply amazing. The hotel offers a truly flawless experience. From the reception team to housekeeping and even the gardeners, every single staff member works hard to make your holiday unforgettable. The room amenities were also excellent, with thoughtful details such as flip-flops, an umbrella, and beach towels provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. We stayed in Room 234 and were extremely satisfied. Everything exceeded our expectations, and this resort truly delivers a perfect Maldives experience. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a week at Saii Lagoon Maldives over the New Year period and really enjoyed the relaxed, tranquil atmosphere. We experienced three room types (Overwater Villa, Beach Room, and Beach Room with Pool) — all lovely — but changing rooms several times disrupted our stay, as checkout is still at 12pm and new rooms are usually only ready from 2pm. I’d only recommend switching rooms if you’re staying for a longer visit. As Hilton Diamond members, we appreciated the evening drinks at the Pool Bar, where Shella, Ramesh and Nareen provided outstanding service every day. Imad from housekeeping also deserves special mention for his thorough work and consistently positive attitude. At reception, Mo and her manager were patient and helpful on arrival, and we also appreciated a warm personal interaction with Alex, the General Manager. We used the Kids Club daily — the team and activities were excellent — and in comparison we felt the Saii Lagoon kids club and overall environment were much nicer and calmer than at the Hard Rock Hotel nearby, which felt busier and more crowded. Overall, a beautiful, relaxing and family-friendly stay with great staff.

We celebrated the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner on 31st December 2025, and it was absolutely fantastic. The evening was well organized, beautifully set, and filled with great energy, delicious food, and memorable entertainment. It was a wonderful way to welcome the New Year, and we truly enjoyed every moment of this special gala night.

A short boat ride from Male airport SAii Lagoon is a fantastic place to spend a honeymoon or even a family holiday. The staff from the very minute we got off our plane in the airport right the way through to checkout were so attentive and helpful. We stayed in a beach villa with our own pool and this was perfect for a romantic holiday. There is good variation when it comes to food as the island is almost split in to three. The Hilton, The Hard Rock & The Marina which is packed with restaurants with food from all parts of the world. Most of the restaurants are included in the all Inclusive package but there are some which require you to Supplement extra if booking. The ability to use your package across both hotels is great as island life can feel a little bit consuming from time to time There is a brilliant water sports facility and those with children or who love the adventure are of the sea then this is perfect. The hotel do provide you with free snorkel equipment for your stay and any excursions are separate payment to the package If you are on a romantic holiday the hotel provide special packages which can make your experience very special. I recommend you take it up!!! Over all a very special place with a perfect atmosphere and even better staff

The hotel is good. A good mix of services and attractions have been achieved by the connections of several islands, but the feeling of being on an island has been lost a bit. I don't like that you can see Male and the high-rise buildings in the capital from the island. I have mixed feelings about the staff. The person who took care of the room was great, I had a conflict with a member of the staff who forbade me to move a sun lounger from the sun to the shade at 10:00 in the morning, because there was going to be an event in that area that evening. The management apologized for the incident, but it happened. Separately, at the New Year's party just before midnight, I bought 4 drinks from the bar, we left them on our table, along with our personal belongings on it. We went to the beach with 2 bottles of champagne with glasses and when we returned to the table, we noticed that our drinks had been served. I asked two waiters why they had taken our drinks and the answers were - we are not at this table! Overall, stupid hassles, but facts. I recommend diving - the staff there were perfect!
