SAii Laguna Phuket

We stayed at SAii Laguna during the rainy season and honestly, it was still such a perfect getaway. The rain just made everything feel more peaceful and lush. Huge thanks to the amazing staff, front desk team for the warm welcome, housekeeping for keeping our room spotless and cozy, the restaurant crew for the delicious food and lovely service every day, and the spa team for helping us totally relax. Even the buggy drivers were always so friendly and helpful! Everyone went above and beyond. Rain or shine, this place is something special. Can’t wait to come back!

I recently stayed at a beachfront hotel and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect just a few steps from the beach, which made it so convenient to enjoy the sea any time of day. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and very clean. I especially loved the large windows that offered a stunning ocean view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were well thought out, including a smart TV, coffee maker, and a luxurious bathroom. What made the stay even better were the activities offered at the hotel. There were morning yoga sessions by the beach, paddle boarding, and even a cooking class that I really enjoyed. The staff were friendly and always happy to help Thank you Greeniiz and Amie, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway by the sea with beautiful rooms and fun things to do without even leaving the hotel, I highly recommend this place. I’d definitely come back again!

Beautiful rooms in a beautiful hotel. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. We stayed in a club lagoon room, which was spacious and had a very useful lounge bed area. The bars and restaurants on the beach, were only a few metres away, and provided lots of variety at very good prices. Great quality too Great service with a shout out to May, Mo, Mickey and Gift in the Club area. Also Um, and the Thai massage staff. Water Aerobics was great too. Loved this hotel. Went to Saii Laguna Phuket during the low season and honestly, it was still such a good time! The place wasn’t packed, which meant less crowding and more space to enjoy everything. The vibe was super laid-back, and it felt like you had the resort almost to yourself , perfect for some chill time.||The weather wasn’t bad either, even in the off-season. We got some rain, but it didn’t last long, and the rest of the time was sunny enough to enjoy the pool and beach.||The rooms were comfy, and I loved how modern everything looked, plus the view of the lagoon was pretty sweet. Even though it was a quieter time, the staff were still top-notch, always friendly and ready to help. Special thanks to housekeeping and Receptionist team!!||The food and drinks were on the pricier side, but you can find local spots nearby if you’re looking for something a bit more budget-friendly. The breakfast buffet was solid and had a great range of options — enough to start the day right.||Overall, even though it was low season, I had an awesome time. Definitely recommend it if you want a peaceful getaway without the usual hustle and bustle!

Such a special two nights. Beachfront location beautifully clean rooms. I had a club room which meant I had refreshments throughout my stay. I’d highly recommend getting the club access. I actually didn’t leave the hotel for two days other than to get on the complementary boat to take me around the canal to the shops. What a great experience that was. The food servings very generous and the quality delicious.

Had an Awesome Week at Saii Laguna Phuket||Just got back from a week at Saii Laguna Phuket, and I have to say, it was such a great time! Everything was on point.||Staff Was Amazing||First off, the staff were incredible. Everyone was so friendly, always smiling, and super professional. You can tell they really care about making sure you have a good time.||Perfect Location||The hotel is right by the beach, with stunning views of the lagoon. Plus, it’s close to Boat Avenue, which is super convenient. You can walk there anytime you need to grab something, whether it’s food, drinks, or shopping. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.||Activities & Water Sports||They’ve got loads of activities at the resort, and if you like water sports, you’re in the right place. I didn’t have time to do everything, but I tried a couple of things and had a blast. Definitely want to do more next time.

We are a family of 7 who went for a 3 day stay. The hospitality is absolutely fantastic- each staff member remembers preferences, faces and you don’t have to ask them twice for anything. They provide a steriliser on request (for my baby). The rooms had an amazing view of the sea. The swimming pool was great. Where they missed the mark in the food and the spa. While the breakfast is okay, they don’t have enough vegetarian options. Sometimes the staff on room service - were not able to understand our requests for vegan option. After eating a Greek salad in their Mediterranean restaurant - everyone picked up a flu bug on the last day. It was not the best end but we had a good time until then. The beach is amazing and has some shacks near by from different cuisines. The spa while very expensive was very average in terms of massage. Not at all worth the money they charge you. I have been to multiple spas across the world - and I would rate this as my least favourite one. I didn’t feel relaxed at all.

Absolutely fantastic location and surroundings. The hotel was extremely comfortable and the service was excellent. From the moment I arrived the staff were very welcoming and very helpful through my stay. I highly recommend this resort for the location close to Boat Avenue, beaches and a wide range of restaurants and pubs. The beach was lovely as well. Top class hotel all round
