SAii Laguna Phuket

The resort is beautifully situated in Laguna area not too far from the airport. We got the very warm welcome from Gade the front desk lady from the moment we arrived. The lobby's view overlooking the beach was simply breathtaking. We were stayed in Club Ocean Front room for 10 nights and it was everything we hoped for to finish our holiday. The design and the space were really impressive but the service truly elevated our stay. Big thanks to Gade,Ju and Tida for always greetings us with the smile every time they saw us and for always incredibly helpful in organizing what we needed. We literally can't wait to return!

We had a truly wonderful trip and stay at SAii Laguna Phuket! We would like to give a big compliment to all the amazing staff, especially Ms. Helena, Mr. Greeniz, and Ms. Mintang at the Front Desk. They were so welcoming and made our stay extra special. They always ensured we were happy and comfortable during our special occasion. A huge thank you as well to the Housekeeping Team for the lovely surprises with the room setup and decorations. Ms. Sunny, Ms. Kat, and Ms. Nok prepared a spotless room and provided a thoughtful turndown service for both nights we stayed. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We especially loved the coffee machine with a great selection of both coffee and tea capsules. Last but not least, the restaurant and Club Lounge were perfect! We absolutely loved the breakfast, and Mr. Oh in the breakfast area always made sure we had a nice table and were well taken care of. The cocktails and snacks at the Club Lounge were also fantastic. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely come back!

Stayed here for my anniversary for 4D3N and i was so impressed and it is easily one of the most amazing stay i had. all the staff that i came across were so friendly and they greet you with genuine smiles that made me felt so warm and welcomed. I booked the ocean view and the view was AMAZING! The app was super helpful and honestly very smart - you can submit amenities top-up / housekeeping / lookup on kids activities / location of sports activities. The balcony from the room was such a nice touch, my husband and i brought night market food back and just chill there. I was quite impressed by how they provided outdoor slippers on top of the standard disposable inroom slipper + SAii very own beach bag! Resort is located at bangtao which is quieter than patong - lesser night markets and restaurants but also lesser crowd. Overall the area is quieter (no complaints that was the whole point i chose this area) Trust me when i say i will be back! Its an amazing resort not just for couples but families with kids too.

We just spent three wonderful nights at SAii Laguna Phuket, and it was the perfect destination for our family. The resort has a fantastic, welcoming atmosphere right on the beautiful and serene Bang Tao Beach. Our kid absolutely loved the huge swimming pool, which provided hours of fun. Our room was very comfortable for all of us. The staff provided excellent service—everyone was so friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, with plenty of options for everyone. It was the perfect family trip to relax and recharge. Highly recommended for any family looking for a great holiday in Phuket!

We absolutely loved our stay at SAii Laguna Phuket! Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The entire resort was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful — they upgraded us to a beachfront room when they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, which made our stay even more special. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of delicious options to choose from every morning. The beach was clean and relaxing, and the pool area was great for unwinding. One of the highlights was their resort app — it’s super convenient! You can use it for room service, ordering food, and even checking out activities in and around the hotel. I was really impressed when they messaged me through the app to let me know I had left my car window open — within just a few minutes! The resort also offers fun activities like kayaking in the lagoon, which we absolutely loved. Overall, this was one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. Perfect for couples and honeymooners. Highly recommended!

Our experience in Saii Laguna is truly amazing and exceptional. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and we really enjoyed ourselves. Upon arrival from the airport, I was immediately welcomed by the Director of rooms, Ms Helena who acknowledged my status as a GHA Discovery Titanium member. We were briefed about our benefits and was given a double upgrade as promised. We were also given an automatic daily access to the Club lounge where we get to enjoy complimentary food and drinks throughout the day as well as cocktail service before dinner. It was a pleasant experience. After checking in, Ms Helena gave us a short tour around the hotel, escorted us to our room. Once we were in our room, the hotel prepared beautiful decorations to celebrate our anniversary and even prepared a full platter of fruits and a huge chocolate cake just for us. The chocolate cake was apparently made by a Polish chef according to them and it was really good! The room was spacious and clean with a small balcony which we didn't really use much but I love that the bathroom had a huge bathtub that you can soak in after a long day out. The bed was really comfy and we had good nights of sleep throughout the stay. The room comes with a Nespresso machine which they provide daily replenishment of coffee and tea capsules. You can asked them for more if you need them. The mini bar was packed with drinks and the provided various liquors and snacks which you can purchase but since we have access to the club lounge, we just head over whenever we want any food or drinks. I also really like that they have a dedicated app where you can use to explore the entire resort and you can get all the info you need within the app. You could also ask for any amenities sent to your room via the app itself instead of asking through the phone. How thoughtful! The resort has a large swimming pool and a private beach right beside the resort where people can hang out and chill. There was also a lifeguard on duty so if you're bringing your kids along, rest assured they will be safe. A big shoutout to Ms Helena and all of the hotel staffs for making our stay truly amazing and exceptional. Everyone was so warm and always putting up a big smile whenever they see us. A highly recommended place to stay if you're coming to Phuket.
