Sailing Club Nha Trang

A beautifully designed beachfront restaurant. We had fish & chips, seabass, and chicken samosas, all were delicious. After the meal, we moved to their bean bags on the beach, where we enjoyed some drinks. The vibe is really great, and the service is fast and attentive. It is a bit more expensive, they have 15% total extra fee (VAT+ service), but it’s justified by the location and the quality of the food. We had a wonderful time and felt great there.

Now this is what I was hoping for! A beach front restaurant with really good food, calming ocean sounds, and a classy vibe. It’s a shame to see so little of the waterfront used for restaurants in Nha Trang, but SailingClub offers the perfect location for a seaside serenade. We had the Arancini and squid to start and a few more local dishes for mains. All of it was delicious, and the lemon cake dessert was the perfect sweet finish. Highly recommend an evening here, followed by a walk along the beach.

I came on a Monday afternoon and there was only one waitress. It was a little bit of a wait but the beach view made the wait seem secondary. Other than that the service was good. I stopped by for a beer but ended up having a few glasses of wine while people watching on the beach. The prices are tourist prices not local prices. Looking at food service, the food looked well presented. I looked at the menu but didn’t find any hors d’oeuvres to eat while I was drinking my wine. My favorite beach bar closed so I will probably be back. Overall a great, well run, corporate managed establishment. It has very nice views of the beach.

Great food, great staff and a great view. We had the Margarita Pizza and the veggie wrap, both were very nice! Our table was a few feet from the sand and the sounds of the ocean added to a delightful lunch. Our waitress, Ngắn , was attentive and very helpful.

The atmosphere of Sailing Club is totally worth the visit. It’s fun to sit on the beach, enjoy the fire dance, and listen to the DJ. Even though the service wasn’t the best, we enjoyed our first visit so much we came back the next day for dinner / drinks. We wish we hadn’t. Skip the food at this place. Unfortunately we got very severe food poisoning from the fish and chips. We hadn’t eaten anything since breakfast so we were very excited for our late night dinner and drinks. What a mistake. Spent the next 24 hours dying in the hotel room and losing a day of our vacation! We think it was the slimy fish skin under the fried part of the fish… this place is so popular we thought it’d be okay but best to avoid eating at spots on the beach. Plenty of other options with no history of making their customers sick.

A nice beach bar with a beautiful interior/setup and good drinks. During our stay, it was honestly the only place at the beach that had real style. Further south there was a run-down beach bar, and to the north there wasn’t much worth visiting either, so we ended up coming here most evenings for a nightcap. We didn’t try the food, but it looked very appealing. The service was efficient, and in the evenings there was entertainment such as fire shows, dance performances, and a DJ. While the shows were repeated, it was still nice to have some evening entertainment by the beach.

Enjoyed our night at the sailing club. We didn’t get food, only drinks. 200k entry fee and you get 1 drink included. The drinks are expensive. 130k for a pint which is of course dear for Vietnam. Good vibe in the place and fire show is good at 10pm. Recommend it for a night out in Nha Trang.

Truly loved our afternoon here right on the beach. Lovely breeze in a gorgeous setting. Enjoyed appetizers and cold Tiger drafts. Grounds are beautifully landscaped. Restrooms are clean and stylish.
