Best resort experience ive had in Mui Ne !! Staffs were extremely attentive, caring, and helpful. Amazing service i felt very welcomed. Rooms smelt so nice and the decorations were outstanding, it felt very tropical and homey and so unique. I spent the whole day chilling on the day beds near the pool and the beach and it was a great getaway that i needed. Absolutely recommended! I love the mushroom sandwich that they have as well, their cocktails are nice too.

This is as good as it gets! We seeked relaxation and rest and this place has it in abundance… as soon as we arrived to a fantastic welcome we settled into our villa and were surrounded by tropical vegetation. The whole place settles you with a wonderful breakfast, great pool to take a dip and then the amazing ocean and beach. In the distance kite surfers dance and I need to mention the staff who attended to our every need. In the evening as the sun set the bar was well placed to have a wonderful sundowner and when it came to leave we were sad to go. Highly recommended and one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in the world. Sailing Club keep doing what you’re doing EXCELLENT….

My husband and I spent an incredible seven nights at this charming beachfront boutique hotel and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The spacious rooms were impeccably clean, with comfortable beds ensuring a good sleep. The beautifully maintained gardens created a peaceful, secluded atmosphere, making us feel wonderfully removed from the hustle and bustle beyond the resort.||We indulged in the spa four times and were consistently impressed—each massage was excellent. The staff were always warm, attentive, and eager to assist, especially while we relaxed by the pool. A special mention goes to Chien, who, as noted in previous reviews, truly stands out for his kindness and exceptional service. Though their English could be improved, it never posed an issue.||The kitesurfing school was a highlight of our trip. We took lessons every day with Den, a highly professional instructor who made the experience feel both safe and exhilarating.||While the food may not have been the absolute best we’ve had in Vietnam, it was still excellent, with plenty of variety. We never felt the need to dine elsewhere. Breakfast was particularly good, offering both a buffet and à la carte options.||Overall, this hotel provided a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would gladly return!

Utterly stunning small boutique hotel where we stayed for four nights at the end of our four stop VietNam tour. It took us nearly three hours by private transfer from Saigon but it was so so worth it. We arrived at reception about 12.30 and they get you on their app quickly and efficiently, then off to your room. ||We had chosen to upgrade to a garden bungalow and it was special, spacious, fresh and so comfortable. Aircon perfect. There were two sinks, two showers together with a door outside next to the shower so you could genuinely feel like you were showing outside if you wanted. The room was excellent all round, the bed had mosquito nets that were put in place in the evening along with a chocolate on the bed. The nets gave you a feeling of being safe somehow, but we never saw any mosquitoes or had any problem whatsoever with them. It set a lovely romantic feel to the room.||We were about 10 yards from the breakfast buffet area and 20 yards from the pool. The pool was beautiful, just right, the chairs surrounding extremely comfortable. The service around the pool , in fact, everywhere in this wonderful hotel was top class. Your pool towel appeared, set out on the bed, the bed moved for you, perfect, they couldn’t do enough for you. Maybe one small point was that it was a deliberately uneven surface round the pool which stopped you slipping it slightly uncomfortable on your feet. ||The view was stunning on to the beach. The kite surfers spectacular. You could have lunch overlooking the beach, fantastic view. ||The food is very very good, served superbly by the excellent staff. Lunch by the beach is a must, a little recommendation for the ribs, excellent and also the smoothies. It is more expensive in hotel, but the setting is so good we thought it worth every penny. We also paid for the individual dinner which we had in the library with personal service, cost about £25 extra, but was lovely and excellently served by Huong. In other months they can do it on the beach, but too windy in March. ||If you don’t want to eat in hotel or pay that price, step out of the hotel, there are options, some very good ones, notably Pirate bar nearly across the road and there are several restaurants where beer is very cheap , it means the hotel is in a really good spot. One piece of advice is to look at the timing of your airport transfer time when going home, Saigon is ridiculously busy, so allow a good 3 and a half hours to get there. Take a UK four gang extension with you for the one plug socket is so helpful too. ||Only thing left to say is to go and experience it, enjoy the fantastic setting and brilliant staff.

Heaven on Earth. Really. Everything is beautiful, natural, peaceful and friendly. The team is amazingly pro. They anticipate every needs before you say a word. I feel soooooo good and recharged when we go to Sailing Club. Since 2017. Always in barefoot. I don't need shoes. Just my swimsuit. The resort provide the rest. 🧘‍♀️

The Sailing Club is a little oasis of green and calm. We had a bungalow looking out over the garden - secluded and quiet: trees and greenery, small fountains and waterlillies. A very comfortable room with mosquito net (no sign of mozzies anywhere actually), outside walled bath area with shower. All scrupulously clean.|The food is quite delicious, especially the lovely breakfasts, but the real delight are the staff who are uniformly helpful, welcoming and just really nice. We had a very happy 4 days here: swimming in the sea, watching the kite surfers or hanging out by the pool. To our surprise we actually didn't leave the property once, apart from to walk along the beach. We had meant to but it was just too nice!|They offer yoga 2 mornings a week but as they weren't the mornings we were there, we had 2 private sessions with Linh, who was extremely good. Recommend highly

Our family from from New York City stayed at Sailing Club Resort Mui Me. While the property is nice and tranquil our overall experience was terrible. Discriminatory behavior from staff members at Sandals and swimming pool beach attendants, which we find disappointing and sad. My family and I left feeling very unwelcome and in tears. Really an awful experience. ||The reception and housekeeping teams, as well as the gardeners, were friendly and professional. We would like to say thank you to Mr. Chien a staff member who consistently demonstrated genuine hospitality. Chien made us feel welcomed and treated us with dignity. Sailing Club Resort Mui Ne you should seek to train all your staff members to emulate Chien’s professionalism. ||The staff at the beach, the men that hand you towels at the swimming pool, and the Sandals restaurant staff were awful and inconsistent. ||From the moment of our arrival the lobby was dark, silent, and lacking any semblance of a warm welcome. It was clear that the atmosphere did not align with the resort’s polished online presence. We thought the hotel had close down and shocked to see some staff member sleeping and napping with their arms on the reception desk like a nap time break room rather than a luxury Boutique Hotel. It was unprofessional ||Once you enter the pool and restaurant this is where the difference starts to show. ||So sad to observe how white, foreign guests—particularly those from Europe were treated with far more attentiveness, friendliness, and care than Vietnamese-speaking guests. Menus were proactively offered to foreign guests, their preferences prioritized, VIP-level service. Staff were eager to please them and do anything and roll out the red carpet for them. ||Meanwhile, us we spoke English but at times Vietnamese are routinely overlooked, forced to make repeated requests for basic service, and made to feel unwelcome in spaces where we were paying HOTEL guests. When I sat at the swimming pool lounge not once did the beach attendant bring me a menu. He always went over to the foreign guests in to check in and smile and chat. ||My wife and I realized oh we speak English too! we were warm and friendly to him and everyone. This was the staff once again prioritizing white people over people like us. |The white guests had their menus delivered, trays brought out, opened sparking water bottles for them. We ordered the same thing but received not the same service. It was so tacky to see this play out right in front of us. ||When we spoke Vietnamese at times we noticed a shift right away. We were given restrictive seating options, denied flexibility that other guests were afforded, and even reprimanded for taking simple photos of our food for while other white guests were freely filming each other, with other hotel guests face and lounging for hours with no staff intervention. ||Lesson learned. Just speak English and they will treat you VERY WELL. if you speak an ounce of Vietnamese or non-English you will see the difference.||At the pool area, non-white guests were routinely redirected, monitored, and, in some cases, treated with condescension. If you are white, you get first class service. If you don’t believe us we encourage you to make a visit to Sandals. We let you be the judge. ||When we had dinner at Sandals we saw the very Tall manager in casual attire, including boxer shorts, taking frequent smoking breaks. We heard their conversations and it made us feel so uncomfortable. It Ruined the Sailing Club Boutique hotel that we once admired. We also overheard several Sandals staff member talk poorly about their salaries and talking about each other. We will not disclose their names but it was so appalling to see and witness. ||No pretty view of the beach or delicious food can make up for the feeling of being “less than” white guests. Until then, we will not recommend Sailing Club Resort to anyone who values respectful service. We will not be returning.

On April 3rd, we visited the café at this location. Regarding the ambiance, the place offers a spacious and airy view near the sea, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The quality of the coffee was average, but given the beautiful scenery, it was an acceptable trade-off. Regarding the service, upon entering, we were informed that we could not use the seating area near the pool, which we fully respected as we only came to enjoy our coffee. However, when we wanted to take some photos to capture the moment, we received an unwelcoming response from the staff, stating that photography was not allowed due to other guests being present. Despite being paying customers, we found it surprisingly difficult to take even a single picture, and the staff’s unprofessional attitude further diminished our overall experience. Initially, we had considered this place as a potential destination for our upcoming vacation. However, after this experience, we will need to reconsider. If the business strategy prioritizes only resort guests while overlooking walk-in customers, this may not be the most sustainable approach in the long run.
