Sailrock South Caicos, an SLH Hotel

My daughter and I visited just before the holidays and loved every minute. Our beach front villa was spectacular - beautifully furnished and I adored the message written in salt on a swatch of fabric on my bed - welcoming me and instructing me how to use the message for a salt bath. Everything looked as if we were seeing it through a saturation filter - the sand was impossibly white, the blues of the ocean impossibly beautiful. The whole experience was pure joy. It was so lovely to see how all the guests - honeymooners or multigenerational groups - were so happy. It was perfect and I highly recommend it to everyone! Loved!

I wanted a non-crowded, high end tropical vacation and got exactly that. I think there were only 8 of us in the resort as guests and it was incredible to have the beach, restaurants, and services mostly to ourselves. We had an villa overlooking the cove with a great outdoor shower and courtyard that was cozy along with a soaker tub on the balcony. I was going to pay extra for the ocean front independent huts but was really satisfied with what we had. I do think the ocean breeze would've been nice but there was some beach resurfacing going on which would've not been ideal to deal with when you're paying that premium.||The honest highlight was the service and kindness that all the staff had. Incredible customer service. The best I ever had at a hotel/resort. Our favorite bartender and waitstaff was Jerom at the beach, Earl at the great house, and Karley Ann who seemed to rotate. Edwin during the night shift also went out of his way to rescue us after we took a too long bike ride one night. The girls in housekeeping were also phenomenal! The place was super clean. ||Highly recommend exploring the beaches to the north in total solitude and going into Cockburn Harbor to eat. If there was one downside, it was the price of food and drinks for what you get at the hotel, which is the norm in places like this, but it's always frustrating to me regardless.||Great experience and I'd like to go back!

Most definitely a "White Lotus" experience. Staff is outstanding, they all remember your name and preferences! Food was delicious at every meal. Beach has baby powder sand with crystal clear water...you can walk out 100 yards and more at only waist deep water. Extremely secluded. Plan to stay on property your entire visit...you will love it!

Truly heaven on earth. My husband and I visited in Nov 2025 and the entire experience was incredible. Top notch staff - everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, every meal was better than the last. Secluded luxury at its finest. An amazing place to just disconnect and enjoy incredible sunsets and unbelievable starry nights. We will be back, likely to purchase our own piece of this extraordinary paradise!

I celebrated my 50th birthday at Sailrock in South Caicos, and it was absolutely paradise. We reserved a 4-bedroom villa that balanced luxury and tranquility. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, and made us feel right at home.||Our private chef-prepared dinner included lamb chops, steak, seafood, fresh vegetables, and a delicious rum punch. We asked for surf and turf, and we got so much more. ||The setting - on one side, you’re greeted with crashing ocean waves and on the other, the calm, crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. Peace accurately describes the feeling I had regardless of the setting. ||The resort came complete with outdoor showers and tubs, fully stocked kitchens, on-site spa treatments, and a water hammock that became our favorite go-to. ||What made Sailrock special was the seclusion and privacy. At any given time, we didn't see more than 5-6 guests with whom we shared the entire resort. ||Sailrock is definitely some place you want to visit.

The sailrock resort was absolutely amazing! From the private villas, tour guided kayaking, boat tour, etc, to the 5 star dining, everything was perfect. The only thing that made the experience even better was the staff. The staff made sure everything and everyone was taken care of at all times and everyone was so kind and professional and really elevated the experience further.

Thank you so much for another unforgettable stay in South Caicos. Sailrock remains an absolute treasure — from its breathtaking views and endless stretches of powder-soft beaches to the delicious food and truly five-star service. Every moment feels like a gift here.||A special shout-out to Ruperto, Putra, and the many others whose warmth and care made this our most relaxing vacation yet. We promise to remember more names next year! Sail Rock can be defined by one word - Spectacular! The complete experience was incredible! Absolutely beautiful, so well designed and the staff is unparalleled! Sail Rock is for the traveler that is seeking a quite setting that is calm and tranquil! Extremely clean, upscale and refreshing! You are the most important priority to the staff!
