Saint Alice

Our family attended Saint Alice for Christmas lunch and it was absolutely fantastic. The service was outstanding from start to finish. I truly take my hat off to the staff for making it such a wonderful and memorable day. The food was fantastic, beautifully presented, and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The atmosphere was great and really captured the spirit of Christmas. I would highly recommend Saint Alice for Christmas lunch, and we would definitely consider attending again this year. 10/10 experience.

Definitely a ***** for me. Every staff member I spoke to was friendly,engaging, and professional. Place was busy on a weekend night but there was not a long wait for food. Caesar salad was the best I've eaten. Ideal place is you don't want loud music and like to talk. Really nice to have the harbour view and fresh air. Thankyou for a lovely night.

A lovely place to watch the sunset over the boats, and watch the Auckland city light come up. Most staff were lovely. One guy behind the bar let down the whole place, just rude guy. Drinks were very good. We would come back for the drinks. The German staff who's last day was yesterday, he was amazing. And we wish him well on his travels around NZ. Their was another guy who worked their and he was very lovely to deal with too. Between them they made up for the not so nice guy behind the bar. We will be back. So thank you for a lovely night.

Absolutely loved our New Year’s dinner at Saint Alice. We made our booking on a whim, and were so grateful to be accommodated. The service was prompt, attentive, and genuinely warm. The view across Viaduct Harbour was also stunning and made the evening feel extra special. Thanks for the lovely experience!

The food was very delicious. I ordered oysters and salami, both were nice. The cocktail was just okay. I ordered a Mai Tai, but I don’t know what they made. The glasses were very small and too expensive. Customer service was nice though.

Food was Excellent dining experience. The food was outstanding, service was prompt and efficient, the staff were warm and accommodating, and the ambience created the perfect setting for a great meal.

I recently dined here and overall had a pleasant experience, especially when it came to the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal and handled everything professionally. The food itself was enjoyable and well-presented. You can tell care goes into the dishes, and the pacing of service from the floor staff was smooth. However, the atmosphere was slightly affected by the chef repeatedly ringing the service bell quite aggressively and frequently. While I understand the need for kitchen communication, the constant loud bell ringing became distracting and disrupted what would otherwise have been a relaxed dining environment. It made the space feel tense at times rather than calm and enjoyable. That said, the positive service from the front-of-house team stood out, and with a small adjustment to the kitchen noise levels, the overall experience would be significantly improved. I’d still recommend the restaurant for the quality of service and food, but I hope they consider refining the ambiance to match the standard of the rest of the experience.

Saint Alice is a great place in the city and right by the waterfront. I have visited multiple times and each time the service and food has been excellent! The staff were very accommodating when we visted for a bachelorette and had a lot of patience and were very friendly throughout the whole night! The food and drinks are always delicious.

Great music, great atmosphere and location. Super top notch service. Great nose piercings by almost everyone working here, my sister fit right in. We only had snacks and cocktails but if I lived here I would for sure come back regularly. All the food that passed by looked great

I made dinner reservations at St. Alice on December 27 prior to arriving in Auckland from Los Angeles because a friend had advised that many businesses close for the summer holiday. I'm glad that I did as it proved to be a popular place for our first meal in Auckland. The location was perfect to enjoy the sun setting on our first evening in New Zealand. We got to have dinner on a long table on their outside patio. My husband and I were both pleased with the pizzas that we ordered. He ordered the mushroom truffle pizza and I ordered the pizza with prosciutto. We ended up eating each other's and sharing with enough to enjoy for take away the next day. The service was on point as they promptly replaced our water whenever we were running low. The ambiance was fun and chill. We enjoyed our experience at St. Alice and would definitely go back if the opportunity arose.
