Disappointing Stay – Needs Major Improvements ⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience at the St Boutique B Hotel was unfortunately very poor. While the hotel may market itself as boutique, the reality was far from it. Basic housekeeping was seriously lacking. Used glasses in the room were never replaced, the bins were left overflowing, and toilet paper wasn’t restocked despite the room being made up. Towels that were clearly left on the floor for replacement were instead folded and reused — still wet from the morning. The bathroom was in a shocking state: the entire shower was covered in black mold, the toilet brush was rusty and dirty, and the room itself had chipped paint and a generally grubby feel. When I raised concerns at reception, I wasn’t offered any real help — instead, I was handed a bin bag. That response summed up the overall lack of care and attention throughout the stay. This hotel might look appealing in photos, but the reality was disappointing, unhygienic, and well below basic standards. I would not return or recommend it. The only good thing about the stay was the location, my advice look for something else nearby.

Overall this is a 3 star hotel experience…|The location of this hotel is amazing and is really easy to walk to tourist attractions like the Trevi Fountain or Pantheon, and in comparison to other hotels in the area is very reasonably priced.|Both the receptionists were friendly and welcoming, so a big thanks to them.||However, there were a few issues with our stay and hopefully these can be fixed for future customers. Firstly, the bathroom door lock was broken & the shower leaked during our stay. We did bring this up to the receptionists when we left so hopefully this can be sorted. ||Secondly, most days the cleaner did a good job at cleaning our room/ replenishing items. However, on one occasion the cleaner did not replace our toilet rolls, meaning we had to go out and buy some toilet rolls from a near by shop. |The other incident with the cleaner, happened on the Saturday of our stay. The hotel clearly states that in order for your room to be cleaned you must be out by 11:30. However on Saturday morning, the cleaner knocked at 10:15 to come in and clean our room, in which we were still sleeping. I opened the door and the cleaner apologised and said she would come back… she did not (we had left our room before 11:30 so she was able to clean it). This would not have been an issue if the hotel had not clearly started that if you wanted fresh towels you had to leave them in a pile on the bathroom floor, which we had done. But once we returned to our room at 5:20 (reception closes at 5); the cleaner had not been back in. Thankfully, we called the number provided and fresh towels were brought to our door and the receptionist explained the next day that the cleaners hours are reduced on a Saturday, although I think it is poor that this is not stated to guests and that the cleaner had not returned.||When we arrived the tv remote also didn’t work as the batteries had run out, and I do think this is something that should be checked when cleaning the rooms between guests as it resulted in us not being able to watch the tv until the following day.||To conclude, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for one with a good location and you know you will not be in the room much, but there are a few things that would need to be improved for this to become a 4/5 star review.

The hotel is pretty nice, rooms are very small but cozy. Cleanliness could be way better, my duvet was yellow instead of white, the ceiling had humidity and the shower walls were full of dirtiness and black spots. Price is an exaggeration.

The location is ideal. The staff is friendly and attentive. Rome is a beautiful city and our stay in this hotel was nothing short of peaceful and relaxing. The facilities are great and the rooms are lovely. Arianna was a top notch receptionist. The upbeat attitude and helpful recommendations really added to our experience.

Is a little boutique with a few rooms in the centre of Rome, great location, great street! You are very close to every attraction. The room is little(ok for us) but clean and pretty. Very kind staff! The biggest disadvantage of the room is the noise, the noise from outside and the noise from the other rooms. (we woke up very often, so we couldn’t rest properly) The elevator was not functional. ( we didn’t mind, because we only had backpacks)

We stayed at saint B hotel for 3 nights, the hotel is very well located, close to a bus stop and extremely close to piazza Barberini, if you need a taxi just wait right in front of the piazza and most rides will cost you about 8 to 10 euros, with the exception of the Vatican City, that goes for about 14 euros. you could walk every where from here. the hotel has no elevator, you need to carry up your luggage in order to get to the reception you need to go up 2 set of stair (about 14 steps each). the personal in the reception is absolutely helpful! we drop our luggage at around 8:30 AM and we didn't get back to the hotel until almost 9:30 PM. they place our luggage in our room and left us an envelope with keys to our room in the reception. this was extremely convenience. the room was clean and comfortable, there is a coffee maker for you to enjoy a coffee in the morning. the hotel has no restaurant and breakfast is not offer, but you can find good places around. over all I strongly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations entirely. The room was perfectly decorated, super clean and so spacious. It was ideally located within a few minutes walk of many major attractions, and there were plenty of espresso bars and restaurants nearby. We dealt with Arianna during our stay and she was absolutely lovely, easily the nicest receptionist I've come across in any hotel. We wouldn't hesitate to come back here if we're ever in Rome again.
