Could not rate this store more highly. The attendant with the beard (I did not get his name) was lovely and very helpful, which was particularly appreciated given I had had a difficult morning. He was very kind and at time when it meant a great deal. Also, the products smell divine!

Friendly efficient service with a good stock. It was easy for me, as a visitor to Austria, to get what I needed with my passport and a credit card (with a prescription of course).

I almost missed this place because it looks so nice, but it’s real! Highly recommended

I love the decor of the shop, the vintage glass bottles full of syrups and solutions were very tempting. I ended up purchasing propolis candies, cream deodorant and CBD tea and I love them three.

Very bad client service. I am waiting for my order since 3 months. I was writing and calling them so many times, contacting Post office…. Still no solution. Unbelievable. Will never again make an order from this site.

Brilliant! Any fan of Santa Maria Novella or Kiehls should dash here ASAP. They're justifiably famous for their own skin and hair care products, but also carry carefully-curated brands like Weleda, Ren and Dr. Bronner. Prices are relatively high but quality is indisputable.

Extreme attention to aesthetic detail. A most beautiful shopping experience.
