The attendant with the beard (I did not get his name) was lovely and very helpful, which was particularly appreciated given I had had a difficult morning. He was very kind and at time when it meant a great deal.
Also, the products smell divine!

I love the decor of the shop, the vintage glass bottles full of syrups and solutions were very tempting. I ended up purchasing propolis candies, cream deodorant and CBD tea and I love them three.

Brilliant! Any fan of Santa Maria Novella or Kiehls should dash here ASAP. They're justifiably famous for their own skin and hair care products, but also carry carefully-curated brands like Weleda, Ren and Dr. Bronner. Prices are relatively high but quality is indisputable.
