This hotel feels two-faced. It has around eight rooms that are modern, clean, and high quality—but then there are the old, dirty, and low-quality rooms, which we unfortunately had the “pleasure” of staying in.
We were given the apartment called Garden View. The name is misleading: you can only see the garden if you stand on the bed in the smaller bedroom, while from the kitchen/living and master bedroom it overlooks a parking lot.
The room itself was in very poor condition:
• A sagging bed
• Lamps half hanging from the ceiling
• Floor lamps daisy-chained together with extension cords
• Stained curtains (that didn’t fit the windows)
• Dirty, unhygienic pillows
• Very dusty throughout
• Mold in the bathroom
Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. The difference in quality between rooms is unacceptable, and guests should not be placed in accommodation that is clearly neglected and unhygienic. The manager eventually offered us one of the other rooms, but that was after midnight during the second night: we had already booked ourselves a third night elsewhere. I won’t be coming back for sure.
