The BEST hotel in Cervinia!!! Book early because it’s always sold out. This hotel is our most favorite hotel from anywhere in the world. It’s truly beautiful, architecturally. The service is absolutely exceptional!! Their attention to detail and making you feel like you’re part of the family is a virtue that not many resorts can offer. I love the owners dogs roaming the property, as we own dogs and this made us feel like being at home. The rooms are amazing!! Beautifully designed and immaculately clean!! Extremely family friendly!! Walking distance to the village for skiing, shopping, restaurants and apres. Ci piace così tanto qui! Soggiorneremo a Saint Hubertus solo quando verremo a Cervinia!

What a place! Fantastic service - incredible attention to detail by all the staff. Lovely boutique feel - warm and cosy and totally original. Apres-ski drinks by the huge fireplace. Rooms very comfortable and well equipped. Superb restaurant and wine list. Lovely, spacious and well laid-out spa with everything you need and massive windows to gaze out from at the snow whilst recovering tired limbs in the pool. I don’t usually write reviews but our stay here was so good i really wanted to write something. Shout outs to Edmundo - incredible driver who was always there within minutes and did everything for us to get us to the slopes and back, Bianca on reception - organising anything in minutes and Davide and Joseph on the bar - great cocktails! We will be back!!

A truly beautiful and luxurious hotel, with outstanding service. My husband and I had a really wonderful stay. We were fully pampered from the moment we arrived. What really impressed and touched us how they dealt with a glitch with the airport pick up they’d helped us book - this was a vendor, not run by the hotel. There was a problem and the driver didn’t show up, and the owner Elena very graciously insisted on paying for our taxi fare there. The staff helped with restaurant bookings, recommendations for walks, driving us around, etc., and always with a lot of care and a ready smile. A special shout out especially to Maura, Marguerite, Giovanni, the restaurant staff, and of course Elena who was regularly checking in to make sure we are having a good stay. Thank you to all at Saint Hubertus for the wonderful time we had!

We spent some days in this hotel at the beginning of january and it was really a nice stay thanks to the excellent service of all the staff from the reception to the transfer the room cleaners and the breakfast waiters. |The room was quite large with a small kitchen facility very well equiped and a large bathroom with a very confortable hot tub. The view from the large Windows was breathtaking|The hotel has a restaurant that we used for the breakfast which was delicious. On the contrary we where not impressed by the dinner and we preferred to use the kitchen or go outside.|The only negatives for us in this hotel where the noise due to the room postion close to the restaurant and the lack of functionality of the furniture in the room and the bathroom. All the architect designed furniture components have their charm but very often are not functional. Two examples : the lighting in the room was insufficient and sometime switched off for no reason leaving us in the dark. In the bathroom there where no doors for the WC and the shower and no towel holders.|In conclusion i would recommand this hotel for its superb service breathtaking view and the self cooking feature.

A very enjoyable hotel/resort with extremely friendly and attentive staff, great service, excellent food, comfortable rooms and a well-equipped spa. The size (20-odd rooms) makes you feel more like in someone's mountain villa than in a commercial hotel, and the charming owner is often present in the common areas (and extra bonus for Baltzar the dog). The speedy and friendly transport service to/from the village and/or lifts is also worth a mention.

We stayed at SHR for February half-term for a family ski trip. The hotel is beautifully interior designed with a great taste, neither too traditional nor too modern, with a lovely balance of Cervenia local character and Alpine resort style . They don't have many rooms in the hotel but most rooms are suites with great size. The whole hotel design really gives a warm and understated boutique hotel feel. The food quality at hotel is top notch and the cocktails are impressive, even though it is a very small bar! The owner (we met the lady) and her team are like a family community, they are very helpful - literally for anything about ski trip arrangement, you could ask them for assistance. Hotel situates on the hill side of the town, although it is only several minutes walk to town centre or cable car station, the hotel still offers frequent shuttle buses for guests, which is so helpful during snow and cold days and saving us to walk uphill with ski gears! The shuttle drivers are so so kind and swift,, we really appreciate it! Grazie mille and we can't wait to come back in next season.

Excellent hotel with a gorgeous interior decor and beautiful well provisioned rooms. Kind and attentive staff who will always go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. Brilliant location at the foot of the mountains with storage for ski equipment and transport to the slopes provided. Well equipped and comfortable spa perfect for an unwind after a day on the slopes. The owner is involved in the day to day running of the hotel to provide a close and attentive service. The hotel's own restaurant provides incredible quality food ideal for a relaxing evening when not wanting to head out into the town. The staff provide a warm service, and over your stay you will get to know the same attentive members who not only provide for individual likes and dislikes but will also begin to learn them, providing a much more personal experience as a result. Make sure to involve the staff in decisions about local restaurants and dishes as their high level of knowledge will be invaluable in providing recommendations.

Food was amazing, steak and fish dishes both excellent. |A truly special experience, would definitely return.
