Saint Lucia

Went to Rodney Bay late January/26. It is a nice area, nice scenery. Be aware that food is extremely expensive at the grocery stores! Massy is the main grocery chain there. Example, a 32 ounce bottle of Heinz ketchup was 33.73 EC (about $16 CAD, $12 USD), Coffee very expensive as well, Salad dressing $32EC. Coffee cream is difficult to find, we ended up using Carnation canned evaporated milk. Next time, i would pack a separate suitcase of staple foods. The grocery stores only seem to sell chicken parts like wings, drum sticks, backs etc. Apparently, the breast meat goes to the resorts. The only other issue we had were sand fleas, flies on the beaches. They seem to like certain people over others, in our group of 4, only one of us got bitten. Very itchy for 4-5 days after being bitten. About a dozen bites on each leg. Best to spray legs with deet/"Off" before hitting the beach!

Beautiful, lush, relaxing doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Beautiful place. beaches are very nice. Lots of locals have everything that you need for the beach ⛱️ Lounge chairs and umbrella,(for rent) beer for sale.🍻 and even sunscreen loved it 🥰 we will be back ❤️

What an amazing island. Friendly people and made some amazing friends. Can't wait to return. Very welcoming place to visit. Although it's not my first visit, it was definitely an adventures visit. Loved it and loved the people ❤️

Living in Saint Lucia for four years was a transformative experience. The island's stunning natural beauty, from beautiful beaches to lush rainforests, offered a daily dose of a vibrant paradise. Mucha mucha basura, Basura por todos los partes, Dirty city around the cruise ship port, traffic jams everywhere, do not go to pigeon beach, it is crowded and really dusty, it takes like 45 minutes to get from cruise ship port. I was on St Lucia 2 times, the 1st and the last one... Will never come back.

The West Coast Catamaran cruise and snorkeling to Pigeon Island and the Grand Pitons was a good excursion.

The most beautiful place on the planet. An amazing array of gorgeous beaches, majestic mountains, towering waterfalls and beautiful people. For a small island the diversity in terrain and natural beauty is simply astounding. One of the best experiences possible for the nature lover.
