Had a great time here. Would advise getting a sea view room with a balcony as the view is stunning. The staff here were wonderful and I have to mention Leno, Dishan,|Jakob and Tamara who couldn’t do enough for us and we were able to have a good laugh with them also. They were all polite and professional. The cleaners were also considerate and cleaned our room perfectly. The food was nice but not a lot of choice with the evening meals if you were half board. The hotel is quirky and could do with some updating but other than that we would definitely go back.

We had a great holiday in St Patrick's, very pleasant and clean hotel with a lot of character. The room was large with a magnificent view of the bay from the small balcony. It was quiet even though being above the small prom with restaurants. The food , we were on half board, was very good , well cooked and varied, A nice feature was that tables were reserved right on front by sea for those on half board. The breakfast was fine with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. One small issue was the fruit juices ,a bit insipid.||Staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. ||There is a nice roof terrace with excellent views of area inland and over the bay. ||We were there for 10 days and only used the excellent bus service once to visit Victoria , but because so hot decided to save the rest of Gozo for another time.||One strange thing is about the bread. It was said to be really good. However as at home something seems to have happened as it has a hard crust ,not crispy, and is cotton wool inside. Minor issue but all very odd.||Nevertheless an enjoyable holiday and thanks to staff for helping to make it so

[I booked and reviewed this hotel on booking.com, but the owners’ appalling response to my review has inspired me to share it here as well.]||My 75-year-old mother and I showed up with our luggage and were struggling with it up the 6-8 steps into the lobby. Not a single person from the hotel attempted to help us with our luggage (this exact situation occurred when we were leaving — the employee who checked me out literally watched as my mother struggled down the steps with her suitcase to get to the front door). ** bizarrely, the hotel owner, who I know was not present because he is a man and only female employees were there at the time, wrote: “Reading your review makes me understand that you did not even bother helping your mum with her luggage either. Reception staff were welcoming other clients when you arrived.” Both of these statements are patently false. I was in fact helping my mom with her luggage as well as struggling with my own, and no other clients were even in the lobby let alone checking in with reception staff. But thank you, Mr. Attard, for your personal attack.**||We arrived about 1 PM, but were told that there would be no early check-in, even if the room became ready earlier than 3:00pm, without paying a fee of €40. Fair enough. Having just come over on the ferry in hot weather, I asked if there was any water to drink; one front desk employee handed me a water bottle, but immediately another employee who was sitting down behind her said I needed to pay 1.40 euro for the water. I simply handed her the water back. I genuinely could not believe they did not provide water for guests even in the LOBBY. I asked if we could check our bags there and they said yes. After 3 PM when we did check in, they not only had not placed the bags in our room as a nice hotel would do, but when I went to retrieve the luggage, the staff simply opened the door and pointed to the bags — again, no offer to help us get the suitcases to the room — or even bring the bags to the door of the room that they were being stored in. The mattresses on the beds were very thin and flimsy; I’ve been to summer camps with better beds.||We did not eat any meals at the hotel restaurant at the hotel restaurant because we did not want to give them any more money, but I did order some water and a soda from the bar to take up to the pool and the bartender was very nice. ||And yes, Mr. Attard, I did have a safe journey back home.😊

Very pleasant stay. Great location very centre of Xlendi. Rooms are quiet and the staff are very friendly, we found the cleaning staff to be very polite and professional. Rooms are a little dated, but well equipped and comfortable. Very small pool on the top floor, nice to have as an option, but the sea and bathing areas outside are far superior. Sun loungers on the top floor - not many and certainly need more umbrellas, a little jaded and would not count on. Breakfast was included but was a little disappointing for us. The breakfast options for non hotel guests were far superior. Would certainly stay again as it is a unique setting, but would exclude breakfast.

This hotel was fantastic after reading others reviews thought would give it a shot and boy it did not disappoint! The views out to sea were spectacular with gorgeous sunsets. We had the valley view and sitting watching out the back was just as entertaining! We were there during the festa and had great views of the fireworks and celebrations as well as going to watch the competitions on the water. The hotel is very clean and the air con when you walk in is very much needed in the heat. Great when you come back in from being out all day. The rooms had everything we could need, fridge, coffee making facilities and these were topped up for us each day. The cleaning staff do a fantastic job and if we needed anything we just asked and they were happy to help. The pool is a little small but if you time it right you can get it to yourself ! The manager said they were looking to do upgrades to the pool (if the hotel can hold the weight) and bathrooms in the future. The walls are very solid and the balcony doors were very sound proof from the outside goings on which was very helpful for getting some shut eye. The breakfast was a great selection of pastry’s, cereals, cooked breakfast and vegetarian option as well as juices/water/teas and coffee. You also get discount if eating in the restaurant. This is a great base to explore Xlendi and Gozo. The staff are very friendly there is also a place to keep your luggage on check out day. Would highly recommend this gem of a hotel

Lovely little hotel. Rooms need a refurb also didnt realise we wouldn't have a balcony or even a door to open it was just a small window. Sunbeds need replacing by the pool or at least a very good clean. Staff were lovely. The views when eating breakfast/dinner etc were beautiful.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choices to cater to peoples needs. The hotel is in the perfect location right in the middle of the cove, and the staff are wonderful and always happy to help. We ate there some nights and the food was very nice and it was so relaxing. I was really happy with this choice of hotel and I would be happy to go there again. I just want to acknowledge ALL THE STAFF from reception, waiting staff, cleaners and anyone that I might have missed. Thank you all for making this such a memorable holiday for us and I/we hope to return here in the near future. Sandra & Sharon.

The hotel is located right by the sea with fantastic views, very picturesque. The food I had was incredible (had Thai fish curry, beef vindaloo and ribeye steak), lots of choice for dinner and breakfast. Staff were all very friendly. Only thing I would say is the rooms could do with some touch ups, just small things like re-painting and repairs. The lobby and communal areas were good though so just needs the same attention to the rooms. The rooftop was nice and peaceful and good for sunbathing. Overall we had a great experience.
