Saint Roastery Specialty Coffee

I visited Saint Roastery during the summer, and it quickly became one of my favorite coffee stops. I tried their cold brew, and it was absolutely amazing — smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced with just the right kick of caffeine. The atmosphere is welcoming and thoughtfully designed, making it a great place to relax or catch up with friends. The staff were friendly and genuinely passionate about coffee, which made the visit even better.

Hidden gem for croissant lovers 🧡🥐 Completely obsessed with their croissants — super flaky and buttery, and the filling is unreal. The pistachio cream is rich and just the right amount of sweet, and the coconut one tastes like a little vacation. 🥥🌴 The coffee is excellent too — smooth, bold, and pairs perfectly with the pastries. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting pastries this good — total game changer. Definitely coming back!

Great cafe, went looking for it while in Bucharest. I was not disappointed. The drinks are freshly made and great tasting. We had an espresso, a latte, and 2 hot cocao for the kids. Everything was wonderful, and so were the pastries, finger licking good! The place itself is nicely decorated and with a good atmosphere.

One of the best oat lattes I had in Bucharest, and quite nice that this cafe is within walking distance from the North Railway. If you have a bit of extra time it’s super easy to pop inside for a quick coffee.

A coffee spot with a cozy vibe, excellent specialty coffee, and a pretty diverse selection of delicious pastries (including vegan options). The space is quite large, with seating both indoors and outdoors — on sunny days, it’s absolutely lovely. One of the best cafés in Bucharest, with friendly and cool people.

I ordered a cappuccino and a quiche. Cappuccino: interesting experience. The fist sip surprised me with bitterness but as I drank more, it wasn't there any more. Similarly, I tasted some acidity on the side of the entrance of my throat, but it went away too. Foam is super smooth and overall, coffee was good. Would I have it again? Maybe not. Quiche: very balanced flavor!! The sweetness of the dried tomato and savory-everything else worked very well. This, I would have it again if I'm in the neighborhood.

Best pistachio croissant I've had so far in Bucharest, and the Saint Croissant - which they only have in the weekend - is even better! The staff was also very friendly

Super cool vibe, good and strong coffee, delish pistachio croissants! They didn’t have any pistachio croissants on display when I visited, but when I asked, the staff said, “We don’t have any right now, but we can make it.” I wasn’t expecting that level of service. It completely exceeded my expectations. Safe to say, I am very happy customer!
