Saint Roastery Specialty Coffee

It is all in the name, a Roastery that has holy caffeine saints manning the stations. Savory and sweet bites were always excellent and also the is a large selection of non-coffee drinks that should be tried out. Proper specialty coffee done right, seating space galore, comes with a nice interior design scheme that includes the coffee roasting machine and affable staff. Pigeons are extra, some require assembly.

Tried the pistachio croissant as other reviews recommended, and it was delicious. Additionally, good vibes even though it’s somewhat similar to a pub when at capacity. Nice baristas, able to communicate in multiple languages. Coffee orders are provided w/ table service. And… vegan milk options are a plus.

I visited Saint Roastery during the summer, and it quickly became one of my favorite coffee stops. I tried their cold brew, and it was absolutely amazing — smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced with just the right kick of caffeine. The atmosphere is welcoming and thoughtfully designed, making it a great place to relax or catch up with friends. The staff were friendly and genuinely passionate about coffee, which made the visit even better.

One of the most iconic coffee spots in Bucharest, in the city center but in a very nice place, not at a big boulevard. They have their own roasted coffee, which comes at a good reasonable price for the quality. They have superstar V60 option, which not too many coffee shops offer. Their croissants are also great and with lots of filling.

Hidden gem for croissant lovers 🧡🥐 Completely obsessed with their croissants — super flaky and buttery, and the filling is unreal. The pistachio cream is rich and just the right amount of sweet, and the coconut one tastes like a little vacation. 🥥🌴 The coffee is excellent too — smooth, bold, and pairs perfectly with the pastries. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting pastries this good — total game changer. Definitely coming back!

The coffee is great. Their flat white is spectacular, but their cappuccino didn’t impress me. The pistachio croissant is lovely, and I highly recommend it. The service is good, the staff are friendly and polite. The atmosphere is nice, however it would be nice if there was more space indoors, as it can get quite crowded during busy hours.

One of the best oat lattes I had in Bucharest, and quite nice that this cafe is within walking distance from the North Railway. If you have a bit of extra time it’s super easy to pop inside for a quick coffee.
