Amazing hotel in the perfect location. My son and I each had our own rooms, they are small as most are but well equipped, clean, well decorated. My room had a big window opening up to the street. The employees working the front desk were very helpful with everything we needed. I would recommend for solo travelers as I felt very safe. Comfortable beds, with coffee maker, and AC.

How I wish I could give half stars because I would give this hotel a 3 1/2. But since that’s not possible, I bumped it to a 4 because of its perfect location in the Marais. Shopping, bars, restaurants, the Pompidou and the Picasso Museums are all very close. And it was only a 15 minute walk to Notre Dame. |Other pluses: air conditioning! A really comfortable bed. Nice toiletries. |However, our room was ridiculously small. I had to put my suitcase on the bed to open it! And no windows. Our friends’ were down the hall and their room was a typical small French room. Tight, but livable and with two big windows. I hoped we could switch to a similar room but was told the rooms were the exact same size, just configured differently. So we were stuck in our dark, cramped room. Which is #201, by the way! |It was only for one night, so the AC and great bed did the trick.|The included breakfast was terrible. Not even fresh coffee, just machines. But there are literally cafes everywhere nearby, so again: location. |We probably wouldn’t stay here again, but in a pinch it is in a terrific part of the city.

The location in Le Marais is wonderful— we arrived on sunday in time for the flea market, and we went to several great small restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel itself is cute but very small. I chose it because we needed two rooms, so that can get expensive and the price was reasonable. I read in other reviews that we better upgrade to at least the “executive” room if we wanted to fit our luggage and they were not kidding. Our bathroom was comically small- you could not sit normally on our toilet because there was not enough room between it and the wall. You had to sit side saddle. I should add that I’m a 5’4, 120 lb woman. Also we had only a bathtub with a shower nozzle but nowhere to hook it up. So I’m a little bitter that I paid extra for that room. Our daughters’ room was more normal- you could sit on the toilet and hang up the shower nozzle. I’m still glad we stayed because the location was so good and the place was very cute.

The location and friendly staff at this small hotel can't be beat. I enjoyed staying in the middle of my favorite Paris neighborhood. You can walk to everything, but be aware that the Metro isn't just outside the door -- it requires a few minutes' walk. Breakfast was delicious, and the women that attended the breakfast room were very friendly. As expected in a small Paris hotel, the room and bathroom were small, but fine for two of us, since we barely spent time in the room. Free water was a plus. The A/C was powerful. We faced the street, but there was no noise, even on a Saturday night. A great choice if you prefer staying in the Marais.

First off, what a Willy Wonka cute hotel, you won’t miss it! Check in and out was fast, they will email you ahead; just answer that so you’re good to go. They will replenish your water (yay to free water in France lol), even the Nespresso pods. In that sense, I don’t think getting the breakfast in the hotel is necessary (Poilane and boulangeries abound). They are centrally located with loads and loads of cafes and restaurant options nearby plus many independent shops and familiar brands within walking distance. But, Paris is made up of 20 arrondisements so don’t be fooled that you will be walking distance to all sites. You will need to take metro, a short walk away. Now, to the con, though not unique to this hotel, is the size. Wow, we got the higher 1br category (sorry forgot what it was) but still tiny. Yet, by some miracle, we were still able to fit 3 large luggage and 1 carry on! There is an elevator and the staff speak good English and very helpful. They helped us with reservations and even cancellations. Oh, one last thing, this is Marais, so the streets are narrower, which I think restricts the sun from coming in the room, a thought especially when booking in the winter.

Very kind staff and great location, but as a light sleeper I feel I need to share with others who are in a similar situation that this is a very noisy hotel. I asked for a room in the back courtyard as I was told it would be more quiet, but the reality is that you can hear everything from all the other rooms on the stairs all the time.Just good for people to know.

My husband & I stayed here for 6 nights in May 2025. We paid extra for an “executive room”& it was tiny. We could barely fit our 2 suitcases in the room. We had a bathtub with a shower nozzle but no place to hang it. Therefore every time we showered the entire bathroom was soaked with water. ||I asked Ishmael for a refund after 1 night & was refused . He would not give me my money back. It was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable having to stay for 6 nights in such a cramped room. ||I do not recommend staying here.

Perfect location, cute hotel, everything I needed. No fluff but it was wonderful. The location was everything for me though - perfectly in the marais and near everything I wanted to go to. I’ll definitely be back!
