Nice place to stay. It's located at the end of the road so you will have a peaceful and quiet time. They have good size rooms with AC in each room, also they have a pond with fish 🐟,free coffee at any time and they can do laundry for you. I would stay here again because it's a great location and a peaceful time.

Such a beautiful, peaceful stay here. The place is a traditional Thai wooden house style and the accents are really charming. The hosts are so kind and helpful. It's a super warm, homey atmosphere. And the cat Cha Cha is so cute! We especially loved the outdoor daybed common area!

A little gem in the old city. Looks exactly like the photos - quaint and charming. The owners are incredibly friendly and willing to accommodate anything including late check out. Gorgeous little rooms and tree house chill area. The only downside was I found it hard to sleep in the rooms. There is no natural light in the rooms as the windows are dense stained glass, which also means it doesn’t go fully dark at night, there is water running all night and the mattress is very very hard. So definitely ask for a mattress topper which will help a lot! 🙌🏻

Good place good price. Good person and cute cat welcomed us. The room is clean but shower is in small, dark toilet.

Beautiful traditional-style teak-wood homestay / guesthouse. At the end of a quiet alley right off the East Gate, Old City. Rooms are quite beautiful, with wood furnishings, colored glass windows, and nice cement and plaster design. Some parking available. No TV in my room, but I didn't need it. Shower pressure wasn't great -- same as most other guesthouses. Beautiful and interestingly designed common area. Incredible service, run by a family who is most accomodating and helpful. Overall, a beautiful feel in this nice guesthouse.

Old dusty rooms filled with memories. A comfortable stay in the center of town. What more can you ask for? Snacks? All the biscuits and fruits you'll ever need (just don't take too much since it's a community snack box). Seriously though, this place is a truly special place. The owners are very kind and they give this place life! If you were to drop by Chiang Mai and you are looking for a cheap accommodation please drop by here, you wouldn't regret it! They have a pet cat and chicken, what's not to love about them!

The main reason why I ended up with choosing this guesthouse is the location and also positive reviews about the owners. And it was 100% right decision!The location is great, it’s super close to everything you’d like to see downtown. The room was clean and quiet. The owners was really sweet and helpful, I couldn’t be happier! Both my check-in and check-out were really early and they let me leave my luggage at the reception desk and do my stuff, so I don’t waste my time waiting. 100/10👏🏻Thank you!

This a truly special place in CM, the owners have put so much love into it and it shows, the rooms are amazing for the price, with comfy beds and a private bathroom, it feels like a luxurious hotel. The common area is fantastic with great cushions to chill and talk for hours on, with complimentary fruit. Beautiful surrounds, it was a fantastic way to relax for a few nights and end my trip in north Thailand! Thank you 🙏
