The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were a nice decent size and very clean, there was even a sauna. The owner helped us find a good deal on the hot air balloon ride after our initial booking got cancelled. The breakfast was one of a kind and the portions were quite big. Even the surrounding neighbours were extremely friendly, despite them not being able to speak English. Side note: if you love cats and dogs, you must visit this area! The views were amazing and only a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. Overall, had an amazing experience and would recommend 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay at Sakli Konak. Special thanks to Shahir Navvabi for his kindness and professionalism—he made our visit smooth and memorable. He communicates well in several languages, including English, which made everything very easy for us. He also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport at the best possible price. Thanks also to Pembe, who kept the rooms very clean and prepared a delicious breakfast every morning, and to AmirHan for his help during our stay.||The place itself is very quiet and peaceful, just a 2-minute walk from Uchisar Castle and about 5 minutes from the bus stop for easy access to Goreme and other towns. Breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing.||Balloon watching is also possible—the main take-off area is just about 10 minutes away by bus, making it easy to experience this unforgettable sight. The staff can also help arrange taxis or other services if needed.||Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with warm hospitality in Uchisar.

Beautiful restaurant! My partner and I loved the service. The manti pasta and lamb sheet was perfect - their bread was perfect and eggplant mezze was the best we had in Turkey! Thank you for the lovely time :)

We were having lunch on our visit to Uchisar, and it is highly recommendable. The restaurant is on the way to the Castle. We were very well served, the food based on product it had very good quality and taste. There are a lot of touristic places in that small village with high prices, but this was not the case, it was reasonable (around 1000TL per person), and I would say that cheap compared with the quality. The atmosphere was nice and calm. If you are in Uchisar, don’t miss this place.

Restaurant (did not stay at the hotel). Fantastic. Highly recommend. Prices are perfect. Food is amazing. Had the beef clay pot, perfection. Mantisi, absolutely delicious. We were the only ones in the restaurant on a week night but the atmosphere is such a relaxing vibe. 100% if you come to Cappadocia, come to this restaurant.

Beautiful and cosy restaurant with dishes packed with flavor. Pottery dish is delicious and a must to have. The interior of the restaurant is authentic and nicely decorated. Pleasure to have food and enjoy. The service is warm and prompt. Highly recommended!

From a hospitality perspective, Rıza the owner has an exceptional way of engaging his guest and made us feel welcome all the way from check-in to check-out (which according to him is not a specific time but whenever you’re ready). Everything except for the nuttella made by the owner of the hotel themselves. The berries and olives are from their trees in the garden. Cheeses made by the neighbors on the corner who have cows in their yard. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle, so may not appeal to everyone though. Overall, highly recommended

We, as a family, stayed at "Saklı Konak" for 3 days. The facility is very well located; it is close to Uçhisar Castle and many of the touristic places. It is also very quiet at nights which gives you a chance for switching off easily.|It was a great experince to be in a room decorated by antique stones under the high ceiling, which is also clean & tidy and warm like your home. |The breakfasts are magnificient which consists of many local tastes presented in a perfect way. The dinner, especially the beef marinated by local spices, has to be tasted. |Service quality was perfect, as a result of cheerful & helpful team.

Yelp
Excellent dinner! We had the tetsi kebab (cooked in clay pot) which we thought was very tender, but a little bland sadly. We also had the konak kebab and it was excellent! It was more like iskandar with the butter soaked bread, sliced meatballs & a yogurt sauce over the dish. It was so good! But the star was the bread made in town with the olive oil & pomegranate glaze & then dip it in zatar that they have shipped in from another region of Türkiye. It was so good and unusual! Very good place!

Yelp
This place was really fun! It's a hotel restaurant and one of the dishes is made by a local mother (can't remember the name, but it's like a beef stew made in a clay pot). We got a few of their other dishes and they were also really good. The ambiance is really nice. I will say that there is a slight smell because a neighbor has camels, and they emit a certain odor. We ate indoors and it was barely noticeable, but it was quite strong outside. The service is also really great; it was one guy doing the service, but he was really good! Definitely check this place out if you can.

Yelp
This is probably the best restaurant in town. Pottery kebab is a must! Lamb sac is delicious too. Highly recommended!
