We went to Saklikent Gourge, first did the walk the following day we did the rafting. ||The rafting, we went for 1.5hrs option, but it turns out that the actual rafting is not 1.5hrs but close to 40mins only. They are being cheeky because they include the time you wait for the car to be picked up. After 40 mins we got out of the stream and we were waiting by the road to be picked up by the car. It seemed like ages, eventually a very, very old car turned up and we were picked up to be taken to the mud baths. Well, they seemed to have forgotten all about it and we had to ask to be taken there after we got dropped off. After mud bath they took ages to come to collect us. ||The staff probably couldn't care less after taking the money from you. You are being treated like one of many and if they don't deliver what is promised at the point of the sale, they most likely don't care. ||Personally I would skip the rafting, the water level is low and you get stuck on the rocks quite a bit. ||Won't be doing this again if I end up going there in the future.

We booked the 45 minute rafting. The young staff were friendly and it was enjoyable, however, be aware. We got not even 20 minutes…. The 45 minutes is the rafting and travel back to the start (3kms). You can stop at the mud bath on the way back. So not entirely transparent when selling this to you. Disappointed that they use this type of tactic when you would probably be happy to proceed when given this information. No need to be deceitful.

I have stayed here one night and because I was planning to do bungee jumping and zipline.||Bungee jumping is basically 50 m. And it has no good view or anything. If you are able to pay that amount of money( 275 tl) you should go paragliding which has much more amazing view and I believe it will worth.||Zipline is 10 m, they ask for 45 tl. I guess which is worthless to.||We decide to make river rafting. It is not expensive. You can see really nice views and mud bath in the end, which is quite nice. But dont expect something crazy, it is pretty safe and chill.||About camping, I am totally impressed. Toilets, showers were super clean and useful. We ask their help for our stuff to keep cold and they were really nice. I really enjoyed the camping because it has no noise in the night and super nice view with Dalaman river.

We paid 500 TL for a night in a treehouse. They’re not really clean, beds questionable. The common toilets and showers are dirty. One window of our treehouse was missing, others have more windows missing. There are what feels like 15 roosters in close vicinity who will do their thing at the crack of dawn, accompanied by the drone of some giant generator. Absolute tourist trap. Total shame because this could be a gem of a place.

This place is really great.||The Gorge itself was beautiful to visit and it's worth staying over in the Gorge Club if only because it means you can get up early and walk the Gorge before all the tourists arrive. By about 10/11 it gets extremely busy.||We stayed in the treehouse for a night and did the rafting also and enjoyed both. It's not luxury accommodation but this is clear from the advert (communal bathrooms etc), it's very reasonably priced and a fun experience. Staff were very helpful and I would definitely recommend.

Great Location - right in the heart of the gorge. Bit commercial for our taste but all facilities were to hand. We booked in for 3nights accommodation - in a Tree House. Obviously, only beds in there but linen was clean and there were extra blankets. (Needed as the temperature drops after sunset). Shared loos were okay. Shower cubicles okay too, but not always hot water available - so we made sure to shower early evening. If you camp regularly, this is at the middle to upper end of quality.|Food - perfectly adequate and self-service. Breakfast was served to us one day at the weekend which was a real treat. Wasps kept at bay with some charcoal embers left to smoulder on Turkish coffee - heavenly - and it worked!

If in the Fethiye area the Saklikent gorge is worth a visit. Entry to the gorge costs 6 lira which is reasonable for the photographic opportunities alone. We visited in late September so were able to walk as much of the gorge as we chose as the water levels were not to high or dangerous, which they can be in the early season (April / May). We stayed overnight in one of the tree houses, which was an experience we didn't want to miss out on, but not great value for money 149 lira for the night, including breakfast. Overall the site is quite spectacular but is all about money making for the owners, food and drink not great and a bit expensive. It was quiet when we visited being near the end of season and the staff seemed a bit weary after a long season. Can't comment on the other activities available, rafting, bungee jumping, zip lines etc all aimed at the younger tourists. A local dolmus / mini bus will take you from Fethiye bus station to the gorge for 11 lira, however the service is also used by local villagers and our 15 seat bus had at least 30 - 35 aboard.

Last visited here in 2019 now a rip off - rafting advertised as 45 minutes and you get 15 max. Owners dismissive when I complained - I love Turkey but vendors like this need to be careful I understand price hikes but can’t stand to be ripped off and lied too I won’t return and if they carry on tourists will leave this beautiful country for other options.
