I purchased a perfume and selected pick up in store. I paid using Apple Pay.
After the payment, on the order page it showed delivery status from Bal Harbour to Bal Harbour, which was strange, but okay — I waited.
The order was placed on December 29, and the estimated delivery date was shown as January 6. I contacted customer support about this, and I was told “sorry, sorry” and to wait. Fine.
On January 2, the order status changed to delivered. I went to the store to pick it up, but they refused to give it to me, saying that the order was not a pick-up order in their system and that I needed to wait until the status changed from Delivered to Ready for Pick Up.
I waited another four days, but nothing changed. I contacted support again (this can be seen in the screenshots) and explained everything once more. Support told me that the order was processed as a delivery, not pick-up, and therefore could not be handed to me. I was also told that the order was returned back to your store and that I would receive a refund automatically (this is clearly shown in the screenshot).
I waited another 10 days, but the refund never arrived. Then I contacted support again and explained everything from the beginning. At that point, I was told to wait another 1–3 days, and that the previous customer representative did nothing — no claim and no investigation was opened, despite what I had been told earlier and despite the screenshots.
I waited those additional three days, and then I received a response saying that my refund was denied, with no explanation.
This situation is completely unacceptable. I have been dealing with this issue from December 29 to January 19. You clearly have a problem with Apple Pay payments on your website.
The order status shows Delivered both on your website and on FedEx. To repeat: the delivery was shown as from Bal Harbour to Bal Harbour. This is absurd.
The FedEx status was never “undelivered” or “returned to sender.” It was marked as Delivered, meaning the store received my order, but refuses to give it to me because it was supposedly processed as a “delivery” and not as pick-up — despite the fact that I selected pick up in store, which is clearly visible in the screenshots.
