Went to look for some dress sandals for a wedding and it was dead in this department. Male sales associate gabbing with someone who did not appear to be a customer, and when he was through with his chat he disappeared out if sight just like Santa! There was not one other customer in the department. I was willing to buy a very expensive pair of shoes, but possibly not being dressed to the nines left them uninterested.

Wow. I purchases 5 items from Saks online and I couldn’t return or get store credit for a Sandro cardigan even though the sizing was completely off. I’ve bought other Sandro tops with the same size small but this cardigan was way too big on the shoulders and sleeves. I’m so disappointed in their customer service. I spoke with 2 people, one of them being a supervisor and neither person would make an exception of the “final sale” and let me get at least a store credit. I ordered my usual size and it was just too big. I will not ever shop on Saks online app again. I’ve never had this problem at other retail stores for “final sales” items like Anthropology, J Crew, Bloomingdale’s, even Niemans. So disappointing.

I'm glad to say I had a very nice experience since the last time I shopped here. My previous experience with a customer service representative named Renee Masterson was so awful.I understand this employee might be bitter with herself and life. There's no excuse for an employee to be condescending and spiteful towards other employees and customers. About my wonderful experience today at Saks. I'm attending a wedding this weekend. I desperately needed a dress in the coordinating colors the groom suggested. Immediately the staff assisted me with various choices in styles. I found my dress within the first 20 minutes. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Google
This is the most uninviting Saks with absolutely no selection AT ALL, you can tell the employees are forced to push sales onto people and they all seem very uncomfortable and not happy. I bought some facial products and a few other things and a week or two later, I get a text from the sales person at the store who sold it to me asking me if I needed anything else kind of weird that they would text me on my personal number. Very unprofessional, unless you've been in there and have formed a relationship with that person which I had not . So don't call or text me thank you. I will come back when I need to buy something Saks has always had their own line of loyal clientele that the employees are taught and trained to take care of. This last trip the Spanish manager, or maybe shift leader or something above the other sales members who actually looked like she belongs working at Macy's, was walking around talking incredibly poorly to the employees. Very degrading and made for a very uncomfortable shopping experience for myself. I will never step foot in this empty store again. not up to the standards that Saks usually provides. Employees were very professional and nice, the store Is obviously being run by The wrong people., you can tell they don’t communicate and leave the sales floor employees to deal with their lack of effort into their job duties.

I had the absolute best customer experience with a sales associate named Asad. He was happy to hold my item in the back until I arrived and was very accommodating to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. The entire team there was very friendly and pleasant to be around. I would highly recommend this location. Ask for Asad, you won’t be disappointed.

Google
Tons of parking, friendly service, the sales associates can get you what you’d like, and it helps them out. The store is empty, and we want everyone to keep their jobs in this changing economy. Hold on everyone, smile, be polite, and shop where they are happy and lovely as well! And the online returns are a breeze.

I went looking for high end all day wearing sandals 👡. I chose Saks Fifth Avenue, since they are the pinnacle of elegance. Saks Fifth Avenue continues to be the preeminent luxury retail destination, and continues to have iconic fashion collections and unparalleled shopping experience. As usual, Impeccable service, iconic designer brands, and a refined ambiance make it a premier shopping experience, for fashion enthusiasts seeking sophistication and style. Luxury seekers need not look elsewhere.

Fiona is amazing! 💕 She was super kind and patient throughout my entire Clé de Peau Beauté order. She really took the time to understand my skin and only recommended what would suit me best. There was a problem with my address and the system couldn’t find it, but she kept following up and helped me fix it so the products wouldn’t get lost. Even the samples she included were thoughtfully chosen for my skin type. I’m really grateful for her help – five stars without a doubt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Yelp
I always shop in person and on the phone with Rorttheany, she always is helping me and others and give me great advice on items I should look into. I have known her for years and is an asset to Saks

Liz R.

Yelp
Hello Yelpers! This place has great customer service. I came in to do a make up exchange (I was incorrectly color matched at the Beverly Hills location). I was greeted and helped out by Lyudmila. She was very patient and understanding of my issue with my foundation. She was kind enough to color match me and do the exchange. Also, Mr. Q was very helpful with guiding her with the return. Both very pleasant people :) Liz

Yelp
12/11/2024 Do not shop here. The sales associates here are aggressive and rude. I had a hostile experience today at the men's department 2nd floor. After making a simple request for a paper bag, since I already had luxury gift bags and just needed something larger, the sales associate--an Old Woman with short hair--yelled at me aggressively. She even went as far as to pick a fight, treating me like a thief. She looked at me condescendingly and said, "NO! No bags if you don't shop here." The sales associate only care about making sales and treat customers as though they're just a source of money. I was shopping in the store at the time, and my request was completely reasonable. This type of rude, hostile behavior is unacceptable. I am going to contact management and headquarters about this experience. I won't be returning to Saks Fifth Avenue ever again.

Yelp
Very BOUGIE Mall ..absolutely beautifully decorated..sales associates were everywhere ...ready to assist you...the parking was a BEAR...but once we were inside it was well worth it! Great experience...pricy but I always say ..."you get what you paid for"

Yelp
The experience shipping on this day was AMAZING!! It started off a little iffy, as we were initially overlooked, but when Ellie came around to help us/me, it started to turn around. Ellie ended up be AMAZING at finding dresses that were flattering for my figure. She brought dresses I wouldn't have looked at myself that turned out to fit PHENOMENALLY! She was VERY attentive and helpful, and her disposition was delightful! I will look for her the next time I shop for sure! And the topper.....THE SHOE WHISPER HIMSELF......Duane, ladies this man is amazing! He will help you find the best pair of shoes for both style and comfortability. The tailor was even thorough when fitting me for my dress.

Yelp
Well customer service has gone down significantly here. How sad. I'm focusing this review on the 3rd floor evening dress department. You have to beg for someone to help you and then get poor quality. For example, when getting a dress altered that I just bought, Jessica had to call and clarify what was written on the alterations ticket. She rang in 2 separate amounts of $26 and $40. When I asked what the amounts were representing she stated I don't know, whatever the codes mean. I'm shocked she couldn't even ask someone. I don't know is not a good answer. So you are not sure what I'm being charged for or why there are 2 charges??? Then I come to pick up the dress (stated to be ready by noon today. I came at 1:00 and waited yet again for help. 30 minutes later someone went to get the dress and then came back stating it wasn't ready and wanted me to wait an additional 20-30 minutes. This department used to be stellar with exceptional service but now?? Disgusting.

Yelp
The store opened their doors five minutes late. I don't think that's professional especially when you have waiting customers who don't have time to waste. Online order returns must be processed upstairs and there's always long lines and the service in that department is not kind or courteous. Saks is still my favorite store but I really feel strongly that these issues need to be addressed.

Yelp R.

Yelp
I want to state that Kelvin is a bright and efficient employee. He assisted with my giftcard purchases and he is one of two employees (I swear) who know how to complete split charges on one transaction. I had sooo many other employees state they did not know or could not do this. STRANGE RIGHT?!?! He was the most efficient person I've ever dealt with on this matter! I cannot thank him enough for such a smooth transaction/experience.

Yelp
I have never used social media to complain, but my recent experience at Saks Fifth Avenue in Costa Mesa, CA, was astonishing. I purchased expensive shoes from Saks.com for my wife. Soon after, she was diagnosed with a thyroid tumor, and the shoes sat unused. When she finally wore them, the heel broke. Despite the shoes being barely used, customer service directed me to a store for a return, but the nearest one was 100 miles away. After driving from San Diego to Orange County, the returns department wouldn't help since the purchase was online. The store manager and customer service both cited a strict 30-day return policy, which was never mentioned earlier. Knowing my story, they were unwilling to assist, leaving me frustrated after wasting a day and driving 200+ miles. Here is where I put my CEO hat on. My company has been in the ultra competitive space of janitorial services for over 55 years. I understand the importance of customer satisfaction. A dissatisfied customer can tell 20 people or more about a negative experience, and it's crucial to handle such situations with empathy and problem-solving. Had I been in the manager's shoes, I would have handled this situation differently. Instead I left to tell 20+ people.

Yelp
I wish I could give 0 star! Very disappointed! I purchased a pair of heels for my wedding. I was kinda in a rush since the wedding is next month but I still cannot find one that I like. I waited for a week for it to come, but you guys sent me a completely different one, and the one that I ordered was sold out I couldn't purchase it again. I talked to the customer service, one of the guy said he already left a note and I should be good to do the return. Then I went to the store in South Coast Plaza to do the return. As I approached to the front desk a lady stared at me and said "Do you see people in front of you?" while she could've said "The line is on your left". Then as she doing the return, she asked if I got the wrong item, I said yes. She said the policy has changed and I have to call the customer service to get a case number, or I can send it directly back to them. The lady on the phone was really nice tho, she made it fast and gave me my case number, then I went back to the lady at the store. She asked me for the order number and the case number, I showed it to her, then she raised her voice at me: "Could you just read it to me!" like it's my responsibility ?!? Is that how I should be treated? I spent money then gotta take my time drove all the way to the store to fix the mistake that I did not make, and that's how she treated me? Saks 5th has many quality items with good prices but I will never want to shop here again!!!

Yelp
I mainly live in the beauty section when I shop here so this review is aimed towards that area. I love the Chanel and Dior counter because they're super friendly and helpful but the other associates here are fairly aggressive in their approach. I've been here on many occasions shopping with or for my fiancé and I always get followed around lol I just want to shop in peace sometimes. Let me tell you though, the Dior counter is amazing and what keeps up this reviews stars they helped me fiancé find multiple lipstick colors and products that fit her style exactly.

Yelp
I came to return a pair of unused and stained Mikael Kors pants but the manager wouldn't give me credit for the paints since I had removed the tags. I don't like to post reviews but this got me upset. I purchased the pants last week and I couldn't see the stains inside the store. I never used them. Only when I was in front of natural light and ready to wear them I could see all the green stains. It's not great business when they don't take care of their own clients. I wouldn't t recommend this business to anyone.

Janet ..

Yelp
Saks has truly hit rock bottom. I drove over an hour to my 'nearest' Saks store to make an online return, only to be told the store couldn't process it and directed me to call customer service. After wasting even more time on the phone, I was informed I'd need to ship it back--something they easily could have told me upfront. This is just the latest in a series of issues I've had with Saks, including receiving empty boxes from online orders and then not even getting refunded. It's beyond frustrating that a luxury retailer like Saks can't seem to provide basic customer service or handle online orders competently. I'm done.

Carol S.

Yelp
Saks takes your order, then delays it, then cancels ia week later. It is frustrating and a waste of time. The store used to be so good, truly sad turn of events for their customer service.

Yelp
Extremely Disappointed with Hidden Fees and Return Policy Review: I am utterly disappointed with my recent experience with Saks. While the email made it sound like they were doing me a favor by accepting my return, they failed to mention the $9.95 return charge upfront when I was purchasing. This fee was only disclosed after I initiated a return, which feels deceitful and underhanded. Additionally, their return policy is overly restrictive, especially the stipulation that returns initiated after 14 days incur a fee, and the unacceptable policy regarding furs, watches, and jewelry which cannot be returned after 30 days. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority. I expected more transparency and fairness from a retailer of Saks' caliber.
google avatar

Yelp
Impossible to talk to anybody at the stores will never shop there. I was trying to place an order for a few designers things and could not reach anybody but the office that keeps coming up is the main office with no ability to be able to talk to anybody at the sack store
google avatar

Erik E.

Yelp
If I had a chance to, I would put zero. My sister had ordered nice top-bottom set along with nice shoes online. Unfortunately they didnt fit me. I went to the store to exchange it, they simply told me that "it is a store policy, anything ordered online, must be returned to original payment method. You cannot exchange it, you cannot get a store exchange card." It happened at the saks.com return desk, an asian lady in her late 40s early 50s, refused to identify herself by name. I asked for manager, the manager came, said exact same thing. And again, I asked her name so I can call the saks.com or headquarters to file complaint, both refused to give their names. The items were within their time for return or exchange, with receipt/order number.

Yelp
Manager is so nice and treated me like a human being . I am in here looking at evening gowns and enjoying the nice jackets they have available, some are quite decent considering the names on the racks and anyways it's been nice ! Day 1 visit The merch is cute but they are being mean, as I step inside the door they're fake cheering, the associates and male associate wearing huge BC boot camp glasses and another male fake-laughing from across the store .. It's embarrassing to me and them . Then the lady dares me to spend 1000 and put me in terrible state of mind as they follow me around the store and told me maybe I stole something before somewhere else ? Wow but the manager was so nice to me and thank god this euro lady isn't here today blocking me from touching the purses and shopping
google avatar

Yelp
Be aware! Saks Fifth Avenue sells fake Moncler Jacket. When your order comes from TN warehouse, make sure you get authentic goods. Long story short. Four pieces of the same style and color appear in four different ways,is it funny? Guess what, if you dare to return all these shiiiii....t,they will call the police and claim you are the one who is trying to take advantage of returning fake stuff. They will never admit to selling fakes. My understanding, they gonna keeping selling fakes and cheat! The staffs and AP (security) are rude at this store. Don't shop at such garbage store!

Tammy L.

Yelp
They deserve negative stars. Honestly, this department store needs to just go out of business already. Only shopping here to use my credit from a AMEX card. Placed an online order, was supposed to be ready later today. My order consists of one single item which shows in stock in store. Waited over 4 hours after store opening, nothing. No email. Tried calling the number on the order email, tried calling customer services, chatting with customer service and every single time I somehow ended up being disconnected. At this point I am done. Will be going in and you know I won't be very pleasant when I'm there.... Just beyond frustrating. Even MCdonald has better service... Worst ever. Stick to Nordstrom. Why drop your money there just to get frustrated...

Yelp
Long queue to return things on Tues 1:30 pm. Only one person. Managed didn't try to shift other staff over
google avatar

Minoo M.

Yelp
I love this store. I've been shopping there for close to 20 years! I have pretty much shopped in most departments there. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I work mainly with Mary downstairs who is a fantastic SA and I respect and trust her opinion when I try something on! I also love the shoe department there. Return policy is 30 days like most dept stores. Online orders are returned at the saks.com desk on the second level. I just wished they carried more brands at the store more like Saks.com.
google avatar

Brit M.

Yelp
Don't shop here for cosmetics. Some of the associates working counters like chanel are wonderful but Betty, the cosmetics manager is truly terrible to deal with - rude, condescending and displays discriminatory behavior. Absolutely vile.
google avatar

Nathan P.

Yelp
Came here 06/25/2022. Needed to use my Amex credit so I swung by the end of June. I was shopping at the fragrance section for a new cologne and picked up a Montblanc Explorer and Clive Christian 1872. The two ladies who were helping me were perky and made great conversation, I had a fun time!

Gloria L.

Yelp
Saks won't last much longer if they don't become more customer friendly. Other department stores offer free online shipping and returns, while Saks has $9.99 fee each way. I came in person to return and can tell their clientele are much older. The employees did not seem friendly, with the jewelry employee helping me with a return had no greeting, thank you, or any other acknowledgement. Just left my final receipt on the table and said that's yours. With only 2 stores remaining in SoCal, I don't see how they'll survive much longer without making some changes. They must've missed where younger working women make luxury purchases too these days and not just older housewives.

P S.

Yelp
I used to love Saks and was their loyal customer for years when I had my sale lady to help me. In the past few years, she was retired, and I had to order online then I noticed their service is getting worse. I got burned so many times. 2 Years ago, ordered more than $500 to get their promotion GC - Never received the GC. Last year, ordered my skin care and they sent a wrong product. On the phone with them back and forth for weeks and I finally gave up and could not return the item. This year, I tried another attempt, the promotion item that they advertise end up not there and when I bought enough to get my $200 GC, they cancelled the items so now I only got $100 GC instead. I would definitely spend my money elsewhere and not with Sak from now on.
google avatar

Yelp
Beware! Terrible customer service and returned policy. Bought chocolate item online. They shipped wrong item. I called to inform them. Was put on hold for 1 hr. After 1 hr they say they will contact me via email. Got an email after 2 weeks saying they won't refund me . Can you believed it . They sent me a wrong item that's worth $30 and the right item was $100 and they won't even give me my item nor refund me the purchased . Called American Express and they handled it within 2 mins !

Yelp
I walked right in, parking was convenient, and I spotted designer shoes on sale rack right next to the door and cash register followed up by an amazing retail associate who helped me! I could not pass the deal by to buy off white & I seen Versace at a discount. I applied for a credit card too but they needed more info so I went ahead and bought anyway. I also browsed and seen what else I wanted to buy. Nice store really nice staff.

Luis P.

Yelp
Great customer service thank you Pearla your da best. Helped me find the best selection in clothes.
google avatar

Justin C.

Yelp
Alita, at the jewelery section, was a delight. She was informative and boundless in her helpfulness, despite me openly stating we were just there for fact finding and to putz around. We appreciate all the insight she provided from her years in the business.

Julie S.

Yelp
The customer service is absolutely terrible. The woman with the sleeve tattoos downstairs in the clothing section has absolutely no manners. I've noticed a decline in recent years. Taking my business elsewhere.
google avatar

Carmen L.

Yelp
I don't even know how this location can keep up with other department stores at the same mall. They don't have a lot of selections of brands and their hours are awkward when the mall opened at 11, but they are the only one opened at noon.

Micaela C.

Yelp
I frequent this location and today was the first time I was uncomfortable. I approached Dianne in the women's department and shared that I'd like to complete an exchange with two pants I was holding. We exchanged unpleasantries to where I even asked if someone else was available to help. No one was, so we were stuck with each other. I will continue going to Saks, as I love the store and have been given great service all the times before. But I no longer wish to visit the women's department in an effort to avoid this lady.

Angie K.

Yelp
Never a good selection. Some employees are nice, but it's an awful store with how you are usually ignored by sales assocoates. Standing in line for online returns takes an hour with 4 people in line. I'm not kidding, on a weeknight this happens. Saks has terrible online return policies. Why can't I return my merchandise at any register?? Now I don't want to shop at Saks online either.
google avatar

Elisa G.

Yelp
This is a beautiful store in the South Coast Plaza. It's an anchor store and they have gorgeous decor for the holidays. I parked nearby and walked through the 1st and 2nd floor looking for the mall entrance. While I was there, I was checking out the designer clothes and the fragrances. It's very high end and upscale!

Mia M.

Yelp
They are very unprofessional and their employees are super snooty and stuck up!!!!!! they stand around and when you ask them anything, it's like you're asking them to work. Oh, please forgive me.
google avatar

Judy a.

Yelp
This review is strictly for Christopher in handbags. What an awesome awesome employee. Your customer service is second to none. Thank you for the laughs Thank you for the water And thank you for making sure I received my YSL bag. You are truly amazing.

Jessica S.

Yelp
I had to make a return today and it was the worst experience I've had in a very long time. I was very upset with the service provided by the beauty counter "manager" who was rude as heck as soon as she opened her mouth. - almost talking down to me like I wasn't worthy of her time. When I asked for her manager, she said there was no one else. But then she walked away and returns with a whole other woman that I guess she birthed or pooped out magically in the few minutes she was gone. That second woman addressed me concern and made it sound like she was doing me the biggest solid in the world taking a return - which I had a receipt for and that was within the return window. If you don't look the part of a Saks customer, be prepared to be treated like trash by employees. The irony is they work at a freaking department store and probably can't even afford to shop there themselves. I wonder if it's more of a projection than judgement on their end.
google avatar

Sm M.

Yelp
This place is for those with money and the workers will treat your accordingly. I was wearing a t-shirt and shorts and got a lot of side eyes from employees. I asked one where the restroom was and she looked at me like she didn't understand why I was in the store.
google avatar

Kimberley K.

Yelp
You'd think that if you go to a glitzy, glamorous location like South Coast Plaza, maybe just maybe inventory will be different than other locations and maybe even better. I'm talking about the selection of products/merchandise for sale at Saks. This review is NOT about the employees, the staff, the service, the type of people who shop here no. This review is about Corporate... what brands they have decided to carry and which ones to shun. Ultimately, the decision to stock the shelves with certain merchandise comes from a place that is much higher in the food chain than the store itself. However, sometimes location can influence the type(s) of products they sell. Either for good or for bad, they SAY they try to follow the market trends... but they are VERY obviously NOT listening to the market or the customer. I'm having a real "field day", a tumultuous, shopping experience with Saks. Trying to shop for underwear is a disaster. You can shop for these delicate "underthings" in store or online. I do both. This is nothing new as well. Years ago I gave up on Saks, Nordstroms, Macys, Bergdorf, etc... ALL of the department stores I gave up on regarding finding underwear. Here is why. Hanky Panky - it destroys itself as soon as you put it through the wash Simone Perele - MAY look sexy on you IF you choose one of the cuts that are of a non-granny design Calvin Klein - touted as sexxxy and kool, but their quality has gone downhill quite a bit in the last 5 years Kiki de Montparnesse - is underwear for the Mistresses of the World, certainly not for the Wives. (sad) Wacoal - is for older ladies or ladies who are being forced to buy "granny underwear" by the salespeople. Chantelle - is a high quality brand with older lady styling Stella McCartney - is for women who have an ALMOST (!) model-like body who aren't models. La Perla - once again for the Mistresses of the World Hanro - for women who have to "keep it all together" ( which is most of us) Fleur du Mal - for South of France wannabe's and hipsters Natori - for mother's with children Spanx - for ALL OF US Versace - for "Euro Trash" $145.00 pair !?! Gilda & Pearl - for wives AND mistresses On Gossamer - quality semi-sexxxy underwear at semi-affordable prices Falke - for the classy european Cosabella - underwear and undergarments for the jettsetting hipsters traveling with daddy's/mommy's money... (also destroys itself quickly in the wash) All of these notes on the brands that are making underwear and are being carried...by Saks, Norstrom, etc.... this problem of not finding any underwear that actually works... is a problem in ALL department stores. The off - fifth, off this, off that, outlet ....even worse! WHY can't these stores and brands make super sexy underwear for women who don't want granny underwear... this applies to women from 12 - 75. What about checking out what YOOX sells for women.... and mostly men. I do not work for or have ANY association with YOOX. They don't pay me. I write the truth. The men, on YOOX, have the sexiest best underwear for sale. The brands are Moschino, Dsquared, Dsquared2, Ermenegildo Zegna, etc.... Just about ALL of the Men's underwear are sexy and cool and most of the women's makes you look 100 years old. I just don't understand. :-((( Somebody, From Saks Management, and other departments stores too... PLEASE READ THIS.... and take this into consideration the next time you place a large order for GRANNY PANTS.

Yelp
Expeeeeeensive but nice, very nice but very expensive ! I can buy several items at other stores and can't buy one at sax due to cost.

Jason P.

Yelp
On New Year's Eve the sign on the door said holiday hours were 11am-5pm. Doors were locked at 1130 but employees were seen inside. One came to the door. Said she was a manager of some department (hard to hear through the glass and in the rain) and said they opened at 12. She seemed confused by the sign painted (meaning designed, approved, and installed) on the door saying they opened at 11. She said she didn't have the store manager's info for customers to contact regarding the store's customer service failure. This store has operational problems and I don't recommend shopping there. You'll have to guess their hours since the door signs aren't accurate. You'll have to figure out who's in charge since even on duty managers don't seem to know or don't want to share. Hard to believe that by New Year's Eve not a single employee noticed the error (despite the dozens on duty inside as seen through the locked doors) before then and arranged for a correction. It's obviously poorly managed.

Anne H.

Yelp
Most selections from shoes, gowns, jewelry to contemporary wear are outdated and overpriced. Service was mediocre. A lot of times you see stained, torn or smelly clothes and expensive gowns on the racks for sale. There's no business even on weekends. Most people buy and return.

Yelp
If i could put zero stars i would. I made an order on December 7th for a pair of prada boots. On december 10th i woke up with an email stating the shoes have been refunded. after speaking with 2 different employees they both told me the shoes were not in stock and they had to issue a refund. Saks then decided to keep my card information and charge me on the 15th without my approval for the boots. i spent 4 hours on hold trying to get everything resolved and nothing was resolved. I decided to keep the boots and now we wake up on christmas to the boots ripped up in complete horrible condition. i will definitely be getting my attorney involved after this. first you guys unlawfully charge my card and than send me these?!?!

Yelp
A store manager from Saks ended up reaching out to me approximately 1 week after I published this email and sent in a compliant via a Saks survey. She was less interested in hearing my side of the story, and more interested in defending the alterations cost and behavior of her staff. I tried to explain to her this wasn't about the money - this was about how I was treated by her staff. Threatening to call security on paying customers? Trying to take my paid for wedding dress out of my hands? Doing the alterations on a wrinkly dress? Whatever. To "make it up to me", the manager sent me a box of random samples and merch like 6 weeks after we had this discussion. There were two smushed and non-branded make-up bags, weird perfumes samples/merch, and a strange candle with a non-sellable sticker on it haha! Nothing was worth keeping, it was clearly merch that was stamped "Do Not Sell" and was going to sold to TJMaxx or some similar store lol. Needless to say - this doesn't really inspire me to come back to Saks. But thanks for shipping me a box of trash.

Yelp
The absolute worst return experience. Had to go to 3 different registers before someone was willing to do the transaction. Then sales person bullied me because I didn't like how this particular designers's clothing fit. Never ever shopping at Saks again. Especially this location as I travel extensively and have never encountered such rude abd arrogant employees.

Yelp
Onc Oct 1, 2023, I bought a pair of Prada sneaker from Saks Fifth Avenue Costa Mesa store. AT the time, the shoe was on sale and only had size 9.5% which is close to my normal size of 8.5 to 9. it was kind of big at the time. I asked the salesman if I could buy them, try it out at home using thicker socks. He told me yes as long as within 30 days. I did try it out in my carpeted bedroom, walk no more than 10 steps, still feel big. On Oct 9, 2023, I went back to the store to return. But the shoe store manager Michelle Mckay rejected my return stating that it was being worn. I told her I never wear them outside my house except few steps on my carpet bedroom and the salesman had ensured me they could be returned within 30 days. I asked to speak to her supervisor. He said she is the one. It should not been sold it to me if it is not up to Saks Fifth Ave standard. Nobody told me the shoe was final sales unreturnable. Trusting Saks Fifth avenue reputation, I never pay attention to the shoe bottom except making sure the price tag was there for a possible return. I never wear the shoes and I have the original receipt. I am requesting a return of the shoe that I bought and cannot be wear and never wear! You will never expect a high end store like Saks Fifth Avenue will treat their customers like this. It will never happen in Bloomingdale, Nordstrom or Macy!

Yelp
I have always enjoyed wandering through the departments, thumbing through the racks and shelves finding myself collecting treasures. Catching up with staff that I had once known better. Lol another life time ago, back when income and health weren't a dramatic concern. Great place to hunt for treasures and gifts.

Yelp
Very bad customer service. 0 starts I order something and I receive a wrong item and now they do not want to do my refund. Do not order or bus something here they take for ever for a refund and never answer the phone when I try to call the store they never respond. So try to avoid to buy here they have a very bad attitude and do not want to give you your money back.
