will never shop at that store again. A week ago, I went looking for a purse. They didn’t have the one I wanted, so I picked a smaller one. I didn’t use it, so I went to return it a few days later. When I went to return it, I had all the receipts, all the tags, and I approached a young lady and showed her everything, telling her I wanted to exchange it for a bigger one. She told me it had to be done in the downstairs department.
When I went to the first-floor department, I went to the same place where I bought the purse and showed one of the employees the purse I had, saying I wanted to exchange it for a bigger one. The lady told me they didn’t have it, and she took my bag, saw I had the receipt, and said, “If you want, I can show you more options.” I said, “Yes, that’s fine, show me more options.” She showed me several options. I told her I didn’t like any of them.
Then the lady, with a very bad attitude, said, “So you’re going to return it?” And I said, “Yes.” I was looking at other purses, and it seems that the lady took my receipt. When I went to return the purse to her, she asked me again with a very bad attitude if I had the receipt. I told her, “Yes, it’s inside the bag.” When she checked, the receipt was no longer in the bag.
She rudely told me she couldn’t process the return because the receipt wasn’t there. I told her the receipt was there because I had shown it to her coworker. I looked for the other coworker and called the manager. The coworker confirmed that I had shown her the receipt, that I did have it, and that she had placed it in the bag.
The girl tried to help me, she was very kind, and looked it up through my credit card, and thanks to her, I was able to get my money back. The other lady, the one who had attended to me earlier, had taken the receipt from the bag and didn’t want to let me return the product. Thank you so much Khadijah for helping me
