The worth-money hotel is located in a great spot and filled with the staff's warm hospitality. This old-fashioned hotel is in a good location, walkable to the walking street. The hotel is quite old but still nice. The room is quite nice, too. Many reviews mentioned there’s no hair dryer, but it was available in my room type. The walls are too thin, and you can hear noise from other rooms, as mentioned in reviews. The bathroom is small but okay. Sometimes, the make-up room service forgets to refill toilet paper or leaves hair on the bed and floor. The swimming pool is clean, and the gym is also clean but small and not well-ventilated. Breakfast isn’t a buffet; you can choose one menu out of three, served with fruits. However, beverages like coffee, orange juice, and water are refillable. The staff service at the lobby is very nice and friendly, and the breakfast station staff are also very kind. The staff are friendly and know details about each customer, providing a level of service that can be called "omotenashi" in the Japanese style. There are many things the room lacks, so please prepare shower gel, comb, toothbrush and toothpaste, and a hair towel. Also, the shampoo provided is too small, so it’s better to bring your own.

Terrific location. Staff attentive and helpful. Room very nice large with lots of infrastructure to spread out and stay organized. My only complaint is fitness room was not air con so unusable in hot season, but most similarly priced hotels in the area are the same. It led me to go to outside gym which was great, social and good equipment at Miss Fitness. All in all, I’d stay there again on my next trip.

Clean big room. All the basic necessities. AC which works fine. Very calm location, but still close to the action. Breakfast was quite basic, but served with a smile and was enough for my appetite. And I appreciate that the breakfast was made to order. Less leftover and waste than buffet - nice! Small clean pool and a gym which I haven't yet tried. So far so good.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was huge and lovely. Though ignore the review that says they all have a balcony- not true! Bathrooms are a bit basic, outdated and had a bit of mould but it wasn’t that much of a bother. My partner has a bad back and asked for a second pillow and reception charge for this- it’s not expensive but the principle and lack of hospitality here was a bit frustrating. The security guard and the gentleman who does breakfast were both the loveliest people, made our day every day seeing them both! Walls are quite thin throughout the hotel and so we were often woken up around 7 am to lots of noise. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street so no street noise but it’s also not the best location if it’s your first time in Chiang Mai, we ended up getting red buses everywhere (very cheap so not a huge issue). Id recommend going further east of the old city.

Nice hotel, clean and well maintained. But the service is bad. The breakfast menu non-existent, lunch even worse and of very poor quality. It is not possible to buy even a bottle of water after 3 pm. Alcohol cannot be purchased or consumed inside the hotel.

The hotel location was fairly and not well recommended. You would have a better option nearby nimman area rather than this hotel where you have to walk 5 to 10 minutes arriving one nimman and Maya mall. ||||Besides, the hotel does not provide neither water refilling station nor bottled mineral water for guests. ||||Thirdly, the morning breakfast was acceptable for simple selection. ||||Lastly, the room was ok. No any comments. WIFI in room was strong connection. Air con well functioning.

Great hotel. I liked everything about it. Also, the staff helps you arrange the tours like going to Elephant Jungle Sanctuary or Doi Inthanon National Park. I highly recommend it.
