I’m not a sushi person. One of my closest friends turned me on this place a couple months ago.. I ordered The Panther meal with Shrimp broccoli fried rice, and carrots. That was the best sushi meal I’ve ever eaten.. everything I go there I get the same meal.. The atmosphere is very laid back & the waitress are very nice looking and polite😂. If you are in the area please stop by you won’t be disappointed, if it turns out you don’t like your meal the next meal will be on me..😂

Place is decent. Has seating enough for big party. Wish the greeter was more welcoming. Food was delicious. Order dragon roll, ava and Victor and another roll. Servers didn't really come check for refills of drinks. Toilet was clean. Atmosphere was comfortable and peaceful.

The food is awesome here and always fresh. Best Japanese take out imo. But here lately there's been communication issues when I order... TRY to order actually. Twice now I have ordered the chicken no mushroom add peppers and onions. Tonight I tried to order the same thing and added chicken. For pick up like always! ... Well! 2 people later I had to settle for onions and zucchini! Which was fine I like that also. But dear Lord, she honesty didn't believe that they had actually done that for me already! 🤯 Like, I'm not going to make it up because I have no reason to. For sake of argument (because she was definitely using the wrong tone with me. The consumer) I just said okay. Fine. I didn't need to hear how impossible it would've been for them to honor a SIMPLE VEGETABLE SWAP WITH MY MEAT ENTREE so therefore it couldn't have possibly been done before .... I know it's Friday night and you guys are slammed, but that's No excuse for the assertive condescending tone that Young lady used with me!!! I won't call this place again.

Great sushi stop in Hickory! The staff are always welcoming and friendly, and their culinary presentation never lacks. If you're a spicy mayo lover, theirs packs a kick as they make it with their chili oil. All in all a wonderful sushi stop and family friendly environment.

Probably the best sushi in Hickory! Our hands down favorite is the Billy. My daughter got a hibachi entree too and the shrimp tasted very fresh. We'll back soon!

Use to love this place until I order a sushi platter got a raw salmon roll and they want to argue it not raw and I can’t eat it due to being pregnant. Instead of fixing it they had me send picture and argued with me not even a sorry or anything.Plus it says the sushi platter comes with a salad didn’t get that. It’s really sad to see this business go down hill. Plus I found a black curly hair in my low carb chicken plate.

Always good food. Regular menu plus small sushi bar. Prices are comparable to similar establishments. It is located in a plaza, so parking is good. Also has a drive up window for call-in pick up.
