Sal8 delivered one of the best meals of our entire trip. The cacao tagliatelle was, without exaggeration, the most delicious pasta I’ve ever eaten—perfectly balanced, earthy yet subtly sweet, and completely unforgettable. Truly next-level.
We also had the sea bass with mashed potatoes, and both were bursting with flavor—fresh, delicate fish paired with incredibly rich and comforting potatoes done just right. The meal started with excellent Sicilian bread and olive oil, followed by thoughtfully paired wines that complemented each dish beautifully.
We finished with a delectable tiramisu, the perfect ending to an already flawless meal.
Beyond the food, the service was warm, friendly, and welcoming, making the entire experience feel special from start to finish. Sal8 is an absolute must-do in Agrigento—creative, soulful cooking done exceptionally well. 🍷🍝✨
