During our 10-day stay in Sicily, Sal8 Ristorante left the brightest impression on us. The service was outstanding—professional, friendly, and attentive. The food was simply exceptional, with incredible flavors, high-quality ingredients, and a fantastic variety of dishes to choose from. What made it even better were the prices—surprisingly reasonable for a restaurant of such a high standard. Compared to similar places, Sal8 offers exceptional value for money without compromising on quality. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. It was, without a doubt, the best dining experience we had in Sicily. If you’re visiting, don’t miss the chance to enjoy a meal here. It’s an absolute must!

One of the best fine dining I’ve ever had! All the menus we ordered for appetizers, main, and desserts were fantastic 😍 And the service and ambiance were high up there. At this reasonable pricing, can't think of any better place I would recommend 🥇

Excellent restaurant, you get a very good gastronomic experience without going bankrupt. Prices are relatively good and food is excellent in every way. The service is friendly and polite, and they also give you a very good complementary glass of prosecco when you arrive. We returned for a second dinner without any regrets.

Such a cute little restaurant in the downtown. The best seating is outdoor, in my opinion. The food was excellent, flavor and presentation. Don’t miss the tiramisu. It was delicious. The service was amazing too. 100% recommended

Great prices for what you experience. We tried Caponata as starter, tasty and nice deco. For main: ravioli and the Linguini with shrimp. I had better Ravioli before but the Linguini was perfect! A must try. Tiramisu was ok. They have nice wine options too. Overall recommended!

OHHH MY What can I say, well I've been in Sicily for 10 days arrived at Catania stopping over in each location Messina via Taormina to Cefalu to Palermo to Trapani to Agrigento This place is the Best!! The food is exceptional!!!! Sal8 impresses with its modern and high-quality interior. The color combinations are a delightful mix that unites history and modernity. The premises are exceptionally clean, and care is taken to maintain this condition. Pleasant background music creates a relaxed atmosphere without disturbing conversations. Guests quickly feel comfortable and valued. The service at Sal8 was very good. All waiters were extremely friendly and courteous. Orders were taken and served promptly without appearing rushed. The presentation of the dishes was tasteful and modernly interpreted. The quality of the ingredients was very good, reflected in the excellent taste of the dishes. We enjoyed an appetizer, a first and second course with side dishes, and a dessert. The meal began with a sparkling wine aperitif as a house courtesy. We enjoyed a wine with the meal and were pleasantly surprised with a digestif at the end. The price-performance ratio was reasonable. The prices reflected the high quality of the food and the excellent service. Sal8 is a very good restaurant with attentive staff and excellent cuisine. We would definitely recommend Sal8.

I made reservations for my husband and I to eat here months in advance, since I knew when we'd be traveling in Sicily and visiting Agrigento. One of our tour guides saw Sal8 bookmarked on my Google map when he was making other recommendations for us and he said "oh, that's a good place!" I would say our meals were overall decent. My appetizer was phenomenal, and the best part of the meal for me. (It was some sort of grilled vegetable dish). My ravioli were a bit bland... was not tasting any of the sage or brown butter coming through. The service and ambiance were lovely, and we were not disappointed that we made a visit.

Toured three cities over the course of a week ending our trip in Agrigento. Sal8 was easily the best meal we had in Sicily. The seasonal dishes and specials for the almond blossom season were incredible, including an almond crusted tuna and a shrimp pasta dish. The service was fantastic as well, treating us to Prosecco and some homemade Lemoncello to finish. The restaurant itself was nestled right off the main strip, and had a great ambiance and art.

This is a great restaurant. My wife and I had a reservation and were seated promptly in a beautiful room upstairs. We were presented with glasses of sparkling wine while reviewing the menus. Our servers were all very skilled. The food was delicious and presented in a beautiful way.

This was one of the best restaurants I have ever visited in Agrigento. Everything we ordered was delicious and fresh. The staff were attentive and very friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I cannot wait to be back!

I was utterly stunned by how divine everything tasted at Sal8. Every single thing I put in my mouth was delicious. It is an extremely vegetarian (and vegan) friendly restaurant with a whole section of veggie dishes on the menu. The service was impeccable, and the decor was lovely and comfortable (although very aqua in colour and on the slightly quirky side). I heartily recommend Sal8!

This is an amazing restaurant in old town Agrigento. I enjoyed both a lunch service and a dinner service during my stay in Sicily. Highly recommended!! The fish dishes were amazing and the pasta is divine. Try the rustic Caponata you won't regret it.
