After spending 2 nights, having breakfast and even a lunch, I definitely recommend Salami Bai Hotel. Rooms are really comfortable with a beautiful style. Food and service as well are fantastic ... I had the best luk lak in Siem Reap here. Most of all - to see the students studying and working around here is very inspiring. You should at least have stop over for a meal and contribute to this beautiful and serious project helping young Cambodians in need.

What an amazing place! The food was absolutely delicious - easily 5* star hotel quality. Extremely good value ($14.50 for a main and dessert). The staff were super attentive and only happy to help! What an amazing charity also - one set menu meal helps train one of the disadvantaged student for one day! They train 150 impoverished students every year from all over Cambodia and ensure they get a job in a sector of their choosing - front of house, beauty therapy, chef, housekeeping and the restaurant! They were lovely and like to practice their English with customers. Couldn’t fault the experience - a MUST go in Siem Reap, to support this wonderful cause and enjoy the delicious food!

A truly special stay in Siem Reap. Sala Baï isn't just a hotel; it’s an inspiring program that trains underprivileged youth for the hospitality industry. The students are incredibly professional, polite, and eager to help—you can feel their dedication in every interaction. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and spotless. We also had a fantastic meal at the restaurant; the food quality easily rivals top-tier hotels. It’s located in a peaceful area, just a short tuk-tuk ride from the center. Highly recommend supporting this amazing cause while enjoying 5-star service

We recommend staying in Sala Bai. We were welcomed by friendly and very professional students. All the services offered excellent value for money. The hotel is quiet and the city center is very close.

What an amazing place. A friend and I had lunch at Sala Bai today October 29th and what an amazing experience. The food was fabulous, the service outstanding, the staff warm, engaging and attentive. I was particularly taken by the concept of training students, providing them a career path into long term meaningful jobs and occupations. A real win, win situation. It was such a treat to dine here, and I would highly recommend it to everyone. Well done Sala Bai and thank you.

We stayed in a comfortable room for three nights. The bathroom features an excellent design, and the staff diligently tidied and cleaned the room throughout our stay.

We had lunch today at Sala Bai Restaurant as part of the Studiosus travel group - it was a great experience and the food was delicious.

Only restaurant! What can I say? I like it and go back whenever I can and pass through Siem Reap. Always a smiling welcome, always quality food and beautifully presented. Affordable price. What more could you ask for?
