My lunch experience at Sala Baï Hotel & Restaurant School during the second week of April 2025 was truly outstanding! The service was absolutely awesome, delivered with genuine smiles and an eagerness to please. The food itself was truly excellent. They offer a diverse menu, whether you choose a set menu or à la carte, featuring dishes from various countries. What truly impressed me was how they absolutely nailed every single dish – each one was delicious, tasting just like a home-cooked meal. This level of culinary execution, especially in a training environment, is incredibly impressive. After lunch, we were graciously given a tour of the entire school. I was thoroughly impressed by the high quality of the service, the food, and the well-maintained facilities. It's truly inspiring to see the dedication and professionalism fostered here. I wholeheartedly recommend Sala Baï to anyone visiting Siem Reap. You will not be disappointed by the superb dining experience, and beyond that, it's a truly smart and impactful way to support Cambodian youth in escaping poverty and gaining high-level skills in the hospitality industry. Dining here is not just a treat for your taste buds, but also a meaningful contribution to a brighter future for these aspiring professionals.

On behalf of REACH Siem Reap, I recently had the pleasure of joining the lunch at Sala Baï, and it was a truly memorable experience. The food was delicious and perfectly suited to my tastes, thanks to the kind and knowledgeable guidance of the trainee students. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made the whole experience even more special.

Amazing training school where low income students receive hospitality education in an area of their choosing for free. I went to the restaurant for lunch and had a delicious chicken cordon bleu and raspberry souffle, and the students waiting on me did so well. I received a tour of the school from one of the communications staff after my meal and she answered all my questions. One of my favorite experiences in Cambodia, and I will be recommending it to others!! EDIT: I went back for a massage and it was incredible! So impressed with the professionalism of all the students.

The atmosphere at Sala Bai is calm, welcoming, and full of positive energy—perfect for enjoying a delicious meal. I highly recommend others to visit and support this incredible place. Not only is the food great, but the experience as a whole is something special. Don’t miss it!

My wife and I found Sala Bai online and we are so happy we did. We both had the set lunch menu that was very good and great value. The experience was great and we even got offered a tour of the campus after lunch to see all the good work they are doing. I would definitely recommend a visit while in Siem Reap!

Returning to Sala Bai again with a group was, as always, wonderful. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch and the service we received from the students was excellent. My group could easily see why I love returning here every year - for the food, service and also to support the excellent job Salabai does in supporting disadvantaged young people by teaching them skills which will ensure they can have a successful future. Thankyou, as always for hosting us and catering to our requests.

We had lunch here today. We took the set lunch which was delicious. Both Sok Lina and Chamroeun Sreyieng took care of us for the service. They were very professional with attention to details. And not missing a friendly touch.

Don't hesitate to stay at Sala Bai. The place is nice, clean, and comfortable. Plus breakfast is great. All staff are keen to serve. They are friendly and love what they do. We had a great time here!
