Wow!! Again, Wow!! This salad spot is incredible! I do love a good salad, but this place makes high quality, incredibly delicious original salads. Yes you’ve had harvest salads and Cobb salads but I promise you haven’t had one like this. I ordered the harvest salad and added grilled black and chicken. This arugula salad comes with sweet potato, chickpeas, red onion, almonds, cranberries, and a delicious apple cider vinaigrette. Did I say incredible? Could take a picture first, had to dive into it because it looks so scrumptious and I was starving. My friend ordered the Apple Wally salad with blue cheese . He loves the salad. First time ordering here, definitely not the last.

I ordered a salad today and found a piece of a straw wrapper at the bottom. That’s extremely unsanitary and disgusting. Very disappointing, and I won’t be returning. Be careful eating here.

I've been a huge fan of The Salad House since it opened. I've tried just about everything on the menu, but my favorites are the grain bowls, anything with the crispy tofu, and create your own salads or wraps. The chicken pastina soup is also amazing! The app is very easy to use and user friendly. I like being able to customize a dish and add or remove any ingredients. Everything always tastes fresh and delicious. And the people working there are so kind and friendly.

I came in around 12pm to pick up an order first time ever there the short girl black hair literally threw the bag at me with an attitude for for absolutely no reason, will be contacting the owner, she needs to be fired for her conduct. I was ignored when I arrived by the Spanish woman who probably cant speak English, smfh! as well. Smfh! Wow! Im sure the business has cameras to review it! As a former business owner myself I would never allow an employee to abuse a customer.

My sister ordered from you on Sunday it was my first time. When I tell you I'm now in love with this place!! 😍 I have to try all the salad opinions now. I paired it up with some fried Snapper and lobster tails and it just completely blew me away. I am a new customer.

I love this location of Salad House! There is a great variety of ingredients that are also so fresh. The ability to customize anything is truly great. It may be a bit pricier than other places, but for what you get, I think it is worth it.

Horrible place to get a salad. They uncharge you by so much and give you nothing for it. I received 2 Brussel sprouts in my salad for an upcharge of $2. I received a tiny portion of chicken that was an upcharge for $5. The toss ins you get are such as small amount as well that it is you "salad" is just a bowl of lettuce. Very disappointing for how much you pay you get nothing.

This place is fresh and fly, the servers we all on the same page and clicking with one another. They constantly communicated and knew their regulars. The service was great and the food was exceptional. The fry trio was overwhelmingly delicious and a delightful surprise, my wife and are were well taken cared of. Thanks guys!!!

Only pain was ordering through the website. We were a large group and if you backed up to make a change, order disappeared. Three times for us. That being said, the salads and wraps were great. I had chicken Cobb wrap, good. One had make her own salad, she loved. One had hot soup in 73 degree June afternoon, and loved. Another salad and another chicken Caesar wrap. A good late afternoon lunch.

ADDING COMMENT: I had no problem paying for extra dressing if i want it. Women always has an attitude when i come in. That is really why i went and made the review. I've made good review about this location already on Google. Got to do better..

I've been going to Salad House in Westfield for years - it's a casual place perfect for a quick and tasty meal. I've only ever ordered the fiesta chx salad - it's good and sometimes I like to stick with what I know. The ingredients are relatively fresh - I think sometimes the lettuce is a little soggy - but it's always filling and satisfying. The food is honestly good enough to keep me coming back, plus it's convenient and perfectly placed in the downtown. Not only that, but the price and portion ratio is fairly reasonable. It's definitely not the best I've had, but like I said, it's good enough. I rarely eat in Salad House - it's a clean environment, but would prefer to take my food home. In the summer, I really love eating my lunch outside at their tables on Quimby St, which is always so lovely! Takeout and delivery are also very easy to navigate! Things to keep in mind: - I always like to have a lot of dressing on my salad, so make sure to ask for extra if you feel the same way! - Parking in Westfield can be tricky - you may not get a spot right outside the storefront.

Love the teriyaki cauliflower bites! Salads are good too. And their website is so easy.

My favorite chain for salad! The fiesta chicken salad is so fresh and tasty and has a little spicy kick to it.

The salads are okay and reasonably priced. I do really enjoy the Reel Love salad, but every other salad I've had has been a little lackluster, and Salad House is not very generous with the protein. I've also had old tasting, wilted, soggy leaves in my salad, which, for a salad place, should not be happening. I usually find myself wishing I had more dressing. The menu is pretty small for a place that just has salads. I feel like there should be more options and more inventive salads if salads are supposed to be their specialty. There really aren't a ton of alternatives in the area, which is probably why I keep coming back, but I'm probably better off getting my salad from a local diner or pizzeria.

Salad was pricey for sure but I'm willing to pay a premium for healthy option in a sea of fast foods. I ordered to go and salad was fresh made to order with adjustments as requested. Several kiosks if you can't do humans but the team was friendly so imagine the in person order to also be a breeze. On brand styling with lots of green upbeat decor. All in all I recommend it and the options are near endless if so compelled but their crafted bowls/ salads/ wrap are very creative to satisfy a range of tastes/ moods.

This place surprised me. I was not sure what to expect upon walking in, but I left very satisfied and happy. The salad options are great and they are fresh. I'm usually picky about avocados but these were delicious and they paid attention to my special requests.

I love this place and I eat here once a week. The Crunch Thai'm wrap is my favorite, but everything on the menu is top tier! Service is welcoming which I appreciate

Wow very disappointing. created my own wrap and paid $4 for grilled chicken. This is what they gave me. Total rip off.

BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE CANNOT HAVE GLUTEN. I ordered a gluten free wrap, they gave me a spinach wrap. When I called to get a refund on the wrap, the lady on the phone was only going to take off $5 because the gf wrap is only $2 extra. I told her I could not eat the entire wrap because I am celiac. She proceeded to tell me she was "pretty sure the spinach wrap is gluten free". I told her to please double check because I can get sick from eating it. She then told me it only contained wheat, which I explained was gluten. I'm disappointed in The Salad House, I have never had a bad experience like this, but they should really hire people who understand gluten allergies.

We came here for lunch today and loved it. It gave me CAVA vibes but they had lots of great options for sides/soups as well. We got a Breaded Chicken Quesadilla (this was on whole wheat), Chicken Pastina Soup, and 2 customized salads. I put mixed greens/brown rice, corn, cucumbers, pickled onions, black beans and tomatoes. I also added Pepperjack Cheese, Steak, Green Goddess and Tzatziki. Everything was fantastic! My only complaint was that I don't think it was as healthy as I would've liked it because I passed out after meaning that there was likely a lot of sodium/MSG in their food. Taste wise, I loved!

Great spot for some fresh salads and for quick service. They have a large menu and the service was friendly and prompt. I will definitely stop back in when in the area.

Hey there! Have you ever been to "salad point, green leaf, salad works, salad point, chop shop, chops, green point, green thumb, mixt, mix point, green mix, healthy mix, green mix, etc etc etc"? If you have, you can expect the exact same frozen cubed chicken + greens + $5 per extra ingredient. Don't get me wrong, this place isn't cheap... BUT their meats are insanely tasty (blackened especially) and their everything seems to be fresh, and their sauces all seem to be homemade? I don't understand how, but they've somehow made some of the best tasting dressings I've ever had. This.... Is what a salad restaurant should be. Homemade meats laying on top of fresh roasted and fresh cut ingredients. Is is that complicated? Recebtly I feel like I pay $30 per salad for "double meat" (2 oz each) and a scoop of pre-cut frozen veggies. I have nothing but respect for this place. I hope they don't ever become that terrible type of pay a lot for a little bit of terrible frozen garbage type of place. As of now... they're not, and you can order knowing that your absolutely ordering one of the best salads you've ever had IN YOUR LIFE

Unfortunately not a fan... third time trying and wanting to like it but the lettuce just doesn't seem fresh. I do like their soups though, the chicken Pastina is yummy!

I ordered a salad for delivery. It arrived quickly! (Yes!) it was soggy and not how I ordered it. I ordered kale and romaine and I received mixed greens. It was super soggy. There were also a few stray ingredients that I didn't order (3-4 black olives and some carrots)

Love love love this place!! Wish I could give them 10 stars. Salad is always fresh and delicious - my go to is Create Your Own! I have no issue driving 20 minutes each away for my lunch salad when it taste this good. Today's experience put it over the top. The area must be having some sort or festival and there was absolutely no where to park to grab my salad I had ordered online. After circling the block for the 4th time I called and asked if by chance someone could hand to me from the street. No fuss no issue just pleasantries and a smile when helping me out! My new go to!

I ordered via Door Dash. Thus, this review is from a take out, online order perspective. It was easy to find SH via the healthy order options. I selected a Cobb sale with creamy Italian and a grilled cheese. It was delivered correctly and easily in a brief 30 minutes from hitting send to on the table to eat. The Cobb salad was delicious. I especially enjoyed the amount of chicken and avocado included. The grill cheese was hot upon arrival and ooooey and goooey, in all the right ways. I added tomatoes, since it was an option along with bacon, though did not add that. It tasted delicious too. The salad was $13. I am from California, so that is a bargain to me. Even if I was not, a healthy meal, if you can afford it, is better for me in the long run. The packaging was perfect will plenty of napkins! And includes utensils too. I appreciate that you get a lot of salad dressing so you have the ability to add a bit more, if so desired. I am very pleased with Door Dash and the options that SH provides for lunch. This month, there is no delivery fee so I tipped my lovely driver a little more because why not? So, why not try it too?

Every time I order, I always get a great salad. Delicious and fresh. Definitely one of my go to places in town

This has become a weekly lunch stop for me. Whether a salad, a sandwich or wrap, it never disappoints. The healthy and not so healthy options are endless and you can create your own as well. I'm so sad the one in Somerville closed down, but I find myself driving the 25 minutes just to come eat here, it's that yummy! They have great portion sizes and ordering online, at the kiosk, or with the staff, your bound to make this either a quick stop or a sit down and enjoy kind of spot. These guys do a great job and consistently serve up deliciousness!

Food is okay if you get your order... I've ordered from here four times. Only once did they get the order right. One time they accidentally gave my food to someone else and had to make it from scratch and coincidentally everything was still frozen when I got it and all the portions were much smaller. Don't order unless it's pick up, don't leave the store until you have confirmed they gave you everything you ordered, and if this sounds like too much work then I suggest someplace else to eat, this place is probably very dangerous for people with food allergies or special dietary needs...

I recently got takeout here with my mom and sister, and my mom said after the fact, "I would be happy if I ate here for every meal." She's a picky eater so that's high praise!! This place has the most delicious brussel sprouts I've ever had in my life. I ate 75% of them on the car ride home because I couldn't help myself, and I wasn't even the one who ordered them. (Sorry, sis!) They're so crispy, salty and sweet at the same time, and just drizzled with some sort of amazing tangy sauce. Salad House has a very efficient and effective way of handling the coronavirus right now -- they have all of the to-go meals labeled and lined up on a shelf when you come in so that there's zero direct contact with anyone else. I'd also just like to give a shoutout to their customer service. Jerry, the owner, is so sweet and thoughtful. It's clear that he really cares about the quality of this establishment and its patrons. Will totally be back again soon!

Is always crave a good salad, and Salad House delivers on that. I always grab a couple well-priced soups. Nothing extravagant, but solid and reliable. They are also one of the only places I've been to that does tofu well!

A good modern healthy option in downtown westfield where most of the cheaper options are less healthy like chipotle or inspiration roll. It's quite similar in concept to chopt or sweetgreen with a $10 salad (bit expensive?) but I like the atmosphere and the customizability of it all. I ended up making my own salad at the kiosk but you can also go to the register further down in the store. Also, I like how they give you an actual bowl and metal utensils if you eat in which is great if you're trying to go zero waste but the salad dressing does come in a disposable plastic container. Also there's a bike in the middle of the store for decoration, I thought that was funny

Good salad in heart of Westfield. There are many parking in the area. Place clean and salad was fresh. Overall nice place to get fresh healthy salad. Dressing came by the side. so its up to you to add much or less the amount you want. We got black & blu salad which had steak, steak was nicely made in medium cooked. Very tasty. Other order was cobb salad with chicken. Bacon was little salty, but overall great salad. We will come here again, we really enjoyed it and we felt healthy walking out. Salad was right size. No leftover and not over stuffed. They have good selection also. Servers were okay.

With Panera Bread closing in Westfield, this seems to be the new hot spot for semi healthy options, and Westfield moms with their young children running wild. I ordered take out for my office. I was happy with the service. Everything was on time and all orders were correct. Friendly service at the cashier. Prices were reasonable and in line with other places in town. I don't understand the reviews saying it's overpriced? I think it's a good price for fresh, quality ingredients and the salads looked plentiful. They have an extensive menu including tons of salads, wraps, paninis and other healthy dishes and also a kids meal. My portobello wrap very good, but a little heavy on the dressing. I was given the option of what wrap I wanted, whole wheat, spinach, and another which I forgot. I saw that you can also order online which is very convinent. And they deliver! I will definitely give it another go!

The Salad House Westfield just opened in the venerable old Robert Treat Deli space on Quimby St. There was a lame grilled cheese shoppe previously at this location, but if you blinked, you missed it. The Salad House chain also has restaurants in Millburn and Morristown. The takeout menu includes signature and build-your-own chopped salads, soups, sandwiches, wraps, paninis, flatbreads, and small plates. There is something here for everyone to eat. Beverages are limited to fountain sodas, bottled sodas, bottled sweetened iced teas, and bottled water. I had a small kale & white bean soup (about 6 oz., $3). It was good, but a tiny portion. I also had an apple walnut salad (romaine, chicken, apples, walnuts, craisins, and blue cheese), with balsamic dressing served on the side. The portion was ample, and it tasted very fresh. However, it was so finely chopped that the ingredients were almost unrecognizable. At least I didn't have to put too much effort into chewing. My wife had a Cobb salad, and other than the fresh avocado on top, it looked just like mine. Two salads, one small soup, and a 1/2 liter of bottled water was $28.00. The space is modern and clean. I do like the concept and the menu. I think it will be a good fit in Westfield, and I intend to return to try more of their food.

Referral from a local...shrimp wrap was amazing and the guacamole dip. The falafel were just ok and a bit on dry side. But the wraps are the go to there -fresh ingredients and shrimp was well seasoned. Have picnic tables outside of nice out to eat out there if you don't want to to take to go.

The salads here are tasty but the value has gone down. For takeout, the size of the dressing has gone from what used to be 4 ounces to 2 ounces. Not enough for the size of the salad, which remains the same. They charge extra for more salad dressing.

The tuna salad is always on point, the workers are very polite and attentive I appreciate the business

Great place for salads and wraps. They even have outdoor seating. I had a salad with fresh tuna, it was great! Service is good lots of people in and out so everything is fresh!

I never ever make reviews, but this is insane. I enjoy their food, it's fresh and the quality is great, but when you add protein they always skimp I've noticed. Sometimes it's whatever, but this is the last straw for me. I ordered a grain bowl with salmon and the piece they gave me is paper thin. How can you even serve this? $20. Unbelievable.

I absolutely LOVE this place! It's not far from the gym I go to and their wraps are amazing. The owner (or manager) was so helpful and recommended such a great wrap. I got a whole wheat wrap with turkey, tomato and bacon and it was AMAZING. I definitely recommend and I'll be coming back **second visit and I decided on getting the Buffalo Poppers and I DEFINITELY recommend!** :)

I stopped here for lunch about 2 weeks ago. I ordered off the yelp app before I left work so it would be ready by the time I drove here. I made a custom salad I love that they had the option to add vegan mozzarella cheese! I'm dairy free and it's so uncommon for me to find places that offer dairy free options! I also got the balsamic chicken which was absolutely AMAZING! The portion size was great! I had left overs to eat as a side with dinner. Also my order was ready ahead of time which was also great! I can't wait to stop in again!

I ordered delivery and the salads were ok. I got the Cobb salad and make your own. I always order from Saladworks but I thought I'd give this place a try...Saladworks is much better. The lettuce and veggies were not as fresh and the salad dressing had a weird flavor. The avocado has an odd plastic flavor. There are so many yummy places in Wesfield there's no reason to go here.

Stopped in for the first time as I just started working in the area and I was very pleased! I ordered the Greek salad which has their own twist of pickled red onions and crunchy chick peas. (almost feels like I'm having croutons without the guilt) The quality of the salad itself as well as all the other ingredients were fresh and crisp! I know a few other reviews stated these salads were pricey.. but honestly the portion is HUGE. I didn't find the salad to be expensive even after adding their blackened chicken after tasting it - because you get what you pay for and they weren't skimpy with any of the ingredients. (Even the dressing was in a larger container than salads usually come with) As you can see in my photos even after I mixed everything up the ingredients were so evenly spread throughout. We'll spend so much money on fast foods and things that aren't healthy but question the price of a healthy good quality salad - it should be the other way around! Anyways can't wait to return - if you're in the area give this place a try. Also I pre-ordered on GrubHub and picked it up myself with no issues. My salad was ready for me as soon as I arrived in the quoted time. And since it was my first time ordering from there on grubhub I was given 25% off from the restaurant. :) :) thank youuuu totally will be back!

Sweet heat wrap is awesome and the Greek salad was solid. Service was great too! Been here 3 times, perfect for lunch.

This place is the absolute best! The food is all fresh and you'd think because it's salad it would be like every other place, but it's not. Their ingredients are incredibly fresh and the salads are amazing at really reasonable prices. Make sure you preorder online though since sometimes it can get incredibly busy in the afternoon since people are starting to catch on! Ultimately, I and a few others I work with, order from here almost once every week. Totally worth it.

I order delivery from the Salad House about twice a month and can say that they are consistently great. I am mostly a creature of habit and order the same thing for lunch everyday...except from the Salad House. I rotate between the Cobb, the Mandarin Chicken, Reel Salad and the Black and Blue. And even when you don't feel like eating SUPER healthy i can say the sandwiches are good and decently sized for the price. Truffle fries and the guacamole are also good. See a pattern here? Yes I've tried just about everything on the menu:) lastly, don't forget the rice crispy treats for dessert.

I'm gonna start by saying I am not a big wrap person. Until Salad House I've only had bland wraps that make me wish I had a burger. But these!!! These wraps were so delicious and filling and to top it off I didn't feel sluggish from a load of carbs. My pick was the falafel wrap (so good!!) but I don't think you can go wrong with anything on their menu!

Great staff but our sandwich was a little disappointing. Also falafel bites were not fully baked / cooked. I would the say the bowls were probably the best of the food options.

Salad and choices are delicious. Staff was extremely helpful for me to choose ingredients for my salad and place order. Pricing was very reasonable.

Normally I'm never in a mood for a salad but today was different. I decided to stop in. Well I'm Westfield parking can be a nightmare but today wasn't bad at all. I noticed they had small tables outside but it was a little to humid for that. The place inside was a good size what you expect for a salad place. I ordered the eat Cobb but went with the vinaigrette dressing instead. One word amazing. The dressing was flavorful and they salad had enough ingredients. I dislike salad that was all the topping on top and are mostly lettuce. It was very good and would def recommend it. Now the salad was an 11 dollar salad but it's worth the splurge. I would def come back if I'm ever in the mood for salad again.

Why is it I never get what I want when I order from your store when it needs to be delivered? Please don't give me what you have call me with what you have to hear if I want it or cancel it!!! This is the second time this has happen! Also why did you fill my sandwich with the heart of the Romain lettuce and not the leaves which leads me to believe you had none left! Like WTF! I called to advise and no answer. This is the last time I'm ordering through your store!

First time at The Salad House, it was a really good place to have something small and filling. The good part is that it's healthy and delicious! The staff is very friendly and the place looks very clean and spotless.

Overall no complaints. The mandarin salad was fantastic, pesto chicken sandwich was okay. I am just happy to see the employees wearing their mask as they prepare the food.

Just had my first Salad House experience. Clean and bright and (mostly) friendly service, and was stoked to learn that their vegan mozzarella cheese was Follow Your Heart (though I had to ask three times). I ordered the Greek Out salad, swapping the feta for vegan mozzarella. The crispy chickpeas were melt-in-your-mouth amazing, but I'm hungry an hour later - not what I'd hope for after a $10 salad!
