Salalah Gardens Hotel

Nice hotel located in the shopping center with an amazing staff who made my stay exceptional. Delicious breakfast served. Large swimming pool. Cozy rooms equipped with kitchenette. Comfortable beds. A patio with a variety of cafeterias and restaurants with a traditional atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay here a lot!

Staff went above and beyond to make this a perfect experience. Everyone was very friendly, rooms were very clean and beds super comfortable. Service was very efficient. Great overall experience! On the first night we were on the mall side and it was quite loud and tough to sleep until past midnight, however as soon as we asked the staff changed our room to a quiet one and it was perfect. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and was very delicious!

We stayed 3 nights and received a complimentary upgrade. The hotel room and facilities are of a good standard for a 4 star hotel. Service was friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a relaxing atmosphere with a good range of food of good quality. The pancakes were excellent! The shopping mall connects to the hotel at different locations around the hotel, which was convenient. The gym had a limited range of Technogym equipment. Although getting a little dated, the equipment was well maintained and clean. It would have been better if the dumbbells were heavier as they only went up to 14kg. Still, together with some machines, was sufficient for a workout, if you're creative. A fantastic stay and we are glad to have booked with Gardens Hotel.

Lovely breakfast with a great variety of fresh options.The spread had everything we could ask for: fresh fruits, warm pastries, made-to-order eggs, and aromatic coffee that kept us coming back for more. Best service, excellent hospitality and food. The staff were very polite. It was really nice to be here. In the cafe, Ahmad and Sanjay did very well.The service provided was truly exceptional, exceeding all expectations. The hospitality offered created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was exquisite, a delight to the senses. Every staff member demonstrated remarkable politeness and professionalism. It was a genuinely pleasant experience.

This is probably the first time I write a review without being asked. I just spent 3 nights in this hotel (mid July 2025) and was amazed by the service. Staff everywhere were amazing, from reception to restaurant to cleaning. I wish I could name them all but I remember particularly Amjad at reception. I also want to say that the chef was amazing, I had a buffet lunch on the 13th of July and have never seen these beautiful salads, pieces of art 🤩 Thank you to all for a great stay!
