Breakfast had good choices … Julie had been a good host serving the choice as needed. We are a happy lot of people.. Ahmed and Melbin were a great help for vegetarians like us .. some special dish was prepared on a daily basis. ||Room was pretty good , while we want luxury .. who misses anything in the room while you enjoy the climate and the charm that Salalah has to offer ..

Room service was excellent during my stay. Mariecris and Faisal were always attentive, quick, and friendly. They consistently delivered everything exactly as requested and made the experience smooth and comfortable. Their service stood out and added real value to my stay.

I absolutely love it here. It’s always the best option to spend a quiet unforgettable holiday. The restaurant is just everything you need to have a great kick start to your day. Memorable stay♥️

After a long time I saw massive change in your hotel...||Staff are excellent 👌🏼..||Fatima helped to do my check out.. suggested I must loose weight and be fit.. that's was simply a great gesture... ||Ahmed did change my room, this guy was super... Nicaso, such a pleasing personality welcomed me always with a great smile... Best service, excellent hospitality and food. The staff were very polite. It was really nice to be here. In the cafe, Ahmad and Sanjay did very well.The service provided was truly exceptional, exceeding all expectations. The hospitality offered created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was exquisite, a delight to the senses. Every staff member demonstrated remarkable politeness and professionalism. It was a genuinely pleasant experience.

Staff went above and beyond to make this a perfect experience. Everyone was very friendly, rooms were very clean and beds super comfortable. Service was very efficient. Great overall experience! On the first night we were on the mall side and it was quite loud and tough to sleep until past midnight, however as soon as we asked the staff changed our room to a quiet one and it was perfect. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and was very delicious!

Nice hotel located in the shopping center with an amazing staff who made my stay exceptional. Delicious breakfast served. Large swimming pool. Cozy rooms equipped with kitchenette. Comfortable beds. A patio with a variety of cafeterias and restaurants with a traditional atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay here a lot!
