My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I checked in, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, setting a perfect tone for the visit. The entire property is beautiful, clean, and made for a truly enjoyable experience. ​The real highlight, however, was the excellence of the breakfast. The quality, variety, and presentation were outstanding—it was truly the best start to every day of our trip! ​A massive and special thank you must go to Ms. Omnia in the restaurant.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Salalah Gardens Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. I want to give a special mention to Melbin, one of the waiters, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. He always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Truly outstanding service! The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options each morning. All of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were exceptional – spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The hotel's location is also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The service people of this hotel are truly gems of the hotel! From the airport pickup people to the Reception to Flavours and room cleaners, EVERYONE were at the top of their service, offering more what we could think of . Special mention to Mr. Mohammad of the reception, in every possible need we seem to have, he was one step ahead offering us a solution! ||The mall within the hotel is truly awesome!!! We travel to other countries but this one is our first. Very comfy stay indeed! Thank you! Its all worth the pay!

Amazing service in the reception and an outstanding customer service from the beautiful tunisian receptionist Salma and Mr Ahmed. Very friendly atmosphere and great room. An amazing stay and great relaxation after a long travel trip in Muscat. Experience to be repeated with the whole family.
