Salalah Gardens Hotel

We stayed at the Gardens Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Every day, we took the shuttle to the beach, which was absolutely marvelous with its white sand, the ocean, and a long coastline. We even enjoyed walking to the bird lake. We would especially like to recommend the hotel staff who managed the shuttle service and the beach amenities. They were always courteous and efficient in transporting guests, providing towels, sunbeds, water, and sweets. A special mention goes to Irfan and Virendra, who work on the beach and were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with a smile. He truly made our daily trips even more pleasant. Thank you so much to the entire team for your outstanding service and hospitality

This is a great hotel for a vacation. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The location is convenient, as the hotel is located in the same building as a large shopping center, where you can find everything you need. There is a shuttle service to the beach. The hotel has its own beach area with umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as a villa where you can take a shower and enjoy snacks and fruits. The staff is very friendly both at the hotel and at the villa. Special thanks to Irfan.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated - a perfect retreat after a long day. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great selection of hot and cold options to suit all tastes. The facilities were top-notch, from the modern gym and pool area. And let's not forget the location - it was perfect for exploring the local area, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions not too far. The accommodation itself was part of a mall; lively, vibrant and buzzing however privacy was in no way compromised. But what really made my stay stand out was the staff - they were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with a smile. From the warm welcome at check-in to the efficient service throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I would particularly like give a special mention to Ahmed and Salma on the reception desk and Sanjay and Omina in the restaurant - thank you very much. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed stay with fantastic facilities and exceptional service. Five stars, hands down!

We’re not usually fans of staying in hotels, but this one truly won us over. It’s pleasant, beautifully designed and offers everything you might need. The bed is extremely comfortable and the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. The location is excellent, a great base for exploring Salalah and the surrounding area. It’s also right next to a large shopping mall, which turned out to be an unexpected bonus, as we really enjoyed observing local life and how people spend their time. We highly recommend this place as well, especially considering its very reasonable price. A strong 5/5

The room is super clean, staff are super helpful and friendly. Welcoming beautiful vibes of the hotel. Staff are helpful in case you need advice for your trip and are trustworthy. Ms. Omnia has been providing us with great hospitality and warm service. As for the food, I wished there were more diet friendly (pastries like whole grain, low sugar, low carb). Salads are fresh. However, there is no variety of protein sources such as chicken breast, greek yogurt, turkey breast. There is a station for egg whites scramble though. Not to forget to mention that the hotel is close to most attractions in salalah.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Salalah Gardens Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. I want to give a special mention to Melbin, one of the waiters, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. He always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Truly outstanding service! The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options each morning. All of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were exceptional – spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The hotel's location is also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

I stayed at Salalah Gardens Hotel Managed by Safir Hotels & Resorts from November 25 to December 6, 2025, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was kindly upgraded to the Executive Suite with a balcony, which was a very thoughtful gesture from the front desk. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and made my stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant staff were friendly, attentive, and created a pleasant environment during every meal. I also want to express my sincere appreciation to the housekeeping team. My suite was maintained with great care every day. A special thank you goes to Mr. Faisal, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and supportive. His dedication truly stood out and made a positive difference in my stay. Overall, Salalah Gardens Hotel exceeded my expectations in hospitality and service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salalah, and I look forward to returning again.
