El lugar es hermoso, tiene una fuente de agua en el techo y piezas increíbles, desde pinturas, esculturas, fotografías, tejidos y cerámicas. Se requiere cita previa para visitarlo. Un espacio único de arte contemporáneo en La Paz. Exhibe obras de Gastón Ugalde y parte de su colección privada con artistas como Keiko Gonzales, Christian Laime y Sebastián Ugalde.

La Galería Salar es una galería privada y abierta al público sólo en ocasiones especiales, es propiedad del reconocido artista Gaston Ugalde, quien tiene varias piezas de arte en el contorno que le dan una apariencia bohemia y chic al barrio. La puntuación no es más alta debido a que sus piezas son sólo exhibidas en ocasiones especiales y de que se trata de una galería privada.
