I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. From the moment I entered, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Throughout my stay, they remembered my name and greeted me every time I walked by. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment. The pool area was perfect and relaxing.||The restaurant served a fantastic selection of both Asian and Western food—every meal I tried was delicious. Additionally, I enjoyed an on-site massage that left me feeling great. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, being just a 1-minute walk to night markets and less than 5 minutes to Pub Street and other markets.||The other guests were a mix of couples, singles, and business people, creating a pleasant and diverse atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again when returning to Siem Reap.||Big shout out to Mr Chang and Mr Phy who always went out of their way to help me, provide information, and just generally put a smile on my face every time.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel we received a 5* greeting. We were handed cold towels, fruit and a welcome drink. Our room was the furthest away from reception so was quite a walk up all of the steps but somebody helped carry our luggage up. The room was cleaned daily and new towels were left. Every member of staff is lovely and greets you when leaving the hotel and when arriving back. ||The only negative I would say is the rooms are quite dark. You cannot have the blinds open as people can completely see inside. The bathroom is a wet room which isn’t clearly seen on the pictures. ||Overall, the hotel is excellent value for money and is in a really good location.

We stayed here for several nights on our SE Asia tour was a real cool oasis amid 38degree temperatures. Staff was excellent - i would specially like to thank Lilly who really looked after us well. 5-10 minute walk from Pub Street but you would never know the nightlife was so close as was in nice quite area with night market next door was an excellent location. Rooms where nice & had lovely pool area shaded by trees & had gentle waterfall at one end. The hotel also booked us on a couple of really good trips - Sunrise tour of Angkor Wat & Floating Village which offered great value for money. I cannot recommend The Urban enough - fantastic place.

Excellent experience. Friendly and helpful staff. High level service and hygiene. Nice rooms, super cool pool and garden. | Hotel's tuk-tuk driver mr Vutha was our driver for Angkor Wat and Floating willage tours for four days. Real gentleman, always on right place, speaks decent english, very pleasent and professional. Our tour guide for temples was Taro, also very helpful, well educated, informative, excellent english, knows some hidden and private paths and spots on teple sites. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and visiting temples wit mr. Vutha and Taro!

This is a beautiful hotel with open plan green spaces to eat or enjoy a delicious cocktail or shake. The rooms are comfortable and clean and, although we ourselves didn't dip our toes in the pool, others appeared to really enjoy. It is central to all the bustling nightlife and markets and the staff here were all eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They have a team of drivers which offer either tuk tuk services for those shorter distances or A/C taxi for further afield or airport shuttles. Our drivers, Mr Sochea and Mr Sarath were both so lovely, very reliable and polite.

This hotel offers such fantastic service. The staff, many of whom are local students learning hospitality, are so friendly, welcoming, attentive, polite and helpful. They have done everything the can to help make our stay pleasant and stress free. They gave us advice on how to get places, assisted us with booking tickets, with no commission, and organised Tuktuk’s to get us around town. We were extremely lucky to have Mr Sochea as our primary tuktuk driver. He was so helpful taking us where we needed to go and waiting for us to take us back to the hotel. This included taking us to 3 temples including Angkor Wat, all in one day. There are a few free little extras the hotel provides which really makes you feel like a special guest. Oh, and we loved our insect gobbling gecko, who only appeared at night and whom we named Gordon. Incredible hotel.

The only thing going for this hotel is the location and their staff.||We booked garden view, we got backyard view. This hotel says they are into nature however every time we passed the pool, smoking ppl and gross smell of cigarettes every where. We could not use the pool because of the smell.||The room had no chairs to sit on. The TV was not working, they took it out but did not replace it. No phone to contact staff, we had to walk downstairs to chat or ask for information. |The photos does not look like the room in person.||I gave 3 rating only because of location and staff.|VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Rooms had everything you might need. You can also book tours through the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend the hello bird sunrise tour, just because you don’t get a lot of information from the guide. (Could read up on Angkor‘s history on the internet yourself. Would definitely recommend taking Mr. Sokha as your tuktuk driver from the hotel! He’s very friendly and they give cold water and a cold towel after every Tempel you visit.
