We stayed at the inn and ate at the restaurant. Food was great and the service of our waitress Damaris was exceptional!

The vineyard is very beautiful and peaceful and also the staff was really nice and welcoming. However, when we sat down for lunch or dinner, we constantly needed to remind the waiters of our orders and the orders took too long to prepare. All in all a very nice experience with room to improve.

The most beautiful bodega. Excellent service beautiful views. Manicured grounds, absolutely breathtaking. Very private even that others were staying here we had the place to ourselves 99% of our stay.I definitely recommend it. Not only wine tour but a must stay. 😎😍🤩🤩

We stayed in the the posada for three nights. Everything was amazing and the food delicious. The personeel is always ready to help and their attention to detail is simply great. We also visited Kilka restaurant, if you have the chance please don't miss the 6 step menu lunch. Matias and Emanuel do wonders in the kitchen. And Lourdes, the sommelier, will walk you through the wines while looking at a wonderful landscape. Special thanks to Diego for being at disposition, to Gabriel for showing us the vineyards and to all the people working in the service and the kitchen!

Extremely well crafted wines, paired with exquisite food, in an incredible location. The hotel is completely surrounded by the Andes. Every time I come here I am amazed by the mountains.

We stayed for 4 nights over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed it. ||We had a chance to relax and unwind for a couple of days, spending one morning on the mountain bikes available at no extra cost, and one morning visiting the Bodega / winery for a guided tour. The last full day we went north to do river rafting on the Rio Mendoza, which was only 1.5 hours away by car. ||The room was large, clean and comfortable. The grounds were well kept, with an outdoor pool. The food throughout our stay was delicious (as was the wine which we drank plenty of), especially the Christmas Eve dinner. I had the best pork dish I have ever eaten here. ||So we would stay again and we would recommend this. And, for the great service and food we received we thought the price was very reasonable indeed.

Went for lunch with a couple of friends and decided to go for the San Pablo experience at the Posada Salentein. The views and place is breathtaking, and that’s about it. The food service was subpar. Needed to ask for water numerous times. Main course getting served with no wine pairing in sight. Meat was a bit chewy and the menu offering doesn’t really stand out among all other offerings in the Uco Valley. Not worth the money for the gastronomic experience. Go for the views, buy their wine at a wine shop, but get lunch elsewhere.
