This is the worst hotel I stayed ever...no proper ac....if we complaint no one will respond...no dental kit not soap.....we have to beg for hot water........no proper ventilation..... suffocation.....only one house keeping person and he is behaving like owner of property....if you expect guest service then that is a big joke here.....they easily lie for every thing..... telephone never work,hence we have to come down to reseption each time to ask....I will never ever come here and let my friends know not to take this Salida dell sol...

This hotel located in North Goa Panjim is a gem of a find, from the restaurant downstairs to the breakfast everything was perfect. There were plenty of renoun restaurants around the corner Veg and non veg options. Casinos also were walking distance. Must stay if in Goa. We choose the bathtub suite room which was perfect for us.

Very Happy with this hotel, super liked it Received warm welcome on arrival, reception manager was very informative and attentive. Property was very clean and hygienic; good breakfast menu / options. Entire staff is very pleasant and cheerful in every interaction. Located in mid of Panaji and restaurants, shopping, cafes are very accessible nearby. They do also arrange for renting out bikes at market rates, they don't charge their commissions. Their MOJO pub is also best and happening place in Panaji and a must go once during your stay.

Very bad behaviour service staff and food is tasteless. This restaurant is not good affordable price and maintenance for other staff my experience is not good because I faced many problems in this hotels I feel very bad and I spend day by day very hardly this hotels not giving staff salary and also not good knowledge how to run a hotel Not a management please don't come this hotel again

Great thing about Goa- you can find the most luxurious of hotels here and even if you are on a budget trip, you wouldn't be left disappointed. There is a multitude of hotels, from 3 star boutiques to the no-frills lodges and PG accomodations, which are pretty decent in their standards in comparison to what you actually spend. This is quite a u uniqueness of Goa, unlike most tourist places in India.|I landed in this 3 star property with my friends purely based on the tariff & location than anything else. |Now, I believe choosing this hotel was indeed a serendipity for us. They left us wowed with their warm Goan hospitality. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and hygienically maintained. As it is in the heart of Panjim, it was very convenient going around the town and to the famous Dona Paula.|If you are wondering why 3 stars, then it's because they left us wanting in the food department. I wish they come up with more variety on their menu.

It's in panjim. The hotel is very cosy and the rooms are very nice. The bath tub in the room is really amazing. It's very close to the casino if you are planning a casino night in Goa. You can go walking to the Casio no need of cab. The breakfast was good... The staff is friendly good.... There is a bar right next to the hotel... mojos if you wanna enjoy few drinks and music.

The property is good with good amenities. Rooms are big and spacious with all amenities and well maintained bathroom. Staff was friendly, service was prompt. Mr.Suraj at reception was very helping. Only one draw back. The Hotel doesn't have much choice of food. They should have more choice of food.

We stayed here over christmas and new year We arrived on an early flight and because the hotel was full our room was not ready. Kumal on front desk promised he would give us the first available room and sent us for breakfast true to his word he gave us a room to relax and refresh until ours was ready We had a deluxe room with a little balcony it was clean comfortable with a modern bathroom plenty of toiletries and a very good shower.We had a complimentary drink in the Mojo pub which despite it being noisy we were regulars Mauisha the hostess looked after us perfectly The staff could not do enough for us Pappi Vivet and Reunl made sure our room was perfect and if we needed anything it was provided with a smile. the breakfast is geared to Indian taste which we are used to but htere was other things to suit western taste my partner loved the masala omlette only problem for me weak instant coffee please get a little filter machine.The manager on hearing iwas abit unwell personally came to say if i needed anything it would be sent to the room. Well situated in the heart of Paniji When we neede to find places Joao on front desk gave us directions . the Mojo is noisy but only on holidays and weekends and it is the best bar in Paniji afew cocktails and ear plugs and we slept very well in a very comfortable bed. PK our lovely doorman was always smiling and ready for a joke. The staff at this hotel were superb we enjoyed our stay and were sorry to leave free WIFI a bit slow but not a problem free bottled water everyday and coffee and tea
