Never expected such a quality and tastiest food from a railway station restaurant. I had to visit Calicut two times. In a week. First time as my schedule was very tight I decided for a take away from salkara. Take away meals cost rs.100 but you will get a handful of curries and fries. It had fish curry, sambar, curd etc. The quality justifies the price. The next time when I visited I chose dine in. It was a nice experience. Clean and hygienic restaurant. Ni much delay for orders to get served. Good staffs. Normally very busy as the space available for seating is very limited. They have a seperate counter for take away.

Chicken biryani here is good. Similar to the taste of biryani in Paragon. Being a small shop it is crowded during lunch time. To get a seat is a problem. Staffs are hospitable. Also a good place for people who are boarding train to buy parcel without fear of getting any somay issues, being a brand under paragon group, there is no doubt about the quality of food.

The food exceeded my expectations. The tea selection was delightful, complementing the meal perfectly. I appreciated their provision of hot water, adding to the overall comfort. Plus, the prices were reasonable, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend this restaurant for a satisfying dining experience. Also, if you're looking for a place to have food after a long journey and need quality food quickly, this is the place.

Idiyapam and kadala curry is very delicious. Food is available at the restaurant at 5 am... There is no compromise in terms of cleanliness and neatness, even if there is a slight lack of seating comfort. It is always very crowded in the morning

Had chicken briyani whc was gud taste but with more ghee & had chest discomfort & stomach fullness with less quantity of it.. Can buy food during emergency travel. This restaurant located right inside the kozhikode railway station platform & its tieup of famous paragon restaurant.

Overpriced, average quality food. I had a chicken biryani from here (190/-) and porotta (10/-) and chicken curry (140/-). The biryani was well cooked, and the meat was soft, but taste wise, it was average. The chicken had no flavour. Very little meat for a biryani that costs so much. The chicken curry is nothing special, you can get better curries in local shops for 80/-. The porotta was nice.

Best Non vegetarian restaurant in Calicut railway station. Suggested Chicken Biriyani here. All other items are good and tasty
