Lovely Aleppo style desserts with friendly staff. Got a few pistachio desserts and they gave me two other samples to try. The kadayif made with cream was lighter than the Turkish one. The crepe like roll had a nice rose flavor and was nicely chilled. Overall the desserts were less syrupy than Turkish ones so good for those preferring less sweet baklava.

Very delicious food and friendly staff! Our experience here in this authentic Aleppo restaurant was amazing and from all points of view fantastic. Hospitality was great and everyone notices the cleanliness of the restaurant. The food was great fresh. Highly recommended!

The sweets are so good! Also the food upstairs at the restaurant is very good. However the service could be a better. But I definitely recommend going and then having the sweets for desert!

The service is very nice and it was our first time in a Syrian restaurant eating original Syrian dish.

This is my first time in Turkey, I tried the sweet shop here and absolutely loved it! The owner has very helpful, he let me try some of the sweets before buying. I got a nice green box with some variety, my favourite was the one with cream in the middle and layers of dough on the outside. Check out my pictures and vidoes

Pros: excellent food from Aleppo. All the food was excellent and the flavors were perfect from the lamb with sour cherry and the grape leaves (both cooked and cold appetizer) and the hummus and the mutabal and the kibbeh and the dessert halawat aljibin. Really can’t go wrong and highly recommend. Only one observation: lamb skewers were well done, but appreciate that is a personal taste so you may want to tell them. Cons: ayran not sour

Throughout my stay in Istanbul, I visited Sallora daily after iftar and enjoyed their wide range of sweets and desserts, including Halawet el Jibn, cherry chocolate ice cream, and Haitalieh. While I was pleased overall, I think the Haitalieh could benefit from improvement. If I were to leave a review, I would suggest that they focus on refining it for my next visit. To improve the Halabi-style Haitalieh, I propose serving it in a chilled bowl with cold milk, ice cream, and crushed pistachios on top. This is my only suggestion for improvement, as everything else was of high quality.

Great place to enjoy the Syrian “Aleppo” cuisine.. Absolutely thrilled to have found this place.. Enjoyed the delicious different dishes which nearly taste as homemade.. As someone who has been abroad for years, it felt like home.. Place is moderate and small.. service is ok.. prices are fair.. If you are longing for homemade Syrian food then definitely recommend. ⭕️ This is my old review.. visited yesterday and I have to say I definitely changed my mind about the whole experience..! Prices went really up.. Food tastes not as used to be.. and saying this, I only decided to update my review after few visits recently.. the standard has definitely changed and its not anymore the nice old experience.. NOT RECOMMENDED IN RAMADAN.. not service wise, nor food wise and definitely money wise!!! I hope my review will be taken into consideration as I really used to love coming here! 😔
