Lovely Aleppo style desserts with friendly staff. Got a few pistachio desserts and they gave me two other samples to try. The kadayif made with cream was lighter than the Turkish one. The crepe like roll had a nice rose flavor and was nicely chilled. Overall the desserts were less syrupy than Turkish ones so good for those preferring less sweet baklava.

Very delicious food and friendly staff! Our experience here in this authentic Aleppo restaurant was amazing and from all points of view fantastic. Hospitality was great and everyone notices the cleanliness of the restaurant. The food was great fresh. Highly recommended!

The sweets are so good! Also the food upstairs at the restaurant is very good. However the service could be a better. But I definitely recommend going and then having the sweets for desert!

This is my first time in Turkey, I tried the sweet shop here and absolutely loved it! The owner has very helpful, he let me try some of the sweets before buying. I got a nice green box with some variety, my favourite was the one with cream in the middle and layers of dough on the outside. Check out my pictures and vidoes

Best sweets..every tume I visited Istanbul must go there. Hejtalija are the star.

Pros: excellent food from Aleppo. All the food was excellent and the flavors were perfect from the lamb with sour cherry and the grape leaves (both cooked and cold appetizer) and the hummus and the mutabal and the kibbeh and the dessert halawat aljibin. Really can’t go wrong and highly recommend. Only one observation: lamb skewers were well done, but appreciate that is a personal taste so you may want to tell them. Cons: ayran not sour
