Throughout my stay in Istanbul, I visited Sallora daily after iftar and enjoyed their wide range of sweets and desserts, including Halawet el Jibn, cherry chocolate ice cream, and Haitalieh. While I was pleased overall,
I think the Haitalieh could benefit from improvement. If I were to leave a review, I would suggest that they focus on refining it for my next visit. To improve the Halabi-style Haitalieh, I propose serving it in a chilled bowl with cold milk, ice cream, and crushed pistachios on top. This is my only suggestion for improvement, as everything else was of high quality.
