The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel can be said to be bad. There were stains on the underside of the quilt, but I didn't see them because they were on the underside. The bed and pillow were hard as stone. No drinks, no hairdryer, no glasses, no slippers. The only good thing is the location is nice. Facilities are very bad Sorry editing: breakfast is enough for a full meal, not perfect, not bad, but good

Central Location, friendly greeting and efficient check-in from Mayada at reception. During my stay the porter George Saad was outstanding with assistance, bag-drop and bringing me local menus for room service. Also thanks to Mohammed for the breakfast service. Recommended.

Friendly staff, nice location. But the hotel itself needs maintenance. The rooms were bad! The beds are very low quality, the bathroom is full of stains and the water pumping is very weak, noisy hallways, the door nobs barely work. Edit: rooms 504 & 503

Decor wise this hotel is average but it makes up for it with the friendly and welcoming staff who work there. ||||The rooms are not amazing but are very clean and come with a fridge, air con and are a reasonable sized. They have clearly started to up date some of their rooms and I will be excited to see what they look like on a return visit. There is also free WiFi access in most parts of the hotel. ||||The bathroom is good, also kept very clean and the shower, although not the best I've ever used, does its job and that for me is all I need. ||||Breakfast is basic but there is the option of it being brought to your room. The staff are also friendly in there too and more than happy to provide you with fresh coffee when you arrive in the morning. There is also a bar which sells Stella, some spirits and soft drinks. ||||Location is good, it is easy to get a taxi to other parts of Cairo and there are few restaurants nearby (I highly recommend Steakout). There is a shop nearby that sells bottled water, soft drinks and snacks. If venturing out in a taxi I recommend taking a card from the hotel desk just in case you need help telling the taxi where to go on a return journey. ||||Overall this a decent hotel and one I would happily stay in again. It is clean and most importantly the staff are brilliant.
