The overall experienced was pleasant: calm ambiance, good service. However, my hair looks exactly the same color as when I entered...I said I wanted to go darker, and my hair stylist seemed to have understood and showed me options. But I felt the whole coloring process was so quick (the color was left in for ~5 minutes). The lighting is also very bad inside making it impossible to actually verify if my hair looked like it was supposed to. What I most disliked about the experience is that the hair stylist said "This is exactly how I wanted it to look." I couldn't verify because the lighting was bad, so I left. But reflecting back, its not about what the stylist wants, its about what I had requested, which was darker hair. I paid a a lot to have no change. I am quite disappointed.

Lou (Louisane) is the greatest colorist I’ve ever had take care of my curls. And I’ve tried many! She understands lights, texture and has done wonders to me to the point that my friends in London are considering using her in Paris as well! I’m so so pleased and highly recommend her. The salon Christophe robin is also super stylish, comfortable, I feel so pampered every time I go. Thank you Lou and to the whole team.

I love this Paris Salon. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing and Christal is an amazing hair stylist and Marie is the best for color!

Marie is an absolute genius! I’ve never loved my hair color so much. And Jean-Marc does the perfect lob. Worth every penny.

I'm so lucky for Mary and Christophe. It can be nerve wrecking to go to a new colorist (have had horrible experiences) and they matched the color exact. Mary took me into the light, went through every strand before going and mixing the color. I felt relaxed in expert caring hands. I wanted to hug her. Wonderful warm, cozy salon. I have found my Paris colorist and will be returning. To some this may be pricey, but I've never worried about that when it comes to my hair. What matters to me is expert care and knowledge. Got it!
