Having slept on it I am not happy about the service I received yesterday. What is more I am angry about it. I believe Miral is a good hairdresser, I visited her once or twice before three years ago and was happy with her service then. But then I travelled and moved away and when I went back yesterday she was rude to me. At first she said: ‘who gave you this colour, it’s not right for you, you should not go playing in different salons’. That made me uncomfortable but I decided to ignore it. She was careless when she washed my hair, I got water inside my clothes. She was not in the mood to talk, which is ok in principle but didn’t help to put me at ease. Then when she gave me a trim in the end she hacked off a piece at the front in such a way that it made me gasp in horror but she swiftly moved on ignoring my reaction. Later, I kindly told her ‘I don’t like this bit’, she said ‘I know’ and ignored it again. Just proceeded to tell me why it was the right thing for her to do on my hair. There was no apology, no offer of compensation, no interest really in whether or not the customer is happy. Maybe she was in a bad mood for some other reason, but I don’t see why I should even justify her behaviour. I paid my full price (which was even higher than what I had expected) without asking any questions. It does not feel enough to say ‘I will never go there again’. I actually feel hurt and insulted for no apparent reason.
