Salsa's Mexican Grill

Google
One of the worst Mexican food restaurants we've ever been to, we went with our hockey team and the food was extremely bland, low quantity ingredients, some of the meats way over cooked to the point yu can't chew them. Even the kids complained about the terrible tacos that had no flavor. We are from Arizona so we have great Mexican food there but this place can't even compare to the worst place in AZ.

Beverly N.

Google
We had a great time tonight. Service was good, waitress not really friendly. She must've been having a bad day. She was good tho'. Food was excellent, prices are good too.

Dallas B.

Google
Shrimp trio was excellent - service was a bit slow, so therefore 4 stars, but Dani our waitress was great ..

Vitor C.

Google
The food was very very salty… It took just a few minutes for my plate to arrive, it was impressive. I did not feel welcome to the restaurant, the waitress was not on a good day I guess.

Google
My family and I had a wonderful time here. We did not feel rushed to order and the margaritas are very good!! The server was very polite and allowed us to take our time.

Justin L W.

Google
Great atmosphere great building great service but the cooks are absolutely horrible. This is some of the worst food I have ever seen in my entire life. I would not recommend eating here. The service and the management are great, but their cooks are absolutely terrible. my order was a complete fat and stringy meat which is not resemble traditional cooking if you’d like something better I’d recommend eating hot meat off of a warm street. Avoid this place at all cost

Google
Food was good and hot! Service was great, food came out fast after ordering! Waitress was friendly and prompt on drink refills without having to ask! I am a big fan of their chips and salsa as well as there ranch (which seems to be homemade) the chips come out warm and perfectly salted as well! We had lunch and it wasn't to crowded. For 2 of us we spent about $40 including soft drinks and tip.

Google
I love this place. Their food is great. It was my first time getting the pineapple paradise, and it definitely did not disappoint. The horchata is humongous it was sooo good!

Yelp
We went to Salsa's for lunch on a Saturday. We had a bit of a wait to be seated. The hostess took her time to get to the front desk. We were seated right after she got to the desk. And salsa and chips arrived quickly. Again we had a longish wait for a server to get to our 4 seat booth. But once there he took our drink order and returned with the drinks quickly. Again it took a long time until the server came back to the table to take our food order. But once he returned to the kitchen the meals appeared fairly quickly. The portion size was very generous for sure. But the meal I had was just OK. It was run of the mill American Mexican. Not really much spice/heat. Fairly bland in my book. Our check was picked up nicely and friendly and returned in a short time. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and pleasant.

Yelp
The service is incredible as always but they went above and beyond yesterday for us! This Salsa's is always our go to and the food is great! Definitely recommend the Tacos Al Pastor

Yelp
Chips and salsa are fresh and delicious. Love the mole sauce on the lunch enchiladas. Our second time here and both times we were super happy.

Mia J.

Yelp
our waitress beatriz g treated us (a group of young adult girls) unfairly. it was poor service overall, she never checked on our table but checked on the table right next to us (a group of young adult guys) around 4 times without paying us a second glance. we never got a refill on water and overall the service was completely unfair.

Matt R.

Yelp
Great food, wonderful atmosphere, service and prices. We would definitely come back if we were in town.

Yelp
Nope. Flat out nope. I was forewarned this place may be bad but I was not expecting this bad. Perhaps this place was amazing 30 years ago but today, they need to spruce up that menu and go for a little more authentic Mexican. The only positive was their table side guacamole. The options included some garlic, onions, jalapeños, cilantro and I think that was it. I did the Fajitas Vallarta which included Carne Asada, Chorizo and Chicken. Of the three, the chicken was the best. Keep in mind I'm using the "best" loosely. That steak was dry as a bone - I mean dry! This meat must've been reheated as it was for sure not made to order. Their salsas were horrible as it tasted straight out of the container and no homemade effort at all. Don't waste your time and ask about the salsa verde. Also their corn tortillas were really bad. They were flimsy and cheap. It's in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking.

Yelp
Salsa's is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in SB! I've gone probably 5+ times. Love their mojo shrimp and also their fajitas. Their Cadillac marg is great! I did find a piece of hard plastic in my marg once, but I guess shit happens. The servers are usually good and check on you. During lunch hour they have lunch specials! Smaller portions but I enjoyed it. They guac is yummy too. The chorizo app is cheeses and delicious ! They have mezcal here too. The chicken and spinach dinner with rice is soo tasty and apparently very popular.

Yelp
Your average Mexican restaurant in the Midwest. The inside is decorated cute, it looks like you are in a plaza of a village, very colorful. The portions were huge, we took lots home, though it wasn't the best Mexican I've had. Our waiter was very nice.
google avatar

Yelp
One of the better Mexican Restaurants in Mountain Home. Wife of owner was very nice. She is running their other restaurant. Don't deal with husband. Talk to Manager. Overall excellent!

Yelp
If you're looking for authentic guacamole...this is the place! If you order the "fresh guacamole" they come around with a cart, you pick what you want in it, and they mix it all together in front of you; just like Mexico. The environment reminds me of the movie, 'Coco'. The paintings, decor, and music all had a Latin/Mexican theme, which was all amazing. The customer service/staff was great, very attentive, and fun to be around and lively! They have a huge menu full of tacos, burritos, salads, enchiladas, fajitas, margaritas, and many more. The fresh guacamole was a favorite and so was their salsa. I had the beef burrito which was "okay." The only downfall was that the beef is not authentic. They aren't shredded/ grounded down enough and look more like strips of beef. **Note: As of right now they are only accepting cash or check. So make sure to take some cash with you. I would recommend this place especially if you love chips, salsa, and guacamole! Overall, great place and atmosphere.

Andrea N.

Yelp
UNDERRATED!! I had the Buritto Ruleta, and it was great! The service was very good, and bartender (I sat at the bar) was very attentive and friendly. The salsa that comes with the complimentary chips is very flavorful, in my opinion. Sadly, I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture!

Yelp
On 9/19/24 went in with 8 people. 1 Birthday-called they said we will give the child a hat and sing. Didnt happen -no hat sang and just walked away. Served STALE chips asked for more and they were fine. One person got Cheese Nachos couldnt eat them chips were so so SOGGY and covered with so much cheese couldnt see the chips-just terrible. Asked for more napkins waitress pointed to 2 napkins on the table walked away. Cokes (For kids) $3.39each seriously??? Banana smoothie was watered down didnt drink it. Quest Fundido had so much yellow grease floating on it-was not what I have received in any other restaurant. Too many issues for the amount of money spent. Waitress Yazmin E needs some service training. Not a lot of people in there-so guessing not the best place anymore. Im local in Elkhart not San Fransisco as it says on this review.

Yelp
Fantastic Mexican food, gigantic margarita drinks, and a clean restaurant! My only complaint is the mediocre salsa/ranch and the prices. However, finding a decent tasting Mexican restaurant that hasn't been shut down by the health department is hard to come by these days it seems. 4/5.

Yelp
The infamous "where do you want eat?" question ended up with us coming to Salsa's Mexican grill. We were seated immediately and had chips and salsa on the table before I was settled. The decor was the same as it was years ago when we were here under a different name so it was a little outdated but it gave the Spanish feel. Ordering off of the lunch specials menu, I ordered the Fajita Burrito and my wife ordered Lunch Fajitas, we both had chicken. While waiting for our food we demolished the chips and salsa. The chips were adequate but tasted more like grease then corn. The salsa was a light salsa with no chunks. It had a good flavor but was not amazing. It was however the most flavorful thing we had. The lunch Fajitas looked really good and a great portion for the price. The problem was the lack of flavor. We ate most of it without the shells and sides. By itself the chicken, peppers and onion were really flavorless. The Fajita Burrito was a huge let down. When I saw her Fajita for $1 more and I got a small wrapped burrito with chicken and onions on the inside and a thin layer of Queso on top I was annoyed. Granted I did not read the menu clearly but I assumed peppers would be part of a fajita burrito. Although the meal was not terrible there was no love, I should have gone with my bathroom rule. The bathrooms were not terrible but they were not cleaned well. The bathrooms always speak to the level of service and quality of food... lesson learned.

Yelp
I really enjoy this restaurant - great food and friendly staff. The one thing that bugged me is that they had a rewards program and I kept adding points to get the highest reward. I finally make it and without any warning I'm told that the reward program is over and nothing will be done.

Yelp
Delicious food! Portillo burrito become my favorite. The service was great. The salsa that was served with chips is also amazing.

Yelp
Amazingly tasty rice and beans and steak and all meats great service friendly atmosphere Love their lunch special prices Definitely recommend

Yelp
Really should have listened to the reviews before eating dinner here. All I can say is all of the food was simply gross. We had a variety of items including a burrito, steak tacos, quesadilla, enchiladas, margaritas, etc. The food was generally very bland, wasn't fresh and tasted like it was processed or pre packaged. This was the case for every item so I won't waste time elaborating on each dish. The margarita was way too sweet, despite asking for it to be made less sweet. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food was edible and didn't make anyone sick, and the ambiance/build out is nice (it's the old Don Pablo's building). Definitely AVOID this restaurant if you are looking for Mexican.

Yelp
My wife and I went for dinner and was very pleased with both the service and the food. We will be going back.. The server was very friendly and attentive to our needs, guided us to our food with his knowledge.. Very enjoyable.

Yelp
The food was good. Table side guacamole was excellent ! my dish was a spicy chicken dish w a tomatillo sauce real good. The rice was not the best , it needed more tomato stock or anything for flavor. PARTIES OF SIX WILL BE CHARGED GRATUITY AUTOMATICALLY. Our server was not very present. Lots of waiting for drink refills or another margarita . And then again a long wait to order dessert, and finally another long wait for the bill to be presented. ( the dessert was packed Togo ) so I expect better service when being forced to tip.

Yelp
Ok...here's the deal. I eat at Mexican restaurants all over the country. I'm a subject matter expert on quality, authentic Mexican cuisine. This was my first time at this restaurant. Here are my thoughts: Parking: Ample parking is provided in a well lit lot. Outside appearance: A really nicely appointed exterior with a really inviting feel. I was really excited as I walked up to this place. It was presented as a really nice, appropriately decorated exterior that had a "theme park" feel. I was excited to try it. Lobby and wait time: I went on a Saturday night around 6pm and the place was packed. I went as a party of 3, we were given a buzzer style pager and told that the wait time would be 45 minutes. And that was about the right time estimate. The lobby and seating area for waiting guests was way too small and not appropriate. Most people had to stand while waiting and had to constantly adjust as a large rolling table side guacamole cart tried to negotiate its way through to the waiting crowd. Wait staff: We were immediately provided with large glasses of water along with chips and salsa. The chips were great but the salsa was terrible. They need to rethink the table salsa recipe. Our waiter, Miguel, was really attentive and did a great job. He was quick to greet us and take drink orders and explain menu options. Seating area: This place packs a lot of people. The seating is really good, well thought out and comfortable. The lighting was a little too dark for my taste. The staff is really quick to clean up after guests leave and the my overall impression was that the restaurant is fairly clean. No complaints or concerns. Menu: The menu is comprehensive, well thought out and easy to read. There are a lot of good choices. Food: Eh....here's the problem. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered the number 11 combo (burrito, taco and enchilada). I have to tell you that I was really expecting the food to be better. The ground beef was greasy and very bland. The carne asada (taco) was actually shredded beef and really chewy. I ordered a cheese enchilada but they brought me a ground beef enchilada. The rice, a Mexican staple, was terrible. I didn't finish my food and left most of it. Overall impression: I'm looking for good authentic Mexican food. Unfortunately, this restaurant didn't deliver. Will I go back?: Nope. Chief

Yelp
Service is junk food if bland. The ranch they bring has more kick than the excuse for salsa. Been out of drink for 15 minutes. They don't come back to check on u. Don't come here

Yelp
If someone asks me where I want to go out to eat, Salsa's is always my first thought. This place is perfect for every size table- I've enjoyed dining here in large groups, in large and small family settings, with friends, as a pair, solo, etc. and the experience is great every time. They have my favorite salsa in the area. It can taste a little different depending on the day, but that's perfect because it shows it's small batch and not some restaurant grade jug of salsa. And the white sauce? It grows on you and it's unique to this restaurant. I've tried so many items over the years but my favorites include table-side guacamole, steak fajitas, carnitas, and regular ol' ground beef hard shell tacos (without lettuce). I've never had bad experience here. Even at the busiest of times, I've been entirely taken care of. Will always be my go-to pick when I'm on this side of town.

Yelp
The food was amazing! Table side guac did not disappoint. I had a fajita chicken chimichanga and it was wonderful. The strawberry daiquiri was super fabulous also. I will be back!

Yelp
Excellent food and service. We need one in Indy. All my siblings and I love going here.

Yelp
When a friend of mine found out I was going to Notre Dame, she immediately recommended I go to Salsa's. She said the queso was incredible, and honestly, I cant argue with that. The meals are all pretty good as well. The biggest draw here though is the margaritas. They have deals on them on Wednesdays that are popular with students.

Joe N.

Yelp
Excellent service, good food, and vibrant environment. There were plenty of chips and salsa for our group of 6 to kick things off, and all of the TV's with various games was helpful during college football season. Go Irish!

Marlene P.

Yelp
The staff were uneducated about service dogs laws and refused to allow us in the restaurant. We understand their position but they simply said we couldn't come in. The man who told us that didn't even speak English and kept saying no, no, no. There was no further explanation. We are from out of state and have never been deny service due to our 3 year old Enzo.

Yelp
Our first visit to Salsa's was for dinner last night. For once, I'm glad I didn't read the reviews first since we probably would have ventured elsewhere. Salsa's is locally owned, which is always a bonus in our book. We arrived around 7:00 for dinner and the place was pretty full - lots of families. We were seated immediately (hostess didn't seem very happy to be working and a smile and hello would have been nice). Our server greeted us immediately. We asked about the 99 cent wine special that was advertised at the door, but he knew nothing about it. He went to ask the bartender if they served wines and what kind...they served wine and yes it was on special, but we opted to skip the cheap wine, which I'm sure was a good decision. I ordered the house margarita and my fiance got a Dos Equis draft. The margarita was huge (and only $5.99), but nothing special. As soon as we received our drinks the guy came around with the tableside guacamole made to order ($7.99). We opted for everything but tomatoes with medium heat (which was really mild). Guac was delicious and worth a trip (and worth 3.5 stars if that was an option). Chips were fresh and the salsa was flavorful. It was served with a white, ranchlike dipping sauce (maybe trying to copy Hacienda's ranch?), but it tasted like a package of dried Italian seasoning mix with a dash of cayenne...not good and not needed. I ordered two chicken enchiladas and my fiance ordered a combo with a beef enchilada and beef burrito. Our dinners were served in less than 10 minutes despite the fact they were pretty busy. The enchiladas were ok, but not very flavorful. The diced chicken breast was dry and lacked seasoning, but the enchilada sauce was good with a nice smokey taste. The beef enchilada and burrito were almost identical except for the corn and flour tortillas. The ground beef was more seasoned than the chicken. My fiance ordered the fried ice cream which was huge and he seemed to like it. I had a few bites, but wasn't really worth the calories. Our server was fantastic and very attentive.

Yelp
Girls day! The ladies and I decided to go to Salsa's for an early lunch. Upon arrival we had no wait as we arrived at about 11:45. Our waitress, Michelle, took our drink orders, as well as our lunch orders. Being someone who travels a lot, I am always excited to try a New Mexican restaurant. What a disappointment. I ordered a house margarita. It tasted watered down. Maybe the batch from the night before? And not individually made? Two Bloody Mary's were ordered. Tasted like pure tomato juice with a splash of Vodka. We ordered the "Table side guacamole". It was fantastic. We enjoyed our chips and salsa, along with the ranch dressing. For an hour we feasted on the chips and salsa. An hour. An hour to receive our food. Thank God we ate chips, guac, and salsa, because the food was mediocre at best. My Chile Relleno (my fave) tasted like processed cheese. This was the first time in my life that I haven't finished a Chile Relleno. I didn't even try the enchilada, nor the taco. My companions food wasn't finished either. One lady said she could have gotten a better taco salad at Taco Bell. The three assortment enchiladas that another lady ordered was tried and discarded. Everything had a complaint, except the two Shrimp Cocktails, the table side guac and the service. We decided we would have had better luck at Taco Bell. Shame too. Because the restaurant is beautiful. But the food?? Not so much.

Yelp
There's a reason that margaritas are $2- the tequila was definitely bottom shelf, and I couldn't bring myself to finish even one. However, the price for that amount of alcohol is nothing to scoff at! The table side guacamole was amazing, and the chips kept coming, though splitting the guac between five of us meant that it was gone pretty quickly. We ordered a quesadilla to split- not sure what it was, but it had beef, chicken, and shrimp, with onions and peppers sautéed inside as well. The quesadilla came on a bed of rice which I had quite a bit of, mixed with the complimentary salsa that came with our chips. We arrived at 9:30, thirty minutes before close, but we were seated quickly and though service was a bit slow to take our orders (causing us no small amount of stress what with the prospect of the kitchens closing on us looming), once we made our order the food came out in minutes. Overall, not the best Mexican food I've had, but South Bend Mexican isn't that great in general, so it's relatively decent!

Yelp
I've driven past this place probably 100 times but never went. I finally went with my boyfriend and his family. On the outside it doesn't look too big but when you walk inside you quickly understand how big this place is! We sat in the big open area and I really liked the feel and look of it. The atmosphere had a very "old Mexican town feel." Its kind of hard to explain, you have to look at a picture of it. But I really enjoyed eating in this atmosphere, it really added to the experience. The food was good, not too authentic but still good. Would compare it to any other chain Mexican restaurant. I got the chicken fajita quesadilla, like I said not authentic but still good. My boyfriend's mom got the fajita and it looked pretty good but her steak was over cooked and charred black. I would've given this review 3 stars but I loved the table side guacamole so that is why I added the 4th star! I enjoy a good guac and usually rage my Mexican restaurants by how they make their guac.

John H.

Yelp
Service was great restaurant was clean. Food was horrible just no flavor do yourself a favor and pic another Mexican restaurant.

Carmen R.

Yelp
My family and I went there for dinner. First of all the waiter wasn't friendly. It looked like she was angry. My daughter ordered 3 steak tacos, unfortunately the meat didn't taste good. She ate just one. We informed to the waiter about the situation just for her to check the meat and prevent sickness for other people. The "manager" came out affirming us that the meat was good. She was rude. She didn't have the service skills neccesary to treat customers well. I will not be coming back. Mi familia y yo fuimos a Salsa's grill a cenar. Yo no regresaré.

Yelp
Decided to go with family as we hadn't been for awhile. Was severely disappointed. The food was horrible, and the the service was terrible. I was given something I didn't order, and when I told the waitress, she argued with me saying I was wrong. When she found the ticket, she laughed and said oh, you are right. Our drinks weren't refilled, and the quesidillas were soggy. Just not a relaxing meal by any means.

Danielle A.

Yelp
I've been twice now and been disappointed both times. The food is average at best. Service is slow. My food came out wrong. Their margaritas on the rocks tasted like sweet and sour mix/orange juice. It is super loud and you have to yell to talk to others at your table. Took 45 minutes for the server to take our credit card to pay. If you want cheaper junk Mexican food with watered down drinks and a loud atmosphere, this is your spot. I won't be back. if you want good Mexican food, head to the west side on Western and you have lots of great choices.
google avatar

Janice L.

Yelp
Overall not a bad place to eat. If you are expecting authentic food, you will be disappointed. I like it because it is flavorful enough (especially compared to the bland fare common in the midwest) without weighing you down. It's actually pretty light fare, unless you really eat a lot you won't feel like you need a nap afterwards. The chips and salsa they bring to the table is pretty disappointing. Well, the chips are good, but the white sauce is terrible. To be fair I am used to the sauces/salsas you would find in south Texas, but this white sauce is just disappointing all around. I can't quite identify it, but the taste reminds me of mayo and something. Not very appetizing. There was recently a menu change so some of these names may not be correct. My old standby is the flag enchiladas (I think it's called the enchiladas banderas now) which is 1-beef, 1-cheese and 1-chicken enchilada each with it's own sauce. It's pretty good, I really like the cheese sauce. The rice and beans are lacking though. They just don't really have much flavor. I also like a platter, I think it's called the azteca platter. It's basically nachos (beef, chicken), a tamal, and flautas. It's a ton of food (I always take it with me) but it's a good sampling of their food. Their chicken and spinach enchiladas are good too if you are really looking for something light. They are generous with the alcohol, at least the two drinks I've had here.
google avatar

Jared G.

Yelp
The atmosphere is great compared to most restaurants, the food is colorful, presented well and tastes very good. It's better than "EL Sombrero. #28" but not quite "kock your socks off, Best Mexican I've had!" Adequate portions for the price. Perhaps the most popular Mexican Restaurant in South Bend because it's in a great location close to shopping, and it's clean and has a nice ambiance compared to most Mexican restaurants. I spent almost $19 on the pineapple boat meal, tasted good as a novelty but overpriced for what it was, and somehow there wasn't much pineapple in the dish.
google avatar

Linsey W.

Yelp
We stopped in for a quick snack of table side guacamole and shrimp cocktail. The table side guac was so salty, it was inedible.... saltier than I feel about leaving the restaurant still hungry. My husband's shrimp cocktail was so overcooked he could barely chew through one shrimp. The menu didn't mention that it came with shrimp jerky. It's no surprise the waiter didn't offer to-go containers even though we only took 3 bites. He's probably used to customers not wanting to take home that train wreck.
google avatar

Michael M.

Yelp
We had table side service on the glucamoli (SP?) which was fantastic and freshly made. I was worried it would not taste good as the lady did not understand me but everything turned out fine. The lady knew what she was doing. Our waitress Yenci said she worked at the Granger location. She was an excellent Waitress and very attentative to our needs. The reason I knocked off two stars is because I got a vegetarian dish. It seems like us vegan/vegetarians get ripped off. My friend got several items on his plate that were cheaper than my 1 spinach vegetarian burrito. The portion side was very small for the money. If you eat meat then the portion size is great. If you do not eat meat like me the vegetarian dishes are over priced and the contents in the burrito are very cheap. Are you trying to tell me meat is more expensive than spinach and other vegetables. The food is good here for meat lovers but not so much for vegans and vegetarians

Yelp
Group of co-workers and I wanted to get together for margaritas and tried to make reservations at Hacienda. Unfortunately for us, they were completely booked and that's how we ended up at Salsas. We made reservations for 6:30. Several people showed up a little early to make sure we wouldn't miss our time. However, after waiting 30 minutes after our reservation time, one of us went up to complain. Turns out our table was still occupied by a group that had been there since 3:00. (So set up another table??? Or ask them to leave???) We finally got a table with a RUDE waitress named Yanni. I know because she failed to take my drink order (twice) and my food order. When I flagged her down she told me, "Umm.. My name is Yanni!" Food was bland, "frozen" drinks were a watery mess. I personally paid for a round of drinks and after leaving found she double charged us for them. (I paid for them and so did each person.) I have head from several sources now that on the checks the server adds one dollar to the tip in hopes that no one notices. If you want better Mexican food, go to Taco Bell. If you want good service without getting ripped off go anywhere else.

Yelp
My husband and I went on a Friday night at 5:30. Was only one other table in upstairs bar. Gave our drink and food order, 10 minutes later the waitress delivered my husbands wrong beer. Watched 3 other tables come in. Got their drinks. Waited 30 minutes total and I still had no drink. Walked out. 2nd time we've walked out because of very poor service. Will not try a third time. Went to Tony Saccos, Best food and drinks came immediately!!!

Josh K.

Yelp
As far as actual Mexican NO. It's a far competitor for Hacienda tho. The 2 are a coin flip. It's probably a decent place but not as far as actual a Mexican place. It's "American Mexican".

Yelp
This review is mostly a comparison of Hacienda. Salsas. Hacienda Food. Better, more authentic. Taste microwaved Service The same or worse. Never exceptional Atmosphere. Better for a date. Better for girls night Decor. Amazing decor. Standard Mexican Salsas has amazing refried beans, better authentic Mexican food selection and better dessert selection. They have a broader menu altogether. However, what they lack is the alcohol selection. There is a bar, the margaritas flavors are few; Hacienda has better drinks. Salsas has amazing tableside guacamole, and delicious salsa. Their ranch is so good you could drink it. If you grew up eating Hacienda salsa then you still crave it every once in awhile. Salsas has better quality food altogether. The food always comes out quickly, the service has not been very good, I would say a tad worse then Hacienda, which is surprising because they have such competition.

Yelp
Service sucked. With Covid going on watched bus person move dirty dishes off table and wipe it down with her hand, nothing else used, no disinfectant or even water. Manager was told and acted as if its no big deal. I will call health department in morning The reason I said service sucked is because I blame the manager. Oir waitress was busy while others were standing around and I saw while our waitress was putting orders in the manager went up to her and gave her more stuff to enter instead of letting her take care of her customers. They have no teamwork here and most employees look as if they hate their jobs.

Yelp
Salsa's is fairly good Mexican cuisine in a modest Midwest city. In the former Don Pablo's building, you will find traditional Mexican classics. My favorite item on the menu is the Tacos al Pastor. In addition, we like the freshly made guacamole table-side.

Yelp
Went for a drink with friend after work. Huge Margarita, very tasty. Sat in the bar, bartender was very nice. Ordered 2 tacos, and had my food within 5 minutes. Tacos were delicious. Restaurant was quite busy, service was good, and everything was clean. Will visit again.

Yelp
Great service, very nice architecture. Incredible food but too much peppers in my Texas Fajitas. Very delicious dessert. The combination between the mango and the strawberry chocolate cake was stunning!

Yelp
Chips tasted stale and whatever "ranch" dressing they give you with the salsa we did not care for. Salsa wasn't great either. Food on the other hand was awesome. I had quesadilla ranchero. Boyfriend had enchilada chipotle. I tasted his and they were also good. Service was very fast. Food was not over salted like most Mexican restaurants. I would return.
