Simply amazing 😍! We bumped on this cozy place when looking for a bite in the airport. Their quite atmosphere directly caught out attention. When we saw the actual burgers they served, we were sold! And they didn't disappoint us! The burger was delicious! Savoury, big and juicy. The fries were good but especially yummy was their dessert.🤤 We liked the 'black gloves' way of eating to avoid messy fingers. A special thanks to the staff who was polite, clean, and super friendly and professional! Great place to stop!

I must have spent 12 collective hours at this place waiting for flights. Yea, the prices are slightly expensive, but so are the prices everywhere in the Istanbul airport. I recommend just biting the bullet and posting up here for a few hours before your flight. The staff were very helpful and lent me a power converter so I could charge my computer.

Dining in a restaurant is always a tricky choice, as you are trying to find the best deal for the right price, and I think this restaurant fits well into the picture. The burger meat can be chosen for its doneness, which is a surprise since most burgers are just frozen patties. According to them, it is part of the beef calf, which was cooked extremely well. I went for the medium rare, and the taste was fantastic, juicy, and savoury. However, I wish the beef had a little more seasoning, such as salt. Since you are dining at the airport, you need to understand the higher prices imposed due to higher rent, where you can see that even McDonald's burgers were relatively higher than usual. Thus, if you were to compare this restaurant to other burger restaurants here, this restaurant serves quality burgers at a price worth paying.

I ordered the Saltbae Burger, and it was incredible — juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The signature gold wrapping was a fun touch, and everything from the crispy fries to the fresh ingredients showed great attention to quality. You can tell they don’t cut corners, even in a high-traffic location like this. The space was clean, stylish, and surprisingly relaxing for an airport setting. Prices were reasonable considering the brand and location, and definitely worth it for the quality and presentation. Highly recommend stopping here if you have a layover or just want one last memorable bite before leaving Istanbul!

It was an amazing experience! The carpaccio was truly outstanding. The service felt like in a fine dining restaurant. You often hear mixed things about airport meals, but this one was exceptional. Besides the carpaccio, I also enjoyed the salad, coffee, and pistachio baklava with ice cream. The price matched the quality perfectly. I’ll definitely come back! Bill was 65 EUR

I wish the food here was at the same bar as the service or the atmosphere. The place is in a really nice area with decorated designs. But food is what really make me rate this restaurant as a 2. The burger was below average, Im not sure but I thought the patty was frozen. It was also greasy. We also regretted ordering the lamb chops. Above all, the food is very expensive, for no good reason.
