Saltbae Burger

Bland food, way over priced. I asked for BBQ burger that wasn't giving any BBQ flavor at all and came in a weird looking red bun. Asked for well done temperature and it came out literally raw, not even medium rare. So I complained about it after taking a bite. What did they do? Put the same patty from which I took a bite and spat out back on the grill instead of starting with new patty. I couldn't believe they did this unhygienic thing where you can put a patty back on grill that someone took a bite from already. The result? This time they way over cooked it and made it really rubbery and hard to eat. The only saving grace was that the fries were good. Otherwise, the worst experience for a supposedly high end restaurant. So, don't waste your money and time on this. Istanbul airport has plenty of other dining options which are far better than this. Thoroughly disappointed!

While walking around the airport, a beautiful waitress invited me to try their food. Her polite, friendly, and welcoming attitude made it hard to say no. She was extremely helpful and patiently explained the menu, the prices in dollars 😅, and answered all my questions, which made the whole experience comfortable and pleasant. I decided to try their grilled burger, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The burger was perfectly grilled, flavorful, and very satisfying. The quality of the ingredients and the taste really stood out and made the meal enjoyable. The meal cost around $30, which felt reasonable considering the airport location and overall experience. The atmosphere was very nice — lively, well-maintained, and busy in a good way. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience that I truly enjoyed.

Compared to other places inside Istanbul Airport, the prices felt reasonable. I tried a menu that included Magnum Devil’s, but personally, a simple burger, fries, and drink combo would be a better choice, if they have. The burger patty was light and tender, and it paired nicely with the cheese and caramelized onions. It also held its shape well, with no sauce or juice dripping while eating.

We had recomandation to go there because the meals are delicious. The burgers were tasty, decent, but not extraordinary! And beer’s offer should include more types of legger beer. But the atmosphere and service and the experience - 10*

The costs here are extremely high, even by international fine-dining standards. ​for the budget-conscious or those seeking a quick, simple bite, it's best to look elsewhere.

Without a doubt, this is the best burger I’ve ever had! From the first bite, you can tell how high-quality the ingredients are and how much care goes into each burger. The service was impressively fast, and the staff made the experience feel welcoming—definitely not what you’d expect from typical airport dining. The atmosphere is surprisingly comfortable and enjoyable, making it a great place to relax before a flight. The price is a bit on the higher side for a burger, but considering the taste, quality, and overall experience, it’s absolutely worth it. I’ll be coming back every time I’m passing through!

I must have spent 12 collective hours at this place waiting for flights. Yea, the prices are slightly expensive, but so are the prices everywhere in the Istanbul airport. I recommend just biting the bullet and posting up here for a few hours before your flight. The staff were very helpful and lent me a power converter so I could charge my computer.

I wish the food here was at the same bar as the service or the atmosphere. The place is in a really nice area with decorated designs. But food is what really make me rate this restaurant as a 2. The burger was below average, Im not sure but I thought the patty was frozen. It was also greasy. We also regretted ordering the lamb chops. Above all, the food is very expensive, for no good reason.
