From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive—even with the busy airport crowd. The service was fast, but not rushed. I ordered the Saltbae Burger, and it was incredible — juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The signature gold wrapping was a fun touch, and everything from the crispy fries to the fresh ingredients showed great attention to quality. You can tell they don’t cut corners, even in a high-traffic location like this. The space was clean, stylish, and surprisingly relaxing for an airport setting. Had dinner here on a long layover. I got the cheeseburger meal that came with the chocolate cake. The burger was juicy & delicious. The fries were good although my lips tingled a bit because they sprinkled pepper flakes on them. The chocolate cake was ok, it was semi sweet chocolate (I prefer milk chocolate). I still ate it. My friend had the bbq burger, she liked hers as well although she was skeptical due to the red bun. Would recommend. Would eat here again. Great staff as well.

I have done transit in IST quite a number of times and seen this place but resisted against trying in the past. However when you walk around and compare with the prices of fast food in the terminal, I guess this time round I'm convinced to pay a little more and hope its a better meal. Decided to visit at 130am and its almost time for them to close at 2am. However, the staff still welcomed me in and served me the menu. I asked for differences between the burgers and the staff were also able to explain well and recommended me items to try. Didn't want too heavy late at night so just got a burger and a side first. The onion chips turned out to be better than I expected, though a little too oily but it was so crispy and tasty. Was deciding between the juicy and the saltbae burger and ended up ordering the latter. Though they seemed to be pretty similar, the difference is more on the bun which is a squid ink charcoal bun. The burger was good and the beef patty was so tender and juicy it was like a good supper surprise. It looked small but was actually quite filling. Wanted to order the set but it was pretty inflexible you couldn't swap items so ended up ordering ala carte instead. Ended up the staff tempted me and asked if I wanted to order dessert before the kitchen closes and I got a pistachio baklava. It was not bad too, with some theatrics including while serving the dessert. Overall enjoyable and a very satisfying supper, couldn't have asked for more. A little on the expensive side but is definitely worth the price and the quality of food. Don't believe me take a walk around the airport and when you see fast food restaurants charging exorbitant euros for a meal I believe you might want to turn back and pay a little more for this. Recommended.

The best deal on whole airport for lunch/dinner. Burger meat is so juicy and high quality, bunny is with sesame and delicious. Portion is big! We took Woww offer 1200lira and 1300lira (depends on a desert) around 30euros. They have only 3% service charge while others have 10% Music is great, place has chill vibe

missed a flight and had to wait 6 hours for the next one so i decided to grab some food. the burger was juicy af and the aroma is so far the best i had, the moment i bite it, i was enlightened. the fries are a little spicy due to the powder but i could tolerate the spiciness, as someone who couldn’t stand spicy at all. they also don’t have the truffle fries which i REALLY love when i had it at the grand bazaar one. it’s a little bit pricy but understandable because of the branding and its location. the service was also really great. however, there was a fly keep coming back to me which made my experience less pleasant.
