My husband and I stopped in on a Friday before the dinner rush (3:30pm), and this place is absolutely stunning. I didn’t get photos of the whole space, but I loved the overall vibe the moment we walked in.
My husband ordered the pumpkin martini and felt it leaned a bit too sweet. I had the raspberry lemonade and really enjoyed it. I also loved their glassware, such a nice touch.
For food, we tried the seafood ceviche, Hawaiian fried rice, and the apple empanada with ice cream. The ceviche was a standout, so fresh and flavorful. The fried rice, on the other hand, felt like it needed a little work. It was slightly dry and could’ve used more salt; a bit more soy sauce would’ve brought everything together. Everyone’s taste is different, though, so that may just be us.
Now the apple empanada, this is what dreams are made of. The pastry was soft, warm, and perfectly flaky, and the ice cream complemented it beautifully. It’s fall on a plate, and I would come back just for that dessert alone.
They’re still fairly new, so I’d give them some grace, but with how good much of the menu is, I can see them becoming reservations-only in the future. I had zero issues with customer service, everyone I interacted with was lovely. We would definitely return!
