From the moment we arrived at our villa, it was one pleasant surprise after another. The views were absolutely breathtaking, with sweeping panorama of ocean and vast coastline visible from three sides of the villa. Saltwater Falmouth in Tasmania truly delivered on natural beauty.||We were warmly welcomed with a beautifully curated basket of of local chocolates - a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. The interior of the villa was nothing short of first class, with elegant furnishings and every comfort thoughtfully considered.||One of the unexpected highlights was having our own private hot tub, perfect for unwinding while taking in the serene surroundings. The landscaping around the property was equally impressive, creating a peaceful and private oasis that felt worlds away.||An unforgettable escape - highly recommend!!

300% Epic!!! I'm all the villa's would be beautiful, but certainly no. 5 is stunning. Incredible location & amenities. Definitely recommend anytime, but especially for a special occasion. 👌🤩

We arrived at 3pm on 24 March 2025 for a 5 day stay. It was a very nice and sunny 22 degree C day . We were very pleased with the beautiful location and views, and the Villa itself is well appointed and roomy. Upon entering the Villa we found that it was uncomfortably hot, despite all of the windows being open. The large windows are North facing and all the sunlight shines in to the villa warming it up. We closed all the blinds and opened the front door in the hope that this would block out the sun and lower the temperature, however the ventilation is inadequate as there are only two opening windows in the living area. The villa also has a flat roof that probably is not very well insulated. There is an Air Conditioner that can be used if so desired, however this was not something that we wanted to do because it would defeat the purpose of our stay. We want to sit with the blinds open enjoying the silence and the views. To put things in perspective, it was nice and cool in the shade outside. There was a nice sea breeze blowing which would probably have required wearing a jumper after sitting there for 15 minutes. We immediately opted to forfeit 100% of our non refundable costs, phoned the owner/provider to inform them that we would not be requiring the accommodation any more and the reason why, and drove the 3 hours home instead.

We loved our stay at Saltwater. It was the perfect spot for us. The villa was beautiful. Everything you could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable. Lounge was very comfy. View was fantastic with only a few steps to the beach. 5 out of 5 for this stay. We are already planning a return visit.

I've died and gone to heaven. This was one of the best places we've ever stayed, in the world. Everything was impeccable, clean, modern and just so suited to the best mummy nature could offer.... Right at your doorstep. Loved loved loved it.

Excellent place! We would have booked two nights there had we known it would be that beautiful and if we knew the villa was that nice.Bathroom was amazing, bed super comfortable, and overall environment was top notch.

We booked directly with Saltwater Sunrise. The villa we stayed in was just what we needed and we loved the cleanliness and surroundings and looked forward to future bookings with our entire family. |However, the downside was that I left my reading glasses behind and in order to retrieve them the owner/ manager was going to charge me $25 plus postage. Even sending them a self addressed envelope was still going to cost me $25 which would cover “staff time and travel expenses when making a post office run” even though I didn’t expect their staff to make a special trip to the nearest post box. A friend collected the glasses last week. We live in Tasmania and it’s the first time I have encountered this policy. I fully expect to pay postage but the additional fee was unexpected. Kindness and trust seems to be forgotten by this business.

Great architecture and interior design, very restful. An amazing location with lovely rock pools. 10 stars! However we stayed in the spa villa which I wouldn't recommend as the spa is uncomfortably hot, over chlorinated and has moulded seats which don't allow for any movement. Also it blocks the view from the accommodation and is a chilled walk back to the unit.. So it's a well thought out and delightful place with one small flaw.
