Stanley and Mattia enjoy some of Bologna's famous mortadella, silky pork sausage made with pistachios and peppercorns and dotted with sweet fat, at this local Emilia-Romanga deli.

Very nice bistro to experience local bologna wine and food. I would like to go back again.

I bought some sliced meat, brodo and ragu here. Very nice people working here and English is spoken. They also have a nice freezer bag that comes with a reusable ice block you can purchase to keep your goods cool while traveling for 10 euro - pricey but convenient! Also should mention their ragu was incredible! Better than many of the restaurants we tried in Bologna. Haven’t tried brodo yet but excited to! Update : brodo was hands down the best I’ve tried. This place is incredible.

Excellent charcuterie experience. We enjoyed a large patter with an excellent selection. The service was fantastic and they really helped us pick a great local wine to compliment the food. Also, the dessert of the day was a delicious tiramasu.

The food was absolutely delicious and outstanding quality! We were surprised as it’s in a touristy area but the vibes were also amazing around too. Would definitely recommend and would go again.

An immersive atmosphere to eat delicious meats surrounded by mouth watering produce. We had an array of tasty meats, soft bread, olives. The Parmesan with balsamic vinegar was gorgeous. Good service even thought it was very busy. Great wine too!

Had an unbelievable lunch here. A truly once in a lifetime meat and cheese board and wine. There is no way I would come to Bologna and not have lunch here.

What a gem! I was totally surprised as everything was top quality. It looked like I was the only tourist in the store. The choices was amazing and I couldn’t resist buying a few items to eat on while we were on the walking tour of Bologna. I only wish we had such choice in New York.

This is definitely one of my favorite shop that we stumbled upon in my whole trip in Italy. This is a hidden gem. They have all kinds of platters with ham and cheese that are local to bologna region. The staff was super friendly, helped me with wine pairing, and to be honest this is the best wine pairing that I have had so far the wine just goes perfectly with the platter. we had the SALUMI E FORMAGGI ARTIGIANALI platter that was €16 and the wine was the VALPOLICELLA RIPASSO SUPERIORE DOC red wine 7€. I think this is one of the best way to start your trip in Bologna.
