We had a wonderful dinner as a group celebrating after graduation! Everyone loved what we ordered, and the owner/manager and staff were friendly and accommodating. I'm glad we made reservations. The space is larger than it appears from the outside and has a nice vibe. There's also outdoor seating in the back for nice days, Highly recommend!

Google
This place nails it on every level. They food was excellent, the service was even better (thank you Chip and Jim!). This Hartford spot makes everyone there feel not only welcome, but like you’ve been going there for years. They are quick to serve, but you don’t feel rushed (important if you are catching a show). One of the owners can be found supplementing the more than capable staff and adding a personal connection to each table. Good food, a welcoming staff and a spot I will revisit.

Went there this evening with my family for a birthday celebration while traveling. From the second we walked in the door until we left we felt completely welcome and were treated like regulars. The service was incredible. The food was amazing. Probably the best dining experience I've ever had and I'm so grateful they made his 18th birthday so special.

Excellent food and great service. The garlic cheese bread was absolutely to die for. The pasta was perfect, and the Tiramisu was second to none. I’ll definitely be back here again the next time I’m in Hartford.

I was dining solo and I had the most lovely meatball salad. The meatballs were perfect. The restaurant was busy, yet I was served as if I was the only table. Quality food, great prices and wonderful atmosphere. Thank you for a great experience!

Google
I came to Salute with work colleagues and we were very happy with our choice! This place has a nice atmosphere, and the wait staff and owners take a lot of pride in their service, which makes for a great dining experience. They had plenty of great Italian menu options as well as salads. Their garlic cheese bread is a great item to start off the meal. The food was outstanding and our party all enjoyed their meals. I had the chicken parmesan, which was a great size and perfectly prepared. They also have a nice wine and cocktail list. I had the basil bourbon smash, which was good although it could have used some larger ice cubes. My only recommendation is to make reservations in advance if there is a UConn game in town! We were lucky they were able to fit us in before the rush. But it was a great experience!

Google
This Restaurant is AMAZING from the Staff to the food. Rachel is awesome. She suggested great dishes and honestly the food here is to die for. Everything is made fresh from start to finish. The bread reminded me of my childhood. Definitely recommended the Cheese Bread. Pasta Vodka, well everything here is delicious so you can't go wrong. Thank you for making us feel at home!

Google
Definitely one of the best Italian places I've been to. Both me and my partner got the chicken pesto gnocchi and it was fantastic. The garlic bread as a starter is also great and is light but still very cheesy. Our server Michelle was also awesome, she really knew the area and was great to talk to. As the other reviews have been saying you do get some free biscotti at the end. It's fresh, not stale at all and was so good. If you're staying in Hartford and looking for a nice dinner you can't go wrong here .

Yelp
attended a happy hour work event here and the staff was great. the event chose a buffet style option and I was so busy networking I didn't have a chance to try the food but the owner was suggesting we all take a to go container and take home what we wanted. I asked what dishes were vegetarian and although there were a few great options for me to take home he insisted he wanted to make me a special to go vegetarian dish. went out of their way to show exceptional hospitality and the dish was amazing! I don't live in the direct area but wanted to express my appreciation and share the top rate service and food!

Ryan R.

Yelp
Had ordered takeout through my work for months for our guests and had never actually eaten there until recently. Finally took my girlfriend there for dinner and it was absolutely incredible. We didn't have a reservation but Jimmy (the owner) quickly found us a cozy table near the bar. We split a bottle of wine, and ordered the Caesar salad, cheesy garlic bread, and pasta a la vodka. All the food was delicious, and with the huge portions I had leftovers for lunch the next day. Our server Brandon was polite and took great care of us. 10/10 would recommend if you're in the Hartford area.

Chris G.

Yelp
The service was amazing from the greeting to end of the meal. The food was just good - I wish it was better. The shrimp fra diavlo was a little too seasoned/spicy - I wish they let the seafood shine more and ditched the sausage. The Rose Pasta was a bit bland. The cheesy garlic bread was good, it is garlic - but nothing special. I would try it again because I can tell everyone who works there really cares. Food 3 Stars Service 5 stars

Yelp
Food-10/10 Service- 9/10 Ambiance- 9/10 I would DEF return if I'm in the Hartford area. This establishment made my short trip a wonderful experience. The espresso martini was the perfect way to end a tasty meal. The menu was the definition of short and sweet. The food was tasty ! Try the sun dried tomato butter OMG I haven't had anything like it!!! My only advice is don't sit in an area where you aren't seen. :-) Would def recommend. 2 thumbs up

Shelly S.

Yelp
I ended up at this restaurant due to a meeting. I had in the area. There weren't too many choices except for this one and a couple others, and I decided to go Italian. Due to the recommendations of the hotel. And boy was I not disappointed. I sat down at the bar and it was already hustling and bustling. I decided to start out with something different and got a pair martini. It was delicious. Then I smelled it that beautiful garlic cheese bread and I had to order it. Man was that delicious. I think I ate the entire basket before they came back for my entrée. I decided to order the chicken piccata which they made special for me as they don't have it on the menu. As you can see the portions were quite large and it looked amazing. As I dove into it, I found myself shell filling the food in my mouth because it was so good. this place is awesome, the bartender was really nice and having fun conversations with the folks sitting around me made the evening delightful. You definitely will have fun here!

Hunter B.

Yelp
We decided to come here on a Friday night but a reservation was necessary so we ended up waiting an hour. They gave the table nice bread but was not a fan of their butter. I got the rigatoni with vodka sauce and it was solid. The pasta on other dishes was solid as well. I was not a fan of their base pinot noir wine. They had a holiday egg nog creme brule and that was great I also got to try the tiramisu which was not bad. They also sent us on our way with cheese bread to bake at home and biscotti. This place is not badly priced for a restaurant in Hartford so if you want Italian and can get a reservation this is the place to go.

Yelp
Jimmy Cosgrove and his Staff did not miss a beat on a packed New Year's Eve Night at the Downtown Hartford Location. Food, Service was excellent. Every staff member had a smile on their face and could not have been more accommodating. A special kudo to Lisa the hostess. No easy job, when people are coming in non-stop (not sure if all had reservations). She was so pleasant and professional. The Food was delicious, and they had some great specials for the Holiday. You cannot go to Salute without ordering their famous garlic and cheese bread. My grandson and I quote thought it was "heavenly" The Peppercorn Shrimp Special was amazing, and my daughter had her all-time favorite the Sweet Potatoe Ravioli. Thank you to Jimmy and Staff for a wonderful New Year's Eve Dinner and experience. We will see more of you in 2025!

Michelle I.

Yelp
Place was great! It was packed because they had a private event which took up most of the space. But the service was incredible, food was great, they answered any questions we had and also gave recommendations. I went to celebrate my friends birthday and they even gave us free dessert and cookies to celebrate her! Would definitely come back and I liked how you could wear whatever, either be super casual or be dressed up to the nines. I'll definitely be coming back.

Jonathan S.

Yelp
Charging $5 service fee on a gift card is just anti-consumer - this is just insane, the whole point of gift cards is that you encourage people to buy them as they lock the user into spending the money at your location. Whoever decided this within your management needs to go get some training, as this is insane and drives people away from purchasing giftcards for your establishment.

Eugene W.

Yelp
More expensive than Boston's North End, but not quite as good. Garlic Cheese Bread: This is definitely delicious, but then again, so is all garlic bread. It pretty much tastes as advertised, not too different from cheesy garlic bread in other restaurants. Pasta Ala Vodka: Rigatoni had a nice al dente chew to it. Vodka sauce was great. This was my favorite dish! Salmon: This was not as worth it. The salmon was fine, cooked to be juicy and flavorful. The rest of the dish seemed uninspired. Just a pile of spinach and a pile of potato lasagna. The potato lasagna sounded cool, but it really was just a pile of thinly sliced potatoes and a bunch of cheese. Cool concept, but it felt lacking.

Chase D.

Yelp
I like the happy hour . The bar is conversational and the bartenders are engaging and welcoming, even with me lol. Calamari and the food is good they got espresso martinis too. It's rare I get active in there but it's downtown Hartford prime location with curb it's always in play . Come through and play the bar with me

Loryl S.

Yelp
The service was really good. Very attentive and nice people. They validate for the parking garage closet to them. The one up the street did not accept the validation. It ended up being $6 to park. My steak was a little overcooked while my friends was cooked very well on the outside and didn't look cooked on the inside, but not bloody just a brown uncooked look. I should have got a picture to explain better. The mach and cheese was a little overdone as well. The fries and mashed potatoes were good. The garlic cheese bread sonso delicious it had the perfect amount of garlic and was the perfect texture both crispy and soft. It had a cute outdoor area and a nice inside area. Again they staff was really nice and attentive. I would go back for the service alone, maybe try something else next time.

Yelp
I went to Salute for the first time this weekend, and it was nothing short of amazing! Here's the scoop on this cozy Italian restaurant on Trumbull St. in Hartford... I would definitely recommend making a reservation, especially for a weekend night. There's metered on-street parking in front of the restaurant, but this is limited. I parked in the 9 Lewis St. Garage, which is just around the corner from the restaurant. The host gave me a barcode to scan at the garage, which gave me 50% off of the parking fee. For an appetizer, I ordered the "famous" Garlic Cheese Bread, which was absolutely delicious! Hot, crispy, and cheesy! I went with the Pasta Ala Vodka with Shrimp for my main meal, which was excellent. You can also add chicken to this dish rather than shrimp if you want. For dessert, I chose the Chocolate Lava Cake, which came with vanilla ice cream and candied walnuts on top. It was so good! The server was friendly and the food came out quickly considering how busy it was. I loved the cozy feel of restaurant. I thought the prices were very reasonable. Overall I would highly recommend for your next night out in Hartford!

Yelp
My wife and I had tickets to the theater in Hartford, and decided to go to Salute for dinner- for the first time in a long time. It was busy and lively on this Saturday night. I love their menu, plenty to choose from - from pasta, fish, meat and, vegetarian. We ordered Swordfish (a special I think) and and the Spasta Pesto, a saute of julienned vegetables in a nest of spaghetti squash with pesto and our homemade fresh tomato sauce. Both were outstanding. Considering how busy they were the service was good and our waiter was particularly friendly. Can't wait to return!

Ellen E.

Yelp
(Inconceivable that I've never reviewed Salute!) I dine here more than any other place in Hartford. FOR DECADES. If I go to the Theaterworks or the Bushnell, more than likely, dinner is at Salute. The service is amazing. The lighting and decor are comfortable. Favorites on the menu are the rose pasta (incredible for lunch the next day, too!) and the cheesy garlic bread. They send you home with biscotti.

Cindy W.

Yelp
We had a very delicious lunch and the staff was super friendly The garlic cheese bread was fabulous, but definitely had a generous amount of garlic on it! Caesar salad was spot on, and the pasta was a hit! No pics of salad or hubby's Ragu Bolognese with spicy sausage, but he loved it! Parking in the garage above was 50% off with validation. Easy in and easy out lunch!

Samantha L.

Yelp
I came in here on a Friday evening and was lucky enough to snag the last seat at the bar. After seeing all the reviews on the cheesy garlic bread, I had to order it. Since that was pretty filling, I ended up just getting a side of meatballs. The meatballs were pretty basic. For dessert I ordered the chocolate lava cake which was delicious! The bartender was very friendly and did a great job managing a busy bar.

Brooke Y.

Yelp
Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Harford. It boasts a lively and family friendly atmosphere without being chocked full of kids. The service is exceptional, and the owner could not be more genuinely friendly. Most importantly, the food is off the charts. The chicken parm is delicious, but the star on the menu is the shrimp fra diablo. Taking out? Don't forget to add a martini, served to go in a plastic container.

Scott S.

Yelp
While visiting Hartford on a work trip I was eager to dine outside of the hotel for a change. A colleague recommended Salute and specifically the pasta ala vodka. I was seated right away on a surprisingly busy Tuesday evening. The host and waiter were very attentive and welcoming. The manager was okay but not super friendly either. I'd describe the ambiance as classic Italian but I only saw the front room. It's a neighborhood type place. Not trendy but classic. The ceasar salad and pasta Ala vodka and my glass of Cabernet were delicious. The pasta has broccoli and sun dried tomatoes which was a great addition. I'd come back again.

Erin L.

Yelp
I really think we just ordered the wrong thing here. Ambiance was great, our waiter was also fantastic. This is such a cute restaurant in a great location. I will also add that the espresso martini I had was fantastic! While I really liked our ravioli, the spasta pesto was strange and just not what I expected. It's beautiful to look at but the noodles are bunched up and it's overwhelmed by vegetables and sauce. I'll definitely have a follow up review because the other ravioli I had was great and I would love to try another pasta

Alicia G.

Yelp
By far one of the best Italian spots in Greater Hartford. Kind staff. Generous servings and food is just perfect. I've been here more times than I can count. Calamari Grilled chicken Alfred Salmon (medium rare) Ala Vodka

Kathy W.

Yelp
Yay! Finally made it here for happy hour (or as they call it, Happy Couple Of Hours). When we walked in we were told happy hour was at the bar only. Problem was, the bar was completely packed - a good "problem" for Salute! After a moment's debate, we were seated at a high top with instructions to the staff to "Take care of these guys." And that's just what they did, combining excellent service and delicious food. We sampled almost all of the offerings, including the tuna maki roll, cheesy garlic bread, and fried calamari. So great to see this place get so busy on a Tuesday night. They must be doing something right. We'll be back!

Edmund M.

Yelp
Friendly staff, great food and large portions. We had a great pre-marathon carb loading meal at Salute! Highly recommended!

Shelby B.

Yelp
This is a fantastic place!! The food was great taste and quality and the service was superb! I was promptly given bread literally fresh out of the oven! Great home style feel, very personable and welcoming! One of my servers ran me down outside to make sure I got my complimentary biscotti! Highly recommend!!

Lisa H.

Yelp
Wonderful find! Great food with friendly and attentive service. They made this out of towner feel at home. Large and flavorful portions - Great alternatives to the general pasta too - not just gluten free but also options to substitute spaghetti squash. Will be our go to when visiting our daughter in college!

Sofyan S.

Yelp
Food (4/5): Portions were quite big, which is great. We particularly enjoyed the apps we ordered which were the calamari and the cheese bread. We also ordered the Giobatto and chicken gnocchi. The chicken gnocchi was a bit bland but the Giobatto is quite good. We had plenty to pack for the pastas since there was a big portion. Not as spicy as expected but still solid. We got the creme brulee for dessert. It was delicious and we finished it quickly. Service (5/5): Efficient service with the server quickly taking our order and helping quickly when requested. The server did a great job of checking up on us, refilling water, and taking our order. The food came reasonably fast and at a good pace. We also nicely got complimentary cookies at the end of the meal. Ambiance (4/5): Spacious restaurant with nice bar seating at the entrance and plenty of seating inside. Decorations were a bit sparse but it gave a nice clean look.

Doreen J.

Yelp
I felt it was time to update my last review since I've been coming here for a while now! Best place in Hartford, best service in Hartford, best Restaurant! Start with a tuna maki and garlic bread. Not in the mood for garlic bread, then get the regular bread with the tomato butter. (Which goes perfect with the ravioli app) The meatball salad is a perfect dinner but also a great starter. If you're lucky enough to snag a bar seat your happy bartenders, Kaden, Becky and Pablo want to make sure you are happy. Move to the incredible pasta dishes....so hard to decide! All great and if you need something made different just ask! We have trouble getting past the pasta to the dinners! The chicken parmigiana is very good! Speaking of asking...there is no one better than Jimmy! Jimmy is Salute and without him it's not perfection! He will take care of you! Don't forget to get your parking ticket validation so the garage is $4 to park. There is an outside seating weather permitting! The bar is busy but fun and seating in restaurant is varied and it does have a back room. They cater, can have larger parties and pretty much will do anything to make your experience perfect!

Michaél B.

Yelp
We stopped here during a dinner break on our girl's weekend road trip. We were so thankful that the staff was happy to quickly find seating for all 5 of us on a busy Thursday night. We sat in the back room so we had lots of privacy and could chat and laugh as loud as we wanted. The wine was excellent and all of our food came to the table quickly. We highly recommend this delicious spot! My friend and I shared meals and here's what we ordered: apps: tuna with fried nori and Greek salad. Entree: salmon with cream sauce and potato lasagna, and the rigatoni pasta with shrimp in a vodka sauce. It was all damn good and take out boxes were needed!! So much food!!

Amy M.

Yelp
So, I don't have a pic because I was that into my food, but I travel a lot, I'm a big foodie, and this place is LEGIT. Scott was my waiter- he was absolutely amazing, and catered to my whimsical "I'll have what you recommend" way of life. In addition, I watched servers, bartenders, and managers consistently check on everyone there. AND, they were all so HAPPY. Cheerful... What a remarkable dinner I had just me, myself, and I. Highly recommend, my friends. So. Damn. Good. #tableforone

Tom B.

Yelp
Was going to give 2.5 stars, but will up to 3. I really wanted to love this place, but it fell short. Good and bad here and there. THE GOOD: Rose Pasta. It's at the top of the menu for a reason and it was the shining star. Everyone in our party who ordered it, liked it. Also, you'll think this is crazy, but they have a Tuna Maki on the app menu (yea, at an Italian restaurant). It was REALLY good. Very suprised because of the setting. THE BAD: Spicy Calamari (for $14, you should get a lot more or it should knock your socks off), It really wan't good, and it basically had the plate filled up with fried cherry peppers, and not much Calamari Chicken Parm (zero flavor, didn't take 20 seconds to tenderize the chicken, so the thin parts way overcooked, the thicker part kind of tough. Needed something better than the butter knife to cut so it wouldn't just rip apart when you tried to cut it). Do not order that dish. It's so not worth it. I've had chicken parm at 30 other places in my life. All of them better. Salmon. A mistake. American Mule and Sunset (Drinks). I question how much alchohol was in either of them. A good bartender blends it all well. There wasn't a hint of alchohol in either I swear. THE MEH - Server was on top of everything. Really worked hard. Was a bit of a smart @ss which I didn't appreciate, and kind of rubbed me the wrong way what he said to me and the others around. He wasn't trying to be funny either, just asked for a simple request (that did not ask for food to be altered at all), and he flat out said "no, and basically I'm holding everyone up". Hey, he's entitled to and I'm sure I'm screwing up at the speed he wants to operate, so I guess in today's restaurant world it's just the way it is. He was REALLY nice to the guy who was paying though for the whole meal (just me, he wasn't budging). Penne aka vodka that was so so. Nothing to write home about at all. This is an extremely popular dish across the US. This isn't one of the better ones, but was ok. Not everyone's food came out at once. Bit uncomfortable staring at 2 people with no food while the rest of us didn't know to wait or dig in. No apology or urgency, just fill the water glasses and check in at the kitchen in a little bit. I DID say the waiter was flying around working hard. His support servers brought 3 wrong dishes out only to be returned to the kitchen (or some other suckers had to wait at another table). Sooooooo we just kind of waited with no explination. Overall, I really wanted to like this place. I kind of waited all day to eat here only to leave disappointed (I left my leftovers on the table. I barely touched it as I had one of the bad entrees IMO listed above. Did he ask was something wrong? Nope. I don't think he cared really. He just took it and boxed it up. Would I go again? I don't know. It should have been A LOT better for the price. I have a hard time believing this is one of the best in downtown Hartford. I've reviewed a lot, and there are a ton of good reviews, so maybe I just came at a bad time.

Paul S.

Yelp
Stopped by in a busy night. I was seated quickly and the food came out in less than 20 minutes which was a total surprise. The sauce was just spicy enough and the shrimp were prepared to perfection. And the garlic/cheese bread might have been sent from heaven to my table. Great work folks.

Pat S.

Yelp
Food , Drinks and Dessert were excellent ! Very Friendly service! Classy and comfortable restaurant! We had Caesar salad, Ravioli, Cheese garlic bread, pasta and chicken parmesan ! Crème Brûlée for desert and brought home Tiramisu! Absolutely delicious!

Michael C.

Yelp
Stopped in today for a quick lunch. Its graduation week in Hartford, so lunch was a good option. The food was well priced and tasted great. Our waitress was great and kept the water and Diet Coke full. We ordered the tomato mozz salad, Shrimp fra Diavolo and pasto pesto with spaghetti squash. Great food, great service, great atmosphere.

Jovan R.

Yelp
I am enamored with this establishment. The management and service were only exceeded by the food! Service was impeccable. Friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional. It was fresh, hot, and flavorful. Portions was perfect to share...but I didn't want to share. We has the garlic bread, which is the most amazing garlic bread I ever had. The chicken flatbread had very good flavor. We also had salmon and burgers. The burgers were big, fresh, and perfectly cooked. I love the way the establishment was appointed. Nice layout. Can't recommend Salute enough.

Alberto C.

Yelp
I never had a bad meal at Salute Hartford. This has to be one of the most underrated restaurant in Greater Hartford. Today I had the Boneless Short rib and it was perfectly cooked. The flavors were spot on and the carrots were amazing as well. Salute is perfect for date night or to hang out with family and friends especially before or after an event in downtown Hartford. The service is always great, the staff always goes out of the way to make you feel like you are special. I can't live this place enough.

Siheun C.

Yelp
Great food, friendly staffs, cozy atmosphere! All of us had a great time. Highly recommend pumpkin creme brulee. Would love to go again.

Len Y.

Yelp
Heading to beautiful Sedona, and popped in before heading to the airport. Bless the man that runs this tip top gem on the edge of Bushnell park. A tuna sushi style app met a delightful cocktail named X-Rated with a fresh orange twist that hit my nose before I tasted it. The Rose Pasta w/sausage, spinach 4 cheese tortellini and Shrimp Picatta was over the top. Lemony, garlic, white wine and capers won my heart. Consistency and professionalism make this my choice when in town. Why tempt perfection?!

Joanne S.

Yelp
Salute has a great selection of bar bites doe Happy Hour on the slower nights which are Tuesday and Wednesdays 3-6 and the bartender and son are a great asset to the restaurant. The bar service is always top and a great atmosphere to hang out at.

Christopher C.

Yelp
Food.. 10/10 Service.. 10/10 Server.. 11/10 Ambiance 10/10 We booked one week in advance and worth it because walk ins out of luck. Will definitely be coming back!

Chad L.

Yelp
Parking: lot behind building if you cannot find street parking Decor: very nice, stylish but not tacky. A little turn off was the amount of flies, lots of fruit flies in the bar area and then when we were seated, bigger flies on a huge mirror in dining room. Not what you would expect in December. Staff: nice but a little off. Bartender complained people where coming in when they opened and he wasn't set up. Waiter was giving out wrong information that affected ordering. Food: appetizers were fair at best, the sweet potato ravioli was steamed and in a cream sauce that covered the entire plate. Bread basket was served with condiments in a plastic container like you would get an order to go in. Main courses were HUGE, plating was nice but the portions and presentation for a quality restaurant should have been a third the size. Price: not bad considering we had a couple glasses of Justin Cab. Overall: I am glad I tried it but not sure if I'd go back.

Ana B.

Yelp
For my dad's birthday we went to Salute for an early dinner. I've heard about Salute for years, but never went before. We were quickly seated, and were given lunch menus, since it was still lunch time. There was a private party going on, but the service was still quick and friendly. I got the Peachy Keen cocktail. This was so delicious! it's champagne, Tito's vodka, peach liquor and orange juice! This was of the tastiest cocktails I've had in a while. We got garlic cheese bread to share and a Greek Salad. This was all gone in seconds. The garlic bread was warm, fresh and cheesy. The Greek Salad was fresh and tasty, I liked it better, than how it's made at some Greek restaurants. For my meal, I went with fish tacos. Mine came with fries. I honestly wasn't impressed with the tacos. The fish was fried, and a bit flat tasting. I had them anyway. The Mac & Cheese was really tasty, it was very creamy and had caramelized onion and pieces of smoked bacon. The cheeseburger was large, made medium well and was very tasty. Since we were celebrating a birthday they brought out the most delicious piece of tiramisu. It had a candle and Happy Birthday across the plate! This was one of the best tiramisus I've ever had, it was just perfection! The waitress and the manager were so friendly, and sweet they gave us extra garlic bread to take home, no one even asked for it. They also gave us biscotti. The service at Salute was outstanding, they totally deserve five stars, I was going to go with four due to the underwhelming tacos, but everything else was incredible, especially the management.

Zack G.

Yelp
Italian spot with a solid menu of both food and drinks, massive portions, and both table and bar seating My GF and I came for dinner and we got the garlic bread and penne a la vodka. Both were solid. Our waiter also gave us some biscotti to take home, which was also solid The host was a little off-putting and rude however

Noland D.

Yelp
Great dinner for a group of 8. Excellent service with good food. Popular place so make a reservation.

Chi D.

Yelp
The service is always great at Salute! The server was very quick with my food and drinks, she would consistently check on me and I love that feeling of being taken care of. The atmosphere in the restaurant is right in between luxury and Casual, perfect place for a business meeting or for a birthday celebration with the girls! Only knocking of the star because I wish my gnocchi was a little more salted but other than that amazing experience!!

Natalie M.

Yelp
I had a fantastic experience here the other night and will absolutely be back. I would definitely recommend making a reservation, it is a large but very busy place. It's quite nice inside, cozy atmosphere, large tables able to accommodate big parties. The food was delicious, you could tell everything was made to order and super fresh. The service was outstanding! They gave us garlic bread to go and home made biscotti with our leftovers. I can't wait to come back!

Ashley L.

Yelp
We were greeted with a warm welcome. The person who seated us considered where we wanted to sit. I love that! The server was so friendly, she even bought out a bag of ice from the kitchen for my coworker who had sprained her ankle. If that isn't service, I don't know what is. I appreciate restaurants with gluten free pasta option. A girl with allergies still deserves to eat good! I posted the cheesy bread my coworkers ate, but it was not gluten free fyi. While the interior was humble, I enjoyed seeing live plants in the window. It's also on a corner, so a good people watching spot. The pasta dish was good.

Kevin B.

Yelp
Gotta love the Chicken Gnochii. We came for the Chicken Gnochii and Raviola Pasta which was so delicious. My mouth started melting with the wonderful Italian food here at Salute. Our first time visiting here. Nice folks working here , and good family vibe here. I love every bit of it.

Casey M.

Yelp
The food was fantastic, and the manager was very friendly and helpful. Our server was a real pro. Her attentiveness was spot on even though it was a very busy night. We definitely will return.

Yelp
I made a reservation here for lunch before my son's college graduation, site unseen. I couldn't have asked for a better place! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the service was quick and the food was great! There were eight of us and every single person loved what they had. I can't say enough great things about this place. And they validated our ticket for the parking garage (50% off)!
